उनले प्रभुको मार्गको विषयमा राम्ररी सिकेका थिए अनि पुरा उत्साहित थिए। येशूका विषयमा उनले जे जति कुरा गरे सबै सही थियो। तर उनले यूहन्नाले बातएको बप्तिस्माको विषयमा मात्र जान्दथे।
