त्यसदिन परमप्रभुले इस्राएलीले एमोरी मानिसहरूलाई परास्त गर्न दिनुभयो। अनि त्यसदिन यहोशू इस्राएलका समस्त मानिसहरूको सामुन्ने उभिए र परमप्रभुलाई भनेः“हे सूर्य, गिबोन माथि स्थिर बस्। चन्द्रमा, अय्ययालोन-बेंसीमाथि स्थिर बस्।”
