2 Chronicles 11 in Tamil

1 ரெகொபெயாம் எருசலேமுக்கு வந்தபோது, இஸ்ரவேலோடு யுத்தம்பண்ணவும், ராஜ்யத்தைத் தன்னிடமாகத் திருப்பிக்கொள்ளவும், யூதா வம்சத்தாரும் பென்யமீன் வம்சத்தாருமாகிய தெரிந்துகொள்ளப்பட்ட யுத்தவீரரான லட்சத்து எண்பதினாயிரம்பேரைக் கூட்டினான். And when Rehoboam was come to Jerusalem, he gathered of the house of Judah and Benjamin an hundred and fourscore thousand chosen men, which were warriors, to fight against Israel, that he might bring the kingdom again to Rehoboam.

2 தேவனுடைய மனுஷனாகிய செமாயாவுக்குக் கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தை உண்டாகி, அவர் சொன்னது: But the word of the LORD came to Shemaiah the man of God, saying,

3 நீ யூதாவின் ராஜாவாகிய ரெகொபெயாம் என்னும் சாலொமோனின் குமாரனையும், யூதாவிலும் பென்யமீனிலும் இருக்கிற எல்லா இஸ்ரவேலரையும் நோக்கி: Speak unto Rehoboam the son of Solomon, king of Judah, and to all Israel in Judah and Benjamin, saying,

4 நீங்கள் போகாமலும், உங்கள் சகோதரரோடு யுத்தம்பண்ணாமலும் அவரவர் தம்தம் வீட்டுக்குத் திரும்புங்கள்; என்னாலே இந்தக் காரியம் நடந்தது என்று கர்த்தர் உரைக்கிறார் என்று சொல் என்றார்; அப்பொழுது அவர்கள் கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தைகளுக்குக் கீழ்ப்படிந்து, யெரொபெயாமுக்கு விரோதமாய் யுத்தம்பண்ணுவதை விட்டுத் திரும்பிப் போய்விட்டார்கள். Thus saith the LORD, Ye shall not go up, nor fight against your brethren: return every man to his house: for this thing is done of me. And they obeyed the words of the LORD, and returned from going against Jeroboam.

5 ரெகொபெயாம் எருசலேமில் வாசமாயிருந்து, யூதாவிலே அரணான பட்டணங்களைக் கட்டினான். And Rehoboam dwelt in Jerusalem, and built cities for defense in Judah.

6 அவன் பெத்லகேமும், ஏத்தாமும், தெக்கொவாவும், He built even Bethlehem, and Etam, and Tekoa,

7 பெத்சூரும், சோகோவும், அதுல்லாமும், And Bethzur, and Shoco, and Adullam,

8 காத்தும், மரேஷாவும், சீப்பும், அதோராமும், லாகீசும், அசேக்காவும், And Gath, and Mareshah, and Ziph,

9 சோராவும், ஆயிலோனும், எப்ரோனும் ஆகிய யூதாவிலும் பென்யமீனிலுமிருக்கிற அரணிப்பான பட்டணங்களைக்கட்டி, And Adoraim, and Lachish, and Azekah,

10 அந்த அரணிப்புகளைப் பலப்படுத்தி, அவைகளிலே தலைவரையும், ஆகாரமும் எண்ணெயும் திராட்சரசமுமுள்ள பண்டகசாலைகளையும், And Zorah, and Aijalon, and Hebron, which are in Judah and in Benjamin fenced cities.

11 யூதாவும் பென்யமீனும் அவன் பட்சத்திலிருக்க, ஒவ்வொரு பட்டணத்திலும் பரிசைகளையும் ஈட்டிகளையும் வைத்து, அவைகளை மிகுதியும் பலப்படுத்தினான். And he fortified the strong holds, and put captains in them, and store of victual, and of oil and wine.

12 இஸ்ரவேலெங்கும் இருக்கிற ஆசாரியரும் லேவியரும் தங்கள் எல்லா எல்லைகளிலுமிருந்து அவனிடத்தில் வந்தார்கள். And in every several city he put shields and spears, and made them exceeding strong, having Judah and Benjamin on his side.

13 லேவியர் கர்த்தருக்கு ஆசாரிய ஊழியஞ்செய்யாதபடிக்கு யெரொபெயாமும் அவன் குமாரரும் அவர்களைத் தள்ளிப்போட்டபடியினால், தங்கள் வெளிநிலங்களையும் தங்கள் காணியாட்சிகளையும்விட்டு, யூதாதேசத்துக்கும் எருசலேமுக்கும் வந்தார்கள். And the priests and the Levites that were in all Israel resorted to him out of all their coasts.

14 அவன் மேடைகளுக்கென்றும், பேய்களுக்கென்றும், தான் உண்டாக்கின கன்றுக்குட்டிகளுக்கென்றும் ஆசாரியர்களை ஏற்படுத்தினான். For the Levites left their suburbs and their possession, and came to Judah and Jerusalem: for Jeroboam and his sons had cast them off from executing the priest's office unto the LORD:

15 அந்த லேவியரின் பிறகாலே இஸ்ரவேலின் கோத்திரங்களிலெல்லாம் இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரைத் தேடுகிறதற்கு, தங்கள் இருதயத்தை நேராக்கினவர்கள் தங்கள் பிதாக்களின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்குப் பலியிடும்படிக்கு எருசலேமுக்கு வந்தார்கள். And he ordained him priests for the high places, and for the devils, and for the calves which he had made.

16 இப்படி மூன்று வருஷமட்டும் யூதாவின் ராஜ்யத்தைப் பலப்படுத்தி, சாலொமோனின் குமாரனாகிய ரெகொபெயாமைத் திடப்படுத்தினார்கள்; தாவீதும் சாலொமோனும் நடந்த வழியிலே மூன்றுவருஷமட்டும் நடந்தார்கள். And after them out of all the tribes of Israel such as set their hearts to seek the LORD God of Israel came to Jerusalem, to sacrifice unto the LORD God of their fathers.

17 ரெகொபெயாம் தாவீதின் குமாரனாகிய எரிமோத்தின் குமாரத்தி மகாத்தையும், ஈசாயின் குமாரனாகிய எலியாபின் குமாரத்தி அபியாயேலையும் விவாகம்பண்ணினான். So they strengthened the kingdom of Judah, and made Rehoboam the son of Solomon strong, three years: for three years they walked in the way of David and Solomon.

18 இவள் அவனுக்கு ஏயூஸ் சமரியா சாகாம் என்னும் குமாரரைப் பெற்றாள். And Rehoboam took him Mahalath the daughter of Jerimoth the son of David to wife, and Abihail the daughter of Eliab the son of Jesse;

19 அவளுக்குப்பிறகு அப்சலோமின் குமாரத்தியாகிய மாகாளை விவாகம்பண்ணினான்; அவள் அவனுக்கு அபியாவையும், அத்தாயியையும், சீசாவையும், செலோமித்தையும் பெற்றாள். Which bare him children; Jeush, and Shamariah, and Zaham.

20 ரெகொபெயாம் தன்னுடைய மனைவிகள் மறுமனையாட்டிகள் எல்லாரிலும், அப்சலோமின் குமாரத்தியாகிய மாகாளை சிநேகித்தான்; பதினெட்டு மனைவிகளையும் அறுபது மறுமனையாட்டிகளையும் விவாகம்பண்ணி, இருபத்தெட்டுக் குமாரரையும் அறுபது குமாரத்திகளையும் பெற்றான். And after her he took Maachah the daughter of Absalom; which bare him Abijah, and Attai, and Ziza, and Shelomith.

21 ரெகொபெயாம் மாகாளின் குமாரனாகிய அபியாவை அவன் சகோதரருக்குள்ளே தலைவனும் பெரியவனுமாக ஏற்படுத்தினான்; அவனை ராஜாவாக்க நினைத்தான். And Rehoboam loved Maachah the daughter of Absalom above all his wives and his concubines: (for he took eighteen wives, and threescore concubines; and begat twenty and eight sons, and threescore daughters.)

22 அவன் புத்தியாய் நடந்து, யூதா பென்யமீனுடைய எல்லா தேசங்களிலுமுள்ள அரணான சகல பட்டணங்களிலும் தன் குமாரர் யாவரையும் பிரித்துவைத்து, And Rehoboam made Abijah the son of Maachah the chief, to be ruler among his brethren: for he thought to make him king.

23 அவர்களுக்கு வேண்டிய ஆகாரத்தைக்கொடுத்து, அவர்களுக்கு அநேகம் பெண்களைத் தேடினான். And he dealt wisely, and dispersed of all his children throughout all the countries of Judah and Benjamin, unto every fenced city: and he gave them victual in abundance. And he desired many wives.

1 Rekopeyaam erusalaemukku vanthapothu, isravaelodu yuththampannnavum, raajyaththaith thannidamaakath thiruppikkollavum, yoothaa vamsaththaarum penyameen vamsaththaarumaakiya therinthukollappatta yuththaveeraraana latchaththu ennpathinaayirampaeraik koottinaan. And when Rehoboam was come to Jerusalem, he gathered of the house of Judah and Benjamin an hundred and fourscore thousand chosen men, which were warriors, to fight against Israel, that he might bring the kingdom again to Rehoboam.

2 Thaevanutaiya manushanaakiya semaayaavukkuk karththarutaiya vaarththai unndaaki, avar sonnathu: But the word of the LORD came to Shemaiah the man of God, saying,

3 Nee yoothaavin raajaavaakiya rekopeyaam ennum saalomonin kumaaranaiyum, yoothaavilum penyameenilum irukkira ellaa isravaelaraiyum Nnokki: Speak unto Rehoboam the son of Solomon, king of Judah, and to all Israel in Judah and Benjamin, saying,

4 Neengal pokaamalum, ungal sakothararodu yuththampannnnaamalum avaravar thamtham veettukkuth thirumpungal; ennaalae inthak kaariyam nadanthathu entu Karththar uraikkiraar entu sol entar; appoluthu avarkal karththarutaiya vaarththaikalukkuk geelppatinthu, yeropeyaamukku virothamaay yuththampannnuvathai vittuth thirumpip poyvittarkal. Thus saith the LORD, Ye shall not go up, nor fight against your brethren: return every man to his house: for this thing is done of me. And they obeyed the words of the LORD, and returned from going against Jeroboam.

5 Rekopeyaam erusalaemil vaasamaayirunthu, yoothaavilae arannaana pattanangalaik kattinaan. And Rehoboam dwelt in Jerusalem, and built cities for defense in Judah.

6 Avan pethlakaemum, aeththaamum, thekkovaavum, He built even Bethlehem, and Etam, and Tekoa,

7 Pethsoorum, sokovum, athullaamum, And Bethzur, and Shoco, and Adullam,

8 Kaaththum, maraeshaavum, seeppum, athoraamum, laageesum, asekkaavum, And Gath, and Mareshah, and Ziph,

9 Soraavum, aayilonum, epronum aakiya yoothaavilum penyameenilumirukkira arannippaana pattanangalaikkatti, And Adoraim, and Lachish, and Azekah,

10 Antha arannippukalaip palappaduththi, avaikalilae thalaivaraiyum, aakaaramum ennnneyum thiraatcharasamumulla panndakasaalaikalaiyum, And Zorah, and Aijalon, and Hebron, which are in Judah and in Benjamin fenced cities.

11 Yoothaavum penyameenum avan patchaththilirukka, ovvoru pattanaththilum parisaikalaiyum eettikalaiyum vaiththu, avaikalai mikuthiyum palappaduththinaan. And he fortified the strong holds, and put captains in them, and store of victual, and of oil and wine.

12 Isravaelengum irukkira aasaariyarum laeviyarum thangal ellaa ellaikalilumirunthu avanidaththil vanthaarkal. And in every several city he put shields and spears, and made them exceeding strong, having Judah and Benjamin on his side.

13 Laeviyar karththarukku aasaariya ooliyanjaெyyaathapatikku yeropeyaamum avan kumaararum avarkalaith thallippottapatiyinaal, thangal velinilangalaiyum thangal kaanniyaatchikalaiyumvittu, yoothaathaesaththukkum erusalaemukkum vanthaarkal. And the priests and the Levites that were in all Israel resorted to him out of all their coasts.

14 Avan maetaikalukkentum, paeykalukkentum, thaan unndaakkina kantukkuttikalukkentum aasaariyarkalai aerpaduththinaan. 15 Antha laeviyarin pirakaalae isravaelin koththirangalilellaam isravaelin thaevanaakiya karththaraith thaedukiratharku, thangal iruthayaththai naeraakkinavarkal thangal pithaakkalin thaevanaakiya karththarukkup paliyidumpatikku erusalaemukku vanthaarkal. And he ordained him priests for the high places, and for the devils, and for the calves which he had made.

16 Ippati moontu varushamattum yoothaavin raajyaththaip palappaduththi, saalomonin kumaaranaakiya rekopeyaamaith thidappaduththinaarkal; Davidm saalomonum nadantha valiyilae moontuvarushamattum nadanthaarkal. 17 Rekopeyaam thaaveethin kumaaranaakiya erimoththin kumaaraththi makaaththaiyum, eesaayin kumaaranaakiya eliyaapin kumaaraththi apiyaayaelaiyum vivaakampannnninaan. So they strengthened the kingdom of Judah, and made Rehoboam the son of Solomon strong, three years: for three years they walked in the way of David and Solomon.

20 Rekopeyaam thannutaiya manaivikal maraுmanaiyaattikal ellaarilum, apsalomin kumaaraththiyaakiya maakaalai sinaekiththaan; pathinettu manaivikalaiyum araுpathu maraுmanaiyaattikalaiyum vivaakampannnni, irupaththettuk kumaararaiyum araுpathu kumaaraththikalaiyum pettaாn. And after her he took Maachah the daughter of Absalom; which bare him Abijah, and Attai, and Ziza, and Shelomith.

21 Rekopeyaam maakaalin kumaaranaakiya apiyaavai avan sakothararukkullae thalaivanum periyavanumaaka aerpaduththinaan; avanai raajaavaakka ninaiththaan. And Rehoboam loved Maachah the daughter of Absalom above all his wives and his concubines: (for he took eighteen wives, and threescore concubines; and begat twenty and eight sons, and threescore daughters.)

22 Avan puththiyaay nadanthu, yoothaa penyameenutaiya ellaa thaesangalilumulla arannaana sakala pattanangalilum than kumaarar yaavaraiyum piriththuvaiththu, And Rehoboam made Abijah the son of Maachah the chief, to be ruler among his brethren: for he thought to make him king.

23 Avarkalukku vaenntiya aakaaraththaikkoduththu, avarkalukku anaekam pennkalaith thaetinaan. And he dealt wisely, and dispersed of all his children throughout all the countries of Judah and Benjamin, unto every fenced city: and he gave them victual in abundance. And he desired many wives.
