त्यहाँ परमप्रभु अब्रामको अघि प्रकट हुनुभयो अनि भन्नुभयो, “म तेरो सन्तानहरूलाई (अनि अरू कसैलाई पनि होइन) यो भूमि दिनेछु।”अब्रामले त्यस ठाउँमा जहाँ परमप्रभु तिनी अघि प्रकट हुनु भएको थियो। पूजाको निम्ति वेदी बनाए।
