    אֵלַ֖י
    inhabitants
    ay-LAI
    אֵ֣ת
    of
    ate
    אֲשֶׁר
    Jerusalem,
    uh-SHER
    דָּקָ֑רוּ
    the
    da-KA-roo
    וְסָפְד֣וּ
    spirit
    veh-sofe-DOO
    עָלָ֗יו
    of
    ah-LAV
    כְּמִסְפֵּד֙
    grace
    keh-mees-PADE
    עַל
    and
    al
    הַיָּחִ֔יד
    of
    ha-ya-HEED
    וְהָמֵ֥ר
    supplications:
    veh-ha-MARE
    עָלָ֖יו
    and
    ah-LAV
    כְּהָמֵ֥ר
    they
    keh-ha-MARE
    עַֽל
    shall
    al
    הַבְּכֽוֹר׃
