Deuteronomy 16:18
“परमप्रभु तिमीहरूका परमेश्वरले तिमीहरूलाई दिनु भएको प्रत्येक शहरमा न्यायकर्त्ता तथा अधिकारीहरू हुने मानिसहरूलाई रोज। प्रत्येक कुल समूहले यस्तो गर्नुपर्छ। यी मानिसहरू निष्पक्ष न्याय गर्ने योग्य हुनुपर्छ।
