യഹോവ സീയോൻ പുത്രിയുടെ മതിൽ നശിപ്പിപ്പാൻ നിർണ്ണയിച്ചു; അവൻ അളന്നു നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിൽനിന്നു കൈ പിൻവലിച്ചില്ല; അവൻ കോട്ടയും മതിലും ദുഃഖത്തിലാക്കി; അവ ഒരുപോലെ ക്ഷയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
