राजा कोरेसको प्रथम वर्षमा, राजा कोरेसले यरूशलेममा परमेश्वरको मन्दिर सम्बन्धी एक आदेश दिए।मन्दिर त्यस स्थानमा पुनःर्निर्माण होस् जहाँ तिनीहरूले बलिदानहरू अर्पण गर्थे अनि यसको घडेरीमा जग उचालियोस्।
