दूतहरूले दाऊदलाई भने, “अम्मोनका मानिसहरूले हामीलाई मैदानमा धावा बोले। हामी लड्यौं र शहरको फाटकसम्म खेद्दै भगायौं।

| against | הָֽאֲנָשִׁ֔ים | hāʾănāšîm | ha-uh-na-SHEEM |
| us, and came out | וַיֵּֽצְא֥וּ | wayyēṣĕʾû | va-yay-tseh-OO |
| unto | אֵלֵ֖ינוּ | ʾēlênû | ay-LAY-noo |
