1 Samuel 2:34
म तँलाई यो चिन्ह दिनेछु जसले गर्दा तैंले यो साँचो हो भनी जान्नेछसू। तेरा दुवै छोरा होप्नी र पीनहास एकै दिनमा मर्नेछन्।

| sons, | שְׁנֵ֣י | šĕnê | sheh-NAY |
| on | בָנֶ֔יךָ | bānêkā | va-NAY-ha |
| Hophni | אֶל | ʾel | el |
| and Phinehas; | חָפְנִ֖י | ḥopnî | hofe-NEE |
| in one | וּפִֽינְחָ֑ס | ûpînĕḥās | oo-fee-neh-HAHS |
| day | בְּי֥וֹם | bĕyôm | beh-YOME |
| they shall die | אֶחָ֖ד | ʾeḥād | eh-HAHD |
| both | יָמ֥וּתוּ | yāmûtû | ya-MOO-too |
| of them. | שְׁנֵיהֶֽם׃ | šĕnêhem | sheh-nay-HEM |
