கசப்புக்கலந்த காடியை அவருக்குக் குடிக்கக் கொடுத்தார்கள்; அவர் அதை ருசிபார்த்து, குடிக்க மனதில்லாதிருந்தார்.

அவர்கள் நடுவில் இருக்கிற அதிபதி மாலைமறையும்போது தோளின்மேல் சுமைசுமந்து புறப்படுவான்; வெளியே சுமைகொண்டுபோகச் சுவரிலே துவாரமிடுவார்கள்; கண்களாலே அவன் தன்னுடைய தேசத்தைக் காணாதபடி தன்னுடைய முகத்தை மூடிக்கொள்வான்.

உங்கள் தலைவன் சுவற்றில் துவாரமிட்டு அவற்றின் வழியாக நழுவிப் போய்விடுவான். அவன் தனது முகத்தை மூடுவான். எனவே, ஜனங்களால் அவனை அடையாளம் காணமுடியாது. அவன் எங்கே போகிறான் என்பதை அவனது கண்களால் கண்டுகொள்ள முடியாது.
