उपवासको समय निश्चित गर। विशेष सभाका निम्ति मानिसहरुलाई बोलाऊ। सभामा अगुवाहरु र यो देशका सबै बासिन्दाहरुलाई भेला गराऊ। उनीहरुलाई परमप्रभु तिमीहरुका परमेश्वरको भवनमा ल्याऊ अनि परमप्रभुलाई पुकार गर।
