1 Corinthians 12 in Tamil

1 அன்றியும், சகோதரரே, ஆவிக்குரியவரங்களைக் குறித்து நீங்கள் அறியாதிருக்க எனக்கு மனதில்லை. Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.

2 நீங்கள் அஞ்ஞானிகளாயிருந்தபோது ஏவப்பட்டபடியே, ஊமையான விக்கிரகங்களிடத்தில் மனதைச் செலுத்தினீர்களென்று உங்களுக்குத் தெரியுமே. Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led.

3 ஆதலால், தேவனுடைய ஆவியினாலே பேசுகிற எவனும் இயேசுவைச் சபிக்கப்பட்டவனென்று சொல்லமாட்டானென்றும், பரிசுத்த ஆவியினாலேயன்றி இயேசுவைக் கர்த்தரென்று ஒருவனும் சொல்லக்கூடாதென்றும், உங்களுக்குத் தெரிவிக்கிறேன். Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.

4 வரங்களில் வித்தியாசங்கள் உண்டு ஆவியானவர் ஒருவரே. Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.

5 ஊழியங்களிலேயும் வித்தியாசங்கள் உண்டு, கர்த்தர் ஒருவரே. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.

6 கிரியைகளிலேயும் வித்தியாசங்களுண்டு, எல்லாருக்குள்ளும் எல்லாவற்றையும் நடப்பிக்கிற தேவன் ஒருவரே. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.

7 ஆவியினுடைய அநுக்கிரகம் அவனவனுடைய பிரயோஜனத்திற்கென்று அளிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.

8 எப்படியெனில், ஒருவனுக்கு ஆவியினாலே ஞானத்தைப் போதிக்கும் வசனமும், வேறொருவனுக்கு அந்த ஆவியினாலேயே அறிவை உணர்த்தும் வசனமும், For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;

9 வேறொருவனுக்கு அந்த ஆவியினாலேயே விசுவாசமும், வேறொருவனுக்கு அந்த ஆவியினாலேயே குணமாக்கும் வரங்களும், To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;

10 வேறொருவனுக்கு அற்புதங்களைச்செய்யும் சக்தியும், வேறொருவனுக்குத் தீர்க்கதரிசனம் உரைத்தலும், வேறொருவனுக்கு ஆவிகளைப் பகுத்தறிதலும், வேறொருவனுக்குப் பற்பல பாஷைகளைப்பேசுதலும், வேறொருவனுக்குப் பாஷைகளை வியாக்கியானம்பண்ணுதலும் அளிக்கப்படுகிறது. To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:

11 இவைகளையெல்லாம் அந்த ஒரே ஆவியானவர் நடப்பித்து, தமது சித்தத்தின்படியே அவனவனுக்குப் பகிர்ந்துகொடுக்கிறார். But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.

12 எப்படியெனில், சரீரம் ஒன்று, அதற்கு அவயவங்கள் அநேகம்; ஒரே சரீரத்தின் அவயவங்களெல்லாம் அநேகமாயிருந்தும், சரீரம் ஒன்றாகவேயிருக்கிறது; அந்தப்பிரகாரமாகக் கிறிஸ்துவும் இருக்கிறார். For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

13 நாம் யூதராயினும், கிரேக்கராயினும், அடிமைகளாயினும், சுயாதீனராயினும், எல்லாரும் ஒரே ஆவியினாலே ஒரே சரீரத்திற்குள்ளாக ஞானஸ்நானம்பண்ணப்பட்டு, எல்லாரும் ஒரே ஆவிக்குள்ளாகவே தாகந்தீர்க்கப்பட்டோம். For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

14 சரீரமும் ஒரே அவயவமாயிராமல் அநேக அவயவங்களை உடையதாயிருக்கிறது. For the body is not one member, but many.

15 காலானது நான் கையாயிராதபடியினாலே, நான் சரீரத்தின் அவயவமல்லவென்றால், அதினாலே அது சரீரத்தின் அவயமாயிராதோ? If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?

16 காதானது நான் கண்ணாயிராதபடியினாலே, நான் சரீரத்தின் அவயவமல்லவென்றால், அதினாலே அது சரீரத்தின் அவயவமாயிராதோ? And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?

17 சரீரம் முழுவதும் கண்ணானால், செவி எங்கே? அது முழுவதும் செவியானால், மோப்பம் எங்கே? If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?

18 தேவன் தமது சித்தத்தின்படி, அவயவங்கள் ஒவ்வொன்றையும் சரீரத்திலே வைத்தார். But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.

19 அவையெல்லாம் ஒரே அவயவமாயிருந்தால், சரீரம் எங்கே? And if they were all one member, where were the body?

20 அவயவங்கள் அநேகமாயிருந்தும் சரீரம் ஒன்றே. But now are they many members, yet but one body.

21 கண்ணானது கையைப்பார்த்து: நீ எனக்கு வேண்டுவதில்லையென்றும்; தலையானது கால்களை நோக்கி: நீங்கள் எனக்கு வேண்டுவதில்லையென்றும் சொல்லக்கூடாது. And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.

22 சரீர அவயவங்களில் பலவீனமுள்ளவைகளாய்க் காணப்படுகிறவைகளே மிகவும் வேண்டியவைகளாயிருக்கிறது. Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary:

23 மேலும், சரீர அவயவங்களில் கனவீனமாய்க் காணப்படுகிறவைகளுக்கே அதிக கனத்தைக் கொடுக்கிறோம்; நம்மில் இலட்சணமில்லாதவைகளே அதிக அலங்காரம் பெறும்; And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.

24 நம்மில் இலட்சணமுள்ளவைகளுக்கு அலங்கரிப்பு வேண்டியதில்லை. For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked.

25 சரீரத்திலே பிரிவினையுண்டாயிராமல், அவயவங்கள் ஒன்றைக்குறித்து ஒன்று கவலையாயிருக்கும்படிக்கு, தேவன் கனத்தில் குறைவுள்ளதற்கு அதிக கனத்தைக் கொடுத்து, இப்படிச் சரீரத்தை அமைத்திருக்கிறார். That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.

26 ஆதலால் ஒரு அவயவம் பாடுபட்டால் எல்லா அவயவங்களும் கூடப் பாடுபடும்; ஒரு அவயவம் மகிமைப்பட்டால் எல்லா அவயவங்களும் கூடச் சந்தோஷப்படும். And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.

27 நீங்களே கிறிஸ்துவின் சரீரமாயும், தனித்தனியே அவயவங்களாயுமிருக்கிறீர்கள். Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

28 தேவனானவர் சபையிலே முதலாவது அப்போஸ்தலரையும், இரண்டாவது தீர்க்கதரிசிகளையும், மூன்றாவது போதகர்களையும், பின்பு அற்புதங்களையும், பின்பு குணமாக்கும் வரங்களையும், ஊழியங்களையும், ஆளுகைகளையும், பலவித பாஷைகளையும் ஏற்படுத்தினார் And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.

29 எல்லாரும் அப்போஸ்தலர்களா? எல்லாரும் தீர்க்கதரிசிகளா? எல்லாரும் போதகர்களா? எல்லாரும் அற்புதங்களைச் செய்கிறவர்களா? Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?

30 எல்லாரும் குணமாக்கும் வரங்களுடையவர்களா? எல்லாரும் அந்நியபாஷைகளைப் பேசுகிறார்களா? எல்லாரும் வியாக்கியானம் பண்ணுகிறார்களா? Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?

31 இப்படியிருக்க, முக்கியமான வரங்களை நாடுங்கள்; இன்னும் அதிக மேன்மையான வழியையும் உங்களுக்குக் காண்பிக்கிறேன். But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.

1 Antiyum, sakothararae, aavikkuriyavarangalaik kuriththu neengal ariyaathirukka enakku manathillai. Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.

2 Neengal anjnjaanikalaayirunthapothu aevappattapatiyae, oomaiyaana vikkirakangalidaththil manathaich seluththineerkalentu ungalukkuth theriyumae. Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led.

3 Aathalaal, thaevanutaiya aaviyinaalae paesukira evanum Yesuvaich sapikkappattavanentu sollamaattanentum, Parisuththa aaviyinaalaeyanti Yesuvaik karththarentu oruvanum sollakkoodaathentum, ungalukkuth therivikkiraேn. Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.

4 Varangalil viththiyaasangal unndu Aaviyaanavar oruvarae. Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.

5 Ooliyangalilaeyum viththiyaasangal unndu, Karththar oruvarae. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.

6 Kiriyaikalilaeyum viththiyaasangalunndu, ellaarukkullum ellaavattaைyum nadappikkira Dhevan oruvarae. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.

7 Aaviyinutaiya anukkirakam avanavanutaiya pirayojanaththirkentu alikkappattirukkirathu. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.

8 Eppatiyenil, oruvanukku aaviyinaalae njaanaththaip pothikkum vasanamum, vaeroruvanukku antha aaviyinaalaeyae arivai unarththum vasanamum, For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;

9 Vaeroruvanukku antha aaviyinaalaeyae visuvaasamum, vaeroruvanukku antha aaviyinaalaeyae kunamaakkum varangalum, To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;

10 Vaeroruvanukku arputhangalaichcheyyum sakthiyum, vaeroruvanukkuth theerkkatharisanam uraiththalum, vaeroruvanukku aavikalaip pakuththarithalum, vaeroruvanukkup parpala paashaikalaippaesuthalum, vaeroruvanukkup paashaikalai viyaakkiyaanampannnuthalum alikkappadukirathu. To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:

11 Ivaikalaiyellaam antha orae Aaviyaanavar nadappiththu, thamathu siththaththinpatiyae avanavanukkup pakirnthukodukkiraar. But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.

12 Eppatiyenil, sareeram ontu, atharku avayavangal anaekam; orae sareeraththin avayavangalellaam anaekamaayirunthum, sareeram ontakavaeyirukkirathu; anthappirakaaramaakak Kristhuvum irukkiraar. For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

13 Naam yootharaayinum, kiraekkaraayinum, atimaikalaayinum, suyaatheenaraayinum, ellaarum orae aaviyinaalae orae sareeraththirkullaaka njaanasnaanampannnappattu, ellaarum orae aavikkullaakavae thaakantheerkkappattaோm. 14 Sareeramum orae avayavamaayiraamal anaeka avayavangalai utaiyathaayirukkirathu. For the body is not one member, but many.

15 Kaalaanathu naan kaiyaayiraathapatiyinaalae, naan sareeraththin avayavamallavental, athinaalae athu sareeraththin avayamaayiraatho? If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?

16 Kaathaanathu naan kannnnaayiraathapatiyinaalae, naan sareeraththin avayavamallavental, athinaalae athu sareeraththin avayavamaayiraatho? And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?

17 Sareeram muluvathum kannnnaanaal, sevi engae? Athu muluvathum seviyaanaal, moppam engae? If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?

18 Dhevan thamathu siththaththinpati, avayavangal ovvontaiyum sareeraththilae vaiththaar. But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.

19 Avaiyellaam orae avayavamaayirunthaal, sareeram engae? And if they were all one member, where were the body?

20 Avayavangal anaekamaayirunthum sareeram onte. But now are they many members, yet but one body.

21 Kannnnaanathu kaiyaippaarththu: nee enakku vaennduvathillaiyentum; thalaiyaanathu kaalkalai Nnokki: neengal enakku vaennduvathillaiyentum sollakkoodaathu. And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.

22 Sareera avayavangalil palaveenamullavaikalaayk kaanappadukiravaikalae mikavum vaenntiyavaikalaayirukkirathu. Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary:

23 Maelum, sareera avayavangalil kanaveenamaayk kaanappadukiravaikalukkae athika kanaththaik kodukkirom; nammil ilatchanamillaathavaikalae athika alangaaram peraுm; And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.

24 Nammil ilatchanamullavaikalukku alangarippu vaenntiyathillai. For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked.

25 Sareeraththilae pirivinaiyunndaayiraamal, avayavangal ontaikkuriththu ontu kavalaiyaayirukkumpatikku, Dhevan kanaththil kuraivullatharku athika kanaththaik koduththu, ippatich sareeraththai amaiththirukkiraar. That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.

26 Aathalaal oru avayavam paadupattal ellaa avayavangalum koodap paadupadum; oru avayavam makimaippattal ellaa avayavangalum koodach santhoshappadum. And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.

27 Neengalae Kristhuvin sareeramaayum, thaniththaniyae avayavangalaayumirukkireerkal. Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

28 Thaevanaanavar Sabaiyilae muthalaavathu apposthalaraiyum, iranndaavathu theerkkatharisikalaiyum, moontavathu pothakarkalaiyum, pinpu arputhangalaiyum, pinpu kunamaakkum varangalaiyum, ooliyangalaiyum, aalukaikalaiyum, palavitha paashaikalaiyum aerpaduththinaar And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.

29 Ellaarum apposthalarkalaa? Ellaarum theerkkatharisikalaa? Ellaarum pothakarkalaa? Ellaarum arputhangalaich seykiravarkalaa? Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?

30 Ellaarum kunamaakkum varangalutaiyavarkalaa? Ellaarum anniyapaashaikalaip paesukiraarkalaa? Ellaarum viyaakkiyaanam pannnukiraarkalaa? Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?

31 Ippatiyirukka, mukkiyamaana varangalai naadungal; innum athika maenmaiyaana valiyaiyum ungalukkuk kaannpikkiraேn. But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.
