ज-जसले उचित काम गर्दछन् उनीहरूलाई शासकहरूदेखि डराउने काम छैन। तर ज-जसले अनुचित काम गर्दछन् उनिहरूलाई शासकहरूदेखि डराउनु पर्छ। के तिमीहरू शासकहरूका डरबाट मुक्त हुन चाहन्छौ? तब उचित काम गर, शासकहरूले तिमीहरूको प्रशंसा गर्नेछन्।
