ദാവീദ്‌രാജാവു ബഹൂരീമിൽ എത്തിയപ്പോൾ ശൌലിന്റെ കുലത്തിൽ ഗേരയുടെ മകൻ ശീമെയി എന്നു പേരുള്ള ഒരുത്തൻ അവിടെനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ശപിച്ചുംകൊണ്ടു വരുന്നതു കണ്ടു.
