Psalm 63
1 ദൈവമേ, നീ എന്റെ ദൈവം; അതികാലത്തേ ഞാൻ നിന്നെ അന്വേഷിക്കും; വെള്ളമില്ലാതെ ഉണങ്ങി വരണ്ട ദേശത്തു എന്റെ ഉള്ളം നിനക്കായി ദാഹിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ദേഹം നിനക്കായി കാംക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
2 അങ്ങനെ നിന്റെ ബലവും മഹത്വവും കാണേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിൽ നിന്നെ നോക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
3 നിന്റെ ദയ ജീവനെക്കാൾ നല്ലതാകുന്നു; എന്റെ അധരങ്ങൾ നിന്നെ സ്തുതിക്കും.
4 എന്റെ ജീവകാലം ഒക്കെയും ഞാൻ അങ്ങനെ നിന്നെ വാഴ്ത്തും; നിന്റെ നാമത്തിൽ ഞാൻ എന്റെ കൈകളെ മലർത്തും.
5 എന്റെ കിടക്കയിൽ നിന്നെ ഓർക്കയും ഞാൻ രാത്രിയാമങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നെ ധ്യാനിക്കയും ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ
6 എന്റെ പ്രാണന്നു മജ്ജയും മേദസ്സുംകൊണ്ടു എന്നപോലെ തൃപ്തിവരുന്നു; എന്റെ വായ് സന്തോഷമുള്ള അധരങ്ങളാൽ നിന്നെ സ്തുതിക്കുന്നു.
7 നീ എനിക്കു സഹായമായിത്തീർന്നുവല്ലോ; നിന്റെ ചിറകിൻ നിഴലിൽ ഞാൻ ഘോഷിച്ചാനന്ദിക്കുന്നു.
8 എന്റെ ഉള്ളം നിന്നോടു പറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ വലങ്കൈ എന്നെ താങ്ങുന്നു.
9 എന്നാൽ അവർ സ്വന്തനാശത്തിന്നായി എനിക്കു പ്രാണഹാനി വരുത്തുവാൻ നോക്കുന്നു; അവർ ഭൂമിയുടെ അധോഭാഗങ്ങളിലേക്കു ഇറങ്ങിപ്പോകും.
10 അവരെ വാളിന്റെ ശക്തിക്കു ഏല്പിക്കും; കുറുനരികൾക്കു അവർ ഇരയായ്തീരും.
11 എന്നാൽ രാജാവു ദൈവത്തിൽ സന്തോഷിക്കും അവന്റെ നാമത്തിൽ സത്യം ചെയ്യുന്നവനെല്ലാം പുകഴും; എങ്കിലും ഭോഷ്കു പറയുന്നവരുടെ വായ് അടഞ്ഞുപോകും.
1 A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Judah.
2 O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;
3 To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.
4 Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.
5 Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.
6 My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:
7 When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches.
8 Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.
9 My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.
10 But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth.
11 They shall fall by the sword: they shall be a portion for foxes.
12 But the king shall rejoice in God; every one that sweareth by him shall glory: but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped.

1 ദൈവമേ, നീ എന്റെ ദൈവം; അതികാലത്തേ ഞാൻ നിന്നെ അന്വേഷിക്കും; വെള്ളമില്ലാതെ ഉണങ്ങി വരണ്ട ദേശത്തു എന്റെ ഉള്ളം നിനക്കായി ദാഹിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ദേഹം നിനക്കായി കാംക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

5 എന്റെ കിടക്കയിൽ നിന്നെ ഓർക്കയും ഞാൻ രാത്രിയാമങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നെ ധ്യാനിക്കയും ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ
My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:
6 എന്റെ പ്രാണന്നു മജ്ജയും മേദസ്സുംകൊണ്ടു എന്നപോലെ തൃപ്തിവരുന്നു; എന്റെ വായ് സന്തോഷമുള്ള അധരങ്ങളാൽ നിന്നെ സ്തുതിക്കുന്നു.
When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches.
7 നീ എനിക്കു സഹായമായിത്തീർന്നുവല്ലോ; നിന്റെ ചിറകിൻ നിഴലിൽ ഞാൻ ഘോഷിച്ചാനന്ദിക്കുന്നു.
Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.
8 എന്റെ ഉള്ളം നിന്നോടു പറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ വലങ്കൈ എന്നെ താങ്ങുന്നു.
My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.
9 എന്നാൽ അവർ സ്വന്തനാശത്തിന്നായി എനിക്കു പ്രാണഹാനി വരുത്തുവാൻ നോക്കുന്നു; അവർ ഭൂമിയുടെ അധോഭാഗങ്ങളിലേക്കു ഇറങ്ങിപ്പോകും.
