Judges 2 - YLT (Nepali)

1 And a messenger of Jehovah goeth up from Gilgal unto Bochim,परमप्रभुका स्वर्गदूत गिलगाल शहर देखि बोकीम शहरसम्म गए। स्वर्गदूतले इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई भने, “मैले तिमीहरूलाई मिस्रदेशबाट बाहिर ल्याएँ। मैले तिमीहरूलाई यो भूमिमा ल्याएँ जो मैले तिमीहरूका पिता-पुर्खाहरूलाई दिनेछु भनी प्रतिज्ञा गरेको थिएँ। मैले तिमीहरूलाई भनेको थिएँ कि तिमीहरूसित गरेको करार कहिल्यै भङ्ग गर्ने छैन।

2 and saith, `I cause you to come up out of Egypt, and bring you in unto the land which I have sworn to your fathers, and say, I do not break My covenant with you to the age; and ye -- ye make no covenant with the inhabitants of this land -- their altars ye break down; and ye have not hearkened to My voice -- what `is' this ye have done?तर बद्लामा, तिमीहरूले यस भूमिमा बस्ने मानिसहरूसित कुनै पनि करार कहिले बाँध्ने छैनौ। तिमीहरूले तिनीहरूका वेदीहरू नष्ट गर्नुपर्छ। त्यो तिमीहरूलाई मैले भनेको थिएँ। तर तिमीहरूले मेरो आज्ञा पालन गरेनौं।

3 And I also have said, I do not cast them out from your presence, and they have been to you for adversaries, and their gods are to you for a snare.'“अब म तिमीहरूलाई भन्नेछु, ‘अब देखि उता यी मानिसहरूलाई म यो भूमिदेखि धपाउने छैन। यी मनिसहरू तिमीहरूको निम्ति समस्या बनिनेछन्। तिनीहरूका असत्य देवताहरूले तिमीहरूलाई पासोमा पार्नेछन्।”‘

4 And it cometh to pass, when the messenger of Jehovah speaketh these words unto all the sons of Israel, that the people lift up their voice and weep,परमप्रभुका स्वर्गदूतले इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई वचन दिइसके पछि मानिसहरू जोडले रोए।

5 and they call the name of that place Bochim, and sacrifice there to Jehovah.यसर्थ इस्राएलका मानिसहरूले जहाँ विलाप गरे त्यस स्थानको नाउँ, बोकीम राखे। बोकीममा इस्राएलका मानिसहरूले परमप्रभुका निम्ति बलिदानहरू अर्पण गरे।

6 And Joshua sendeth the people away, and the sons of Israel go, each to his inheritance, to possess the land;तब यहोशूले मानिसहरूलाई घर जानु भने। यसर्थ हरेक कुल समूह त्यहाँ बस्नका निम्ति आफ्ना इलाका ओगटून गए।

7 and the people serve Jehovah all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders who prolonged days after Joshua, who saw all the great work of Jehovah which He did to Israel.इस्राएलीहरूले परमप्रभुको सेवा यहोशू जीवित रहेसम्म गरे अनि उसको मृत्यु पछि पनि जब सम्म बूढा प्रधानहरू रहिरहे। यी बूढा प्रधानहरूले इस्राएलका मानिसहरूका निम्ति परमप्रभुले गर्नु भएको सम्पूर्ण महान कुराहरू देखेका थिए।

8 And Joshua son of Nun, servant of Jehovah, dieth, a son of a hundred and ten years,नूनका छोरा, परमप्रभुका सेवक यहोशूको एक सय दश वर्षको उमेरमा मृत्यु भयो।

9 and they bury him in the border of his inheritance, in Timnath-Heres, in the hill-country of Ephraim, on the north of mount Gaash;इस्राएलका मानिसहरूले यहोशूलाई दफन गरिदिए। तिनीहरूले यहोशूलाई त्यो भूमिमा गाडिदिए जुन तिनलाई दिइएको थियो। त्यो तिम्नात-हेरेसमा गाशपर्वतको उत्तरतर्फ एप्रैमको पहाडी देशमा थियो।

10 and also all that generation have been gathered unto their fathers, and another generation riseth after them who have not known Jehovah, and even the work which He hath done to Israel.त्यसपछि त्यो सम्पूर्ण पुस्ताको मृत्यु भयो, अर्को पुस्ता बढेर आयो। यो नयाँ पुस्ताले परमप्रभुको विषयमा अनि परमप्रभुले इस्राएलका मानिसहरूका निम्ति गर्नु भएको कुराहरू जान्दैनथ्यो।

11 And the sons of Israel do the evil thing in the eyes of Jehovah, and serve the Baalim,यसकारणले इस्राएलका मानिसहरूले परमेश्वरसितको तिनीहरूको करार झूटा देवता बालको सेवा गरेर तोडिदिए।

12 and forsake Jehovah, God of their fathers, who bringeth them out from the land of Egypt, and go after other gods (of the gods of the peoples who `are' round about them), and bow themselves to them, and provoke Jehovah,परमप्रभुले इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई मिस्रदेशबाट बाहिर ल्याउनु भएको थियो। अनि यी मानिसहरूका पिता-पुर्खाहरूले परमप्रभुलाई आराधना गरेका थिए। तर इस्राएलका मानिसहरूले परमप्रभुको अनुसरण गर्न छोडिदिए। इस्राएलका मानिसहरूले तिनीहरूका वरिपरि बस्ने मानिसहरूका झूटा देवताहरूको पूजा गर्न शुरू गरे। त्यसले परमप्रभुलाई क्वोधित तुल्यायो।

13 yea, they forsake Jehovah, and do service to Baal and to Ashtaroth.इस्राएलका मानिसहरूले परमप्रभुको आराधना अनुसरण गर्न छोडे र बाल र अश्तारोतको पूजा गर्न थाले।

14 And the anger of Jehovah burneth against Israel, and He giveth them into the hand of spoilers, and they spoil them, and He selleth them into the hand of their enemies round about, and they have not been able any more to stand before their enemies;परमप्रभु इस्राएलीहरूसित क्वोधित हुनुभयो। यसकारण परमप्रभुले लुटमार गर्नेहरूलाई इस्राएलीहरूमाथि आक्वमण गर्ने र सम्पति लूट्ने अनुमति दिनुभयो। परमप्रभुले तिनीहरूका वरिपरि बस्ने तिनीहरूका शत्रुहरूलाई, पराजित गर्न दिनुभयो। इस्राएलीहरूले तिनीहरू स्वयंलाई आफ्ना शत्रुहरूको आक्वमण विरूद्ध आफ्नो रक्षा गर्न सकेनन्।

15 in every `place' where they have gone out, the hand of Jehovah hath been against them for evil, as Jehovah hath spoken, and as Jehovah hath sworn to them, and they are distressed -- greatly.यदि इस्राएलीहरूले तिनीहरूका छिमेकिहरूका देवताहरूको सेवा गरे, उहाँले त्यसो गर्छु भनी प्रतिज्ञा गर्नु भए जस्तै जहिले पनि इस्राएलीहरू लडाँई गर्थे परमप्रभु तिनीहरूको विरूद्धमा रहनु हुन्थ्यो। यसकारण तिनीहरू लगातार पराजित भइरहे। इस्राएलका मानिसहरूले अनेक कष्ट पाए।

16 And Jehovah raiseth up judges, and they save them from the hand of their spoilers;तब परमप्रभुले न्यायकर्त्ता भनिने अगुवाहरू चुन्नुभयो। यी अगुवाहरूले इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई तिनीहरूको सम्पत्तिहरू लाने शत्रुहरूबाट बचाए।

17 and also unto their judges they have not hearkened, but have gone a-whoring after other gods, and bow themselves to them; they have turned aside `with' haste out of the way `in' which their fathers walked to obey the commands of Jehovah -- they have not done so.तर इस्राएलका मानिसहरूले आफ्ना न्यायकर्त्ताहरूको कुरा सुनेनन्। इस्राएलका मानिसहरू परमेश्वर प्रति विश्वासनीय थिएनन्। तिनीहरूले अन्य देवताहरूको अनुसरण गरे। अतीतमा इस्राएली मानिसहरूका पिता-पुर्खाहरूले परमप्रभुको आज्ञा पालन गर्दथे। तर अहिले इस्राएली मानिसहरू परिवर्तन भए अनि परमप्रभुको आज्ञा पालन गर्न छोडे।

18 And when Jehovah raised up to them judges -- then was Jehovah with the judge, and saved them out of the hand of their enemies all the days of the judge; for it repenteth Jehovah, because of their groaning from the presence of their oppressors, and of those thrusting them away.धेरै पल्ट इस्राएलका शत्रुहरूले मानिसहरू प्रति नराम्रा कुराहरू गरे। यसर्थ इस्राएलका मानिसहरूले सहायताको निम्ति विलाप गरे। परमप्रभु धेरै पल्ट मानिसहरूका निम्ति दुःखीत हुनुभयो। धेरै पल्ट उहाँले मानिसहरूलाई तिनीहरूका शत्रुहरूबाट बचाउँनको निम्ति न्यायकर्त्ता पठाउनु भयो। परमप्रभु सदैव ती न्यायकर्त्ताहरूसित हुनुहुन्थ्यो। यसरी धेरै पल्ट इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई तिनीहरूका शत्रुहरूबाट बचाउँनु भयो।

19 And it hath come to pass, at the death of the judge -- they turn back and have done corruptly above their fathers, to go after other gods, to serve them, and to bow themselves to them; they have not fallen from their doings, and from their stiff way.तर जब हरेक न्यायकर्त्ताको मृत्यु हुन्थ्यो, इस्राएलका मानिसहरू फेरि पाप गर्न अनि असत्य देवताहरूको पूजा गर्न शुरू गर्थे। इस्राएलका मानिसहरू अति हठी थिए? तिनीहरूले आफ्ना कुकर्म छोडन् अस्वीकार गरे।

20 And the anger of Jehovah doth burn against Israel, and He saith, `Because that this nation have transgressed My covenant which I commanded their fathers, and have not hearkened to My voice --यसर्थ परमप्रभु इस्राएलका मानिसहरूसित क्वोधित हुनुभयो, अनि उहाँले भन्नुभयो, “यी जातिहरूले तिनीहरूका पिता-पुर्खाहरूसित गरेको मेरो करारलाई भङ्ग गरेका छन्। तिनीहरूले मेरो कुरा सुनेनन्।

21 I also continue not to dispossess any from before them of the nations which Joshua hath left when he dieth,यसर्थ इस्राएलका मानिसहरूका निम्ति म अब उप्रान्त ती जातिहरूलाई पराजित गरेर मार्ग खुल्ला गरिदिने छैन। ती मानिसहरू त्यस बेलासम्म त्यही भूमिमा थिए जब यहोशूको मृत्यु भयो। अनि म ती जातिहरूलाई यस भूमिमा रहनदिनेछु।

22 in order to try Israel by them, whether they are keeping the way of Jehovah, to go in it, as their fathers kept `it' or not.'म ती जातिहरूलाई इस्राएलका मानिसहरूको जाँच गर्नमा प्रयोग गर्नेछु। म यो हेर्ने छु कि इस्राएलीहरूले तिनीहरूका पिता-पुर्खाहरूले झैं परमप्रभुका आज्ञा पालन गर्छन् कि गर्दैनन्।”

23 And Jehovah leaveth these nations, so as not to dispossess them hastily, and did not give them into the hand of Joshua.परमप्रभुले ती जातिहरूलाई त्यस भूमिमा रहनदिनु भयो। परमप्रभुले ती जातिहरूलाई देश झट्टै छोड्नु भनी बाध्य तुल्याउनु भएन। उहाँले यहोशूका सेनालाई पराजित गर्न तिनीहरूलाई दिनु भएन।
