मानिसका अगुवाहरू यरूशलेममा बसे अनि बाँकी रहेका मानिसहरूले प्रत्येक दशजनामा एकजनालाई यरूशलेममा बस्नका निम्ति ल्याउन चिट्टा लगाए। अनि रहेका दशै अंशमा नौ अंश अन्य शहरूमा बसे।
