Amos 6:10
जब उनका मानिसहरु उसको लास जलाउन लिन आउँछन्, तिनीहरुले उसको हड्डीबाहेक केही पाउँदैनन्। तब उसले ती घरभित्र लुकनेलाई सोध्छ, “तिमीसित अन्य लासहरु छन्?” तनीहरुले जवाफ दिनेछन्, “छैन!” त्यस समय त्यस आफन्तलेभन्नेछन्, “चुप लाग्, यहाँ हामीले परमप्रभुको नाउँ लिनु हुँदैन।”

| and shall say | וְאָמַ֞ר | wĕʾāmar | veh-ah-MAHR |
| that him unto | לַאֲשֶׁ֨ר | laʾăšer | la-uh-SHER |
| is by the sides | בְּיַרְכְּתֵ֥י | bĕyarkĕtê | beh-yahr-keh-TAY |
| house, the of | הַבַּ֛יִת | habbayit | ha-BA-yeet |
| Is there yet | הַע֥וֹד | haʿôd | ha-ODE |
| any with | עִמָּ֖ךְ | ʿimmāk | ee-MAHK |
| say, shall he and thee? | וְאָמַ֣ר | wĕʾāmar | veh-ah-MAHR |
