1 எரேமியாவின் வாயினாலே கர்த்தர் சொன்ன வார்த்தை நிறைவேறும்படி, பெர்சியாவின் ராஜாவாகிய கோரேசுடைய முதலாம் வருஷத்திலே, கர்த்தர் பெர்சியாவின் ராஜாவாகிய கோரேசின் ஆவியை ஏவினதினாலே அவன்: Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying,

2 பரலோகத்தின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் பூமியின் ராஜ்யங்களையெல்லாம் எனக்குத் தந்தருளி, யூதாவிலுள்ள எருசலேமிலே தமக்கு ஆலயத்தைக்கட்டும்படி எனக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டிருக்கிறார். Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, The LORD God of heaven hath given me all the kingdoms of the earth; and he hath charged me to build him an house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah.

3 அவருடைய ஜனங்கள் எல்லாரிலும் எவன் உங்களுக்குள் இருக்கிறானோ, அவனோடே அவனுடைய தேவன் இருப்பாராக; அவன் யூதாவிலுள்ள எருசலேமுக்குப்போய், இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்தைக் கட்டக்கடவன், எருசலேமில் வாசம்பண்ணுகிற தேவனே தேவன். Who is there among you of all his people? his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Judah, and build the house of the LORD God of Israel, (he is the God,) which is in Jerusalem.

4 அந்த ஜனங்களில மீதியாயிருக்கிறவன் எவ்விடத்தில் தங்கியிருக்கிறானோ, அவ்விடத்து ஜனங்கள் எருசலேமிலுள்ள தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்துக்கென்று அவனிடத்தில் உற்சாகமாய்க் காணிக்கை கொடுத்து அனுப்புகிறதுமன்றி, அவனுக்குப் பொன் வெள்ளி முதலிய திரவியங்களையும், மிருகஜீவன்களையும் கொடுத்து, உதவிசெய்யவேண்டும் என்று பெர்சியாவின் ராஜாவாகிய கோரேஸ் அறிவிக்கிறார் என்று தன் ராஜ்யமெங்கும் எழுதியனுப்பி விளம்பரம்பண்ணுவித்தான். And whosoever remaineth in any place where he sojourneth, let the men of his place help him with silver, and with gold, and with goods, and with beasts, beside the freewill offering for the house of God that is in Jerusalem.

5 அப்பொழுது எருசலேமிலுள்ள கர்த்தருடைய, ஆலயத்தைக் கட்டுகிறதற்குப் போகும்படி யூதா பென்யமீன் வம்சங்களின் தலைவரும் ஆசாரியரும் லேவியருமன்றி, எவர்கள் ஆவியை தேவன் ஏவினாரோ அவர்கள் எல்லாரும் எழும்பினார்கள், Then rose up the chief of the fathers of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests, and the Levites, with all them whose spirit God had raised, to go up to build the house of the LORD which is in Jerusalem.

6 அவர்களைச் சுற்றிலும் குடியிருக்கிற யாவரும் மனஉற்சாகமாய்க் காணிக்கை கொடுத்ததுமன்றி, வெள்ளிப் பணிமுட்டுகளையும் பொன்னையும் மற்ற வஸ்துக்களையும் மிருகஜீவன்களையும் உச்சிதமான பொருள்களையும் கொடுத்து, அவர்கள் கைகளைத் திடப்படுத்தினார்கள். And all they that were about them strengthened their hands with vessels of silver, with gold, with goods, and with beasts, and with precious things, beside all that was willingly offered.

7 நேபுகாத்நேச்சார் எருசலேமிலிருந்து கொண்டுவந்து, தன் தேவனுடைய கோவிலிலே வைத்திருந்த கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்து பணிமுட்டுகளையும் கோரேஸ் ராஜா எடுத்துக்கொடுத்தான். Also Cyrus the king brought forth the vessels of the house of the LORD, which Nebuchadnezzar had brought forth out of Jerusalem, and had put them in the house of his gods;

8 அவைகளைப் பெர்சியாவின் ராஜξவாகிய கோரǠθ் பொக்கிஷகύகாரனாகிய மிΤ்திரேΤாத்தின் கையοனால் எடுக்கச்செய்து, யூதாவின் அதிபதியாகிய சேஸ்பாத்சாரிடத்தில் எண்ணிக்கொடுத்தான். Even those did Cyrus king of Persia bring forth by the hand of Mithredath the treasurer, and numbered them unto Sheshbazzar, the prince of Judah.

9 அவைகளின் தொகையாவது: பொன் தட்டுகள் முப்பது, வெள்ளித்தாலங்கள் ஆயிரம், கத்திகள் இருபத்தொன்பது. And this is the number of them: thirty chargers of gold, a thousand chargers of silver, nine and twenty knives,

10 பொற்கிண்ணங்கள் முப்பது, வெள்ளிக்கிண்ணங்கள் நானூற்றுப்பத்து, மற்றப் பணிமுட்டுகள் ஆயிரம். Thirty basins of gold, silver basins of a second sort four hundred and ten, and other vessels a thousand.

11 பொன் வெள்ளிப் பணிமுட்டுகளெல்லாம் ஐயாயிரத்து நானூறு, இவைகளையெல்லாம் சேஸ்பாத்சார், சிறையிருப்பினின்று விடுதலைபெற்றவர்கள் பாபிலோனிலிருந்து எருசலேமுக்குப் போகையில், எடுத்துக்கொண்டுபோனான். All the vessels of gold and of silver were five thousand and four hundred. All these did Sheshbazzar bring up with them of the captivity that were brought up from Babylon unto Jerusalem.

1 Eraemiyaavin vaayinaalae Karththar sonna vaarththai niraivaeraுmpati, persiyaavin raajaavaakiya koraesutaiya muthalaam varushaththilae, Karththar persiyaavin raajaavaakiya koraesin aaviyai aevinathinaalae avan: Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying,

2 Paralokaththin thaevanaakiya Karththar poomiyin raajyangalaiyellaam enakkuth thantharuli, yoothaavilulla erusalaemilae thamakku aalayaththaikkattumpati enakkuk kattalaiyittirukkiraar. Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, The LORD God of heaven hath given me all the kingdoms of the earth; and he hath charged me to build him an house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah.

3 Avarutaiya janangal ellaarilum evan ungalukkul irukkiraano, avanotae avanutaiya Dhevan iruppaaraaka; avan yoothaavilulla erusalaemukkuppoy, isravaelin thaevanaakiya karththarutaiya aalayaththaik kattakkadavan, erusalaemil vaasampannnukira thaevanae Dhevan. Who is there among you of all his people? his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Judah, and build the house of the LORD God of Israel, (he is the God,) which is in Jerusalem.

4 Antha janangalila meethiyaayirukkiravan evvidaththil thangiyirukkiraano, avvidaththu janangal erusalaemilulla thaevanutaiya aalayaththukkentu avanidaththil ursaakamaayk kaannikkai koduththu anuppukirathumanti, avanukkup pon velli muthaliya thiraviyangalaiyum, mirukajeevankalaiyum koduththu, uthaviseyyavaenndum entu persiyaavin raajaavaakiya koraes arivikkiraar entu than raajyamengum eluthiyanuppi vilamparampannnuviththaan. And whosoever remaineth in any place where he sojourneth, let the men of his place help him with silver, and with gold, and with goods, and with beasts, beside the freewill offering for the house of God that is in Jerusalem.

5 Appoluthu erusalaemilulla karththarutaiya, aalayaththaik kattukiratharkup pokumpati yoothaa penyameen vamsangalin thalaivarum aasaariyarum laeviyarumanti, evarkal aaviyai Dhevan aevinaaro avarkal ellaarum elumpinaarkal, Then rose up the chief of the fathers of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests, and the Levites, with all them whose spirit God had raised, to go up to build the house of the LORD which is in Jerusalem.

6 Avarkalaich suttilum kutiyirukkira yaavarum manaursaakamaayk kaannikkai koduththathumanti, vellip pannimuttukalaiyum ponnaiyum matta vasthukkalaiyum mirukajeevankalaiyum uchchithamaana porulkalaiyum koduththu, avarkal kaikalaith thidappaduththinaarkal. And all they that were about them strengthened their hands with vessels of silver, with gold, with goods, and with beasts, and with precious things, beside all that was willingly offered.

7 Naepukaathnaechchaாr erusalaemilirunthu konnduvanthu, than thaevanutaiya kovililae vaiththiruntha karththarutaiya aalayaththu pannimuttukalaiyum koraes raajaa eduththukkoduththaan. Also Cyrus the king brought forth the vessels of the house of the LORD, which Nebuchadnezzar had brought forth out of Jerusalem, and had put them in the house of his gods;

8 Avaikalaip persiyaavin raajaξvaakiya koraǠθ் pokkishakaύkaaranaakiya miΤ்thiraeΤாththin kaiyaοnaal edukkachcheythu, yoothaavin athipathiyaakiya sespaathsaaridaththil ennnnikkoduththaan. Even those did Cyrus king of Persia bring forth by the hand of Mithredath the treasurer, and numbered them unto Sheshbazzar, the prince of Judah.

9 Avaikalin thokaiyaavathu: pon thattukal muppathu, velliththaalangal aayiram, kaththikal irupaththonpathu. And this is the number of them: thirty chargers of gold, a thousand chargers of silver, nine and twenty knives,

10 Porkinnnangal muppathu, vellikkinnnangal naanoottaுppaththu, mattap pannimuttukal aayiram. Thirty basins of gold, silver basins of a second sort four hundred and ten, and other vessels a thousand.

11 Pon vellip pannimuttukalellaam aiyaayiraththu naanooraு, ivaikalaiyellaam sespaathsaar, siraiyiruppinintu viduthalaipettavarkal paapilonilirunthu erusalaemukkup pokaiyil, eduththukkonnduponaan. All the vessels of gold and of silver were five thousand and four hundred. All these did Sheshbazzar bring up with them of the captivity that were brought up from Babylon unto Jerusalem.
