हिजकियाह राजा भएको चौधौं वर्षमा अश्शूरका राजा सनहेरीब यहूदाका मुख्य शहरहरूको विरूद्ध लडाई लड्न गए। सनहेरीबले ती शहरलाई पराजित गरे।

तर म परमप्रभु अश्शूरका राजालाई तिमीहरूको विरूद्धमा ल्याउनेछु। तिनीहरू यूफ्रेटिस नदीको बाढी जस्तै भयानक भएर आउनेछन्। यो यस्तो हुनेछ कि नदीमा बाढी आउँदा किनारहरू भत्काउँदै आउने उर्लेको पानी जस्तै हुनेछ।
