यसर्थ राजाका लेखापालहरू लाई पहिलो महीनाको तेह्रौ दिनमा बोलाए अनि प्रत्येक प्रदेशका राज्यपालहरूलाई, र प्रत्यक प्रदेशका अधिकारीहरूलाई लिपि अनि भाषा अनुसार हामानले आदेश गरे मुताबिक लेखियो। त्यसलाई राजाको नामावाली मा लेखियो अनि त्यसलाई राजाकै राजमोहर लगाइएको थियो।
