परमप्रभुले इस्राएलका सेनाको प्रयोग गर्नु भएर बिन्यामीनका सेनालाई पराजित गरिदिनु भयो। त्यसदिन इस्राएलका सेनाले बिन्यामीनका 25,100 सैनिकहरूलाई मारिदिए। ती सबै सैनिकहरूलाई युद्धका निम्ति प्रशिक्षित तुल्याइएको थियो।
