पावललाई सभामा डाकियो अनि तर्तुल्लसले उनको विरुद्ध यसो भन्दै मुद्दा पेश गर्न थाले,“महामहिम फेलिक्स, तपाईंले गर्दा नै हाम्रा मानिसहरूले शान्ति उपभोग गरिरहेका छन् अनि तपाईंकै दूरर्दशिताले हाम्रो देशमा हुन पर्ने सुधारहरू भए।
