Leviticus 9:9
पछि हारूनका छोराहरूले तिनको नजिक त्यसको रगत ल्याए, अनि तिनले आफ्नो औंलोमा रगत लिएर वेदीको कुना कुनामा लगाए अनि बाँकी रगत वेदीको आधारमा खन्याए।

| in the blood, | בַּדָּ֔ם | baddām | ba-DAHM |
| put and | וַיִּתֵּ֖ן | wayyittēn | va-yee-TANE |
| it upon | עַל | ʿal | al |
| the horns | קַרְנ֣וֹת | qarnôt | kahr-NOTE |
| of the altar, | הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַ | hammizbēaḥ | ha-meez-BAY-ak |
| out poured and | וְאֶת | wĕʾet | veh-ET |
| the blood | הַדָּ֣ם | haddām | ha-DAHM |
| at | יָצַ֔ק | yāṣaq | ya-TSAHK |
| the bottom | אֶל | ʾel | el |
| of the altar: | יְס֖וֹד | yĕsôd | yeh-SODE |
