मानिसहरूले पालन गर्नु अति कठीन पर्ने नियमहरू तिनीहरू बनाउँछन्। ती नियमहरू पालन गर्न तिनीहरू अरूलाई करमा पादर्छन्। तर तिनीहरू आफै चाँहि कुनै नियम पालन गर्ने चेष्टा पनि गर्दैनन्।
