ആകയാൽ രാജാവേ, മേദ്യരുടെയും പാർസികളുടെയും നീക്കം വരാത്ത നിയമപ്രകാരം മാറ്റം വരാതവണ്ണം ആ വിരോധകല്പന ഉറപ്പിച്ചു രേഖ എഴുതിക്കേണമേ.

നിങ്ങൾക്കു ബോധിച്ചതുപോലെ നിങ്ങളും രാജാവിന്റെ നാമത്തിൽ യെഹൂദന്മാർക്കുവേണ്ടി എഴുതി രാജാവിന്റെ മോതിരംകൊണ്ടു മുദ്രയിടുവിൻ; രാജനാമത്തിൽ എഴുതുകയും രാജമോതിരംകൊണ്ടു മുദ്രയിടുകയും ചെയ്ത രേഖയെ ദുർബ്ബലപ്പെടുത്തുവാൻ ആർക്കും പാടില്ലല്ലോ.
