John 7 - DBY (Malayalam)

1 And after these things Jesus walked in Galilee, for he would not walk in Judaea, because the Jews sought to kill him.അതിന്റെ ശേഷം യേശു ഗലീലയിൽ സഞ്ചരിച്ചു; യെഹൂദന്മാർ അവനെ കൊല്ലുവാൻ അന്വേഷിച്ചതുകൊണ്ടു യെഹൂദ്യയിൽ സഞ്ചരിപ്പാൻ അവന്നു മനസ്സില്ലായിരുന്നു.

2 Now the tabernacles, the feast of the Jews, was near.എന്നാൽ യെഹൂദന്മാരുടെ കൂടാരപ്പെരുനാൾ അടുത്തിരുന്നു.

3 His brethren therefore said to him, Remove hence and go into Judaea, that thy disciples also may see thy works which thou doest;അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാർ അവനോടു: നീ ചെയ്യുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തികളെ നിന്റെ ശിഷ്യന്മാരും കാണേണ്ടതിന്നു ഇവിടം വിട്ടു യെഹൂദ്യയിലേക്കു പോക.

4 for no one does anything in secret and himself seeks to be [known] in public. If thou doest these things, manifest thyself to the world:പ്രസിദ്ധൻ ആകുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവൻ ആരും രഹസ്യത്തിൽ ഒന്നും ചെയ്യുന്നില്ലല്ലോ; നീ ഇതു ചെയ്യുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ലോകത്തിന്നു നിന്നെത്തന്നേ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

5 for neither did his brethren believe on him.അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരും അവനിൽ വിശ്വസിച്ചില്ല.

6 Jesus therefore says to them, My time is not yet come, but your time is always ready.യേശു അവരോടു: “എന്റെ സമയം ഇതുവരെ വന്നിട്ടില്ല; നിങ്ങൾക്കോ എല്ലയ്പോഴും സമയം തന്നേ.

7 The world cannot hate you, but me it hates, because I bear witness concerning it that its works are evil.നിങ്ങളെ പകെപ്പാൻ ലോകത്തിന്നു കഴിയുന്നതല്ല; എന്നാൽ അതിന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തികൾ ദോഷമുള്ളവ എന്നു ഞാൻ അതിനെക്കുറിച്ചു സാക്ഷ്യം പറയുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു അതു എന്നെ പകെക്കുന്നു.

8 Ye, go ye up to this feast. I go not up to this feast, for *my* time is not yet fulfilled.നിങ്ങൾ പെരുനാളിന്നു പോകുവിൻ; എന്റെ സമയം ഇതുവരെ വന്നിട്ടില്ലായ്കകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ ഈ പെരുനാളിന്നു ഇപ്പോൾ പോകുന്നില്ല.

9 Having said these things to them he abode in Galilee.ഇങ്ങനെ അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞിട്ടു ഗലീലയിൽ തന്നേ പാർത്തു.

10 But when his brethren had gone up, then he himself also went up to the feast, not openly, but as in secret.അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാർ പെരുനാളിന്നു പോയശേഷം അവനും പരസ്യമായിട്ടല്ല രഹസ്യത്തിൽ എന്നപോലെ പോയി.

11 The Jews therefore sought him at the feast, and said, Where is he?എന്നാൽ യെഹൂദന്മാർ പെരുനാളിൽ: അവൻ എവിടെ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു അവനെ അന്വേഷിച്ചു.

12 And there was much murmuring concerning him among the crowds. Some said, He is [a] good [man]; others said, No; but he deceives the crowd.പുരുഷാരത്തിൽ അവനെക്കുറിച്ചു വളരെ കുശുകുശുപ്പു ഉണ്ടായി; അവൻ നല്ലവൻ എന്നു ചിലരും അല്ല, അവൻ പുരുഷാരത്തെ വഞ്ചിക്കുന്നു എന്നു മറ്റു ചിലരും പറഞ്ഞു.

13 However, no one spoke openly concerning him on account of [their] fear of the Jews.എങ്കിലും യെഹൂദന്മാരെ പേടിച്ചിട്ടു ആരും പ്രസിദ്ധമായി അവനെക്കുറിച്ചു സംസാരിച്ചില്ല.

14 But when it was now the middle of the feast, Jesus went up into the temple and taught.പെരുനാൾ പാതി കഴിഞ്ഞശേഷം യേശു ദൈവാലയത്തിൽ ചെന്നു ഉപദേശിച്ചു.

15 The Jews therefore wondered, saying, How knows this [man] letters, having never learned?വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം ചെയ്യാത്ത ഇവൻ ശാസ്ത്രം അറിയുന്നതു എങ്ങനെ എന്നു യെഹൂദന്മാർ പറഞ്ഞു ആശ്ചര്യപ്പെട്ടു.

16 Jesus therefore answered them and said, My doctrine is not mine, but [that] of him that has sent me.യേശു അവരോടു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതു: “എന്റെ ഉപദേശം എന്റേതല്ല, എന്നെ അയച്ചവന്റേതത്രേ.

17 If any one desire to practise his will, he shall know concerning the doctrine, whether it is of God, or [that] I speak from myself.അവന്റെ ഇഷ്ടം ചെയ്‍വാൻ ഇച്ഛിക്കുന്നവൻ ഈ ഉപദേശം ദൈവത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ളതോ ഞാൻ സ്വയമായി പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നതോ എന്നു അറിയും.

18 He that speaks from himself seeks his own glory; but he that seeks the glory of him that has sent him, he is true, and unrighteousness is not in him.സ്വയമായി പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നവൻ സ്വന്തമഹത്വം അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നു; തന്നെ അയച്ചവന്റെ മഹത്വം അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നവൻ സത്യവാൻ ആകുന്നു; നീതികേടു അവനിൽ ഇല്ല.

19 Has not Moses given you the law, and no one of you practises the law? Why do ye seek to kill me?മോശെ നിങ്ങൾക്കു ന്യായപ്രമാണം തന്നിട്ടില്ലയോ? എങ്കിലും നിങ്ങളിൽ ആരും ന്യായപ്രമാണം ആചരിക്കുന്നില്ല. നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ കൊല്ലുവാൻ അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നതു എന്തു?

20 The crowd answered [and said], Thou hast a demon: who seeks to kill thee?അതിന്നു പുരുഷാരം: നിനക്കു ഒരു ഭൂതം ഉണ്ടു; ആർ നിന്നെ കൊല്ലുവാൻ അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നു എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

21 Jesus answered and said to them, I have done one work, and ye all wonder.യേശു അവരോടു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതു: “ഞാൻ ഒരു പ്രവൃത്തി ചെയ്തു; അതിങ്കൽ നിങ്ങൾ എല്ലാവരും ആശ്ചര്യപ്പെടുന്നു.

22 Therefore Moses gave you circumcision (not that it is of Moses, but of the fathers), and ye circumcise a man on sabbath.മോശെ നിങ്ങൾക്കു പരിച്ഛേദന നിയമിച്ചിരിക്കയാൽ--അതു മോശെയുടെ കാലത്തല്ല പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ കാലത്തത്രെ തുടങ്ങിയതു--നിങ്ങൾ ശബ്ബത്തിൽ മനുഷ്യനെ പരിച്ഛേദന കഴിക്കുന്നു.

23 If a man receives circumcision on sabbath, that the law of Moses may not be violated, are ye angry with me because I have made a man entirely sound on sabbath?മോശെയുടെ ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിന്നു നീക്കം വരാതിരിപ്പാൻ ശബ്ബത്തിലും മനുഷ്യൻ പരിച്ഛേദന ഏല്ക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ഞാൻ ശബ്ബത്തിൽ ഒരു മനുഷ്യനെ മുഴുവനും സൌഖ്യമാക്കിയതിനാൽ എന്നോടു ഈർഷ്യപ്പെടുന്നുവോ?

24 Judge not according to sight, but judge righteous judgment.കാഴ്ചപ്രകാരം വിധിക്കരുതു; നീതിയുള്ള വിധി വിധിപ്പിൻ.

25 Some therefore of those of Jerusalem said, Is not this he whom they seek to kill?യെരൂശലേമ്യരിൽ ചിലർ: അവർ കൊല്ലുവാൻ അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നവൻ ഇവൻ അല്ലയോ?

26 and behold, he speaks openly, and they say nothing to him. Have the rulers then indeed recognised that this is the Christ?അവൻ ധൈര്യത്തോടെ സംസാരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ; അവർ അവനോടു ഒന്നും പറയുന്നില്ല; ഇവൻ ക്രിസ്തു ആകുന്നു എന്നു പ്രമാണികൾ യഥാർത്ഥമായി ഗ്രഹിച്ചുവോ?

27 But [as to] this [man] we know whence he is. Now [as to] the Christ, when he comes, no one knows whence he is.എങ്കിലും ഇവൻ എവിടെനിന്നു എന്നു നാം അറിയുന്നു; ക്രിസ്തു വരുമ്പോഴോ അവൻ എവിടെനിന്നു എന്നു ആരും അറികയില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

28 Jesus therefore cried out in the temple, teaching and saying, Ye both know me and ye know whence I am; and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom ye do not know.ആകയാൽ യേശു ദൈവാലയത്തിൽ ഉപദേശിക്കുമ്പോൾ: “നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ അറിയുന്നു; ഞാൻ എവിടെനിന്നെന്നും അറിയുന്നു. ഞാൻ സ്വയമായിട്ടു വന്നവനല്ല, എന്നെ അയച്ചവൻ സത്യവാൻ ആകുന്നു; അവനെ നിങ്ങൾ അറിയുന്നില്ല.

29 I know him, because I am from him, and *he* has sent me.ഞാൻ അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ നിന്നു വന്നതുകൊണ്ടും അവൻ എന്നെ അയച്ചതുകൊണ്ടും ഞാൻ അവനെ അറിയുന്നു” എന്നു വിളിച്ചുപറഞ്ഞു.

30 They sought therefore to take him; and no one laid his hand upon him, because his hour had not yet come.ആകയാൽ അവർ അവനെ പിടിപ്പാൻ അന്വേഷിച്ചു എങ്കിലും അവന്റെ നാഴിക വന്നിട്ടില്ലായ്കയാൽ ആരും അവന്റെ മേൽ കൈ വെച്ചില്ല.

31 But many of the crowd believed on him, and said, Will the Christ, when he comes, do more signs than those which this [man] has done?പുരുഷാരത്തിൽ പലരും: ക്രിസ്തു വരുമ്പോൾ ഇവൻ ചെയ്തതിൽ അധികം അടയാളം ചെയ്യുമോ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു അവനിൽ വിശ്വസിച്ചു.

32 The Pharisees heard the crowd murmuring these things concerning him, and the Pharisees and the chief priests sent officers that they might take him.പുരുഷാരം അവനെക്കുറിച്ചു ഇങ്ങനെ കുശുകുശുക്കുന്നു എന്നു പരീശന്മാർ കേട്ടാറെ അവനെ പിടിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു മഹാപുരോഹിതന്മാരും പരീശന്മാരും ചേവകരെ അയച്ചു.

33 Jesus therefore said, Yet a little while I am with you, and I go to him that has sent me.യേശുവോ: “ഞാൻ ഇനി കുറെനേരം നിങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ ഇരിക്കുന്നു; പിന്നെ എന്നെ അയച്ചവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ പോകുന്നു.

34 Ye shall seek me and shall not find [me], and where I am ye cannot come.നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ അന്വേഷിക്കും കണ്ടെത്തുകയില്ലതാനും; ഞാൻ ഇരിക്കുന്നേടത്തു നിങ്ങൾക്കു വരുവാൻ കഴികയുമില്ല ” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

35 The Jews therefore said to one another, Where is he about to go that we shall not find him? Is he about to go to the dispersion among the Greeks, and teach the Greeks?അതു കേട്ടിട്ടു യെഹൂദന്മാർ: നാം കണ്ടെത്താതവണ്ണം ഇവൻ എവിടേക്കു പോകുവാൻ ഭാവിക്കുന്നു? യവനന്മാരുടെ ഇടയിൽ ചിതറിപ്പാർക്കുന്നവരുടെ അടുക്കൽ പോയി യവനരെ ഉപദേശിപ്പാൻ ഭാവമോ?

36 What word is this which he said, Ye shall seek me and shall not find [me]; and where I am ye cannot come?നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ അന്വേഷിക്കും, എന്നെ കണ്ടെത്തുകയില്ലതാനും; ഞാൻ ഇരിക്കുന്നേടത്തു നിങ്ങൾക്കു വരുവാൻ കഴികയുമില്ല എന്നു ഈ പറഞ്ഞ വാക്കു എന്തു എന്നു തമ്മിൽ തമ്മിൽ പറഞ്ഞു.

37 In the last, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried saying, If any one thirst, let him come to me and drink.ഉത്സവത്തിന്റെ മഹാദിനമായ ഒടുക്കത്തെ നാളിൽ യേശുനിന്നുകൊണ്ടു: “ദാഹിക്കുന്നവൻ എല്ലാം എന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നു കുടിക്കട്ടെ.

38 He that believes on me, as the scripture has said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.എന്നിൽ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ നിന്നു തിരുവെഴുത്തു പറയുന്നതുപോലെ ജീവജലത്തിന്റെ നദികൾ ഒഴുകും” എന്നു വിളിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു.

39 But this he said concerning the Spirit, which they that believed on him were about to receive; for [the] Spirit was not yet, because Jesus had not yet been glorified.അവൻ ഇതു തന്നിൽ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവർക്കു ലഭിപ്പാനുള്ള ആത്മാവിനെക്കുറിച്ചു ആകുന്നു പറഞ്ഞതു; യേശു അന്നു തേജസ്കരിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടില്ലായ്കയാൽ ആത്മാവു വന്നിട്ടില്ലായിരുന്നു.

40 [Some] out of the crowd therefore, having heard this word, said, This is truly the prophet.പുരുഷാരത്തിൽ പലരും ആ വാക്കു കേട്ടിട്ടു: ഇവൻ സാക്ഷാൽ ആ പ്രവാചകൻ ആകുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

41 Others said, This is the Christ. Others said, Does then the Christ come out of Galilee?വേറെ ചിലർ: ഇവൻ ക്രിസ്തു തന്നേ എന്നും മറ്റു ചിലർ: ഗലീലയിൽ നിന്നോ ക്രിസ്തു വരുന്നതു?

42 Has not the scripture said that the Christ comes of the seed of David, and from the village of Bethlehem, where David was?ദാവീദിന്റെ സന്തതിയിൽ നിന്നും ദാവീദ് പാർത്ത ഗ്രാമമായ ബേത്ത്ളേഹെമിൽനിന്നും ക്രിസ്തു വരുന്നു എന്നു തിരുവെഴുത്തു പറയുന്നില്ലയോ എന്നും പറഞ്ഞു.

43 There was a division therefore in the crowd on account of him.അങ്ങനെ പുരുഷാരത്തിൽ അവനെച്ചൊല്ലി ഭിന്നത ഉണ്ടായി.

44 But some of them desired to take him, but no one laid hands upon him.അവരിൽ ചിലർ അവനെ പിടിപ്പാൻ ഭാവിച്ചു എങ്കിലും ആരും അവന്റെ മേൽ കൈവെച്ചില്ല.

45 The officers therefore came to the chief priests and Pharisees, and they said to them, Why have ye not brought him?ചേവകർ മഹാപുരോഹിതന്മാരുടെയും പരീശന്മാരുടെയും അടുക്കൽ മടങ്ങിവന്നപ്പോൾ അവർ അവരോടു: നിങ്ങൾ അവനെ കൊണ്ടുവരാഞ്ഞതു എന്തു എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു:

46 The officers answered, Never man spoke thus, as this man [speaks].ഈ മനുഷ്യൻ സംസാരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ ആരും ഒരുനാളും സംസാരിച്ചിട്ടില്ല എന്നു ചേവകർ ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

47 The Pharisees therefore answered them, Are ye also deceived?പരീശന്മാർ അവരോടു: നിങ്ങളും തെറ്റിപ്പോയോ?

48 Has any one of the rulers believed on him, or of the Pharisees?പ്രമാണികളിൽ ആകട്ടെ പരീശന്മാരിൽ ആകട്ടെ ആരെങ്കിലും അവനിൽ വിശ്വസിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടോ?

49 But this crowd, which does not know the law, are accursed.ന്യായപ്രമാണം അറിയാത്ത പുരുഷാരമോ ശപിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരാകുന്നു എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

50 Nicodemus says to them (being one of themselves),അവരിൽ ഒരുത്തനായി, മുമ്പെ അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നിരുന്ന നിക്കൊദേമൊസ് അവരോടു:

51 Does our law judge a man before it have first heard from himself, and know what he does?ഒരു മനുഷ്യന്റെ വാമൊഴി ആദ്യം കേട്ടു, അവൻ ചെയ്യുന്നതു ഇന്നതു എന്നു അറിഞ്ഞിട്ടല്ലാതെ നമ്മുടെ ന്യായപ്രമാണം അവനെ വിധിക്കുന്നുവോ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

52 They answered and said to him, Art thou also of Galilee? Search and look, that no prophet arises out of Galilee.അവർ അവനോടു: നീയും ഗലീലക്കാരനോ? പരിശോധിച്ചുനോക്കുക; ഗലീലയിൽ നിന്നു പ്രവാചകൻ എഴുന്നേല്ക്കുന്നില്ലല്ലോ എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

53 And every one went to his home.അങ്ങനെ ഓരോരുത്തൻ താന്താന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ പോയി.
