Psalm 51
1 ദൈവമേ, നിന്റെ ദയെക്കു തക്കവണ്ണം എന്നോടു കൃപയുണ്ടാകേണമേ; നിന്റെ കരുണയുടെ ബഹുത്വപ്രകാരം എന്റെ ലംഘനങ്ങളെ മായിച്ചുകളയേണമേ.
2 എന്നെ നന്നായി കഴുകി എന്റെ അകൃത്യം പോക്കേണമേ; എന്റെ പാപം നീക്കി എന്നെ വെടിപ്പാക്കേണമേ.
3 എന്റെ ലംഘനങ്ങളെ ഞാൻ അറിയുന്നു; എന്റെ പാപം എപ്പോഴും എന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നു.
4 നിന്നോടു തന്നേ ഞാൻ പാപം ചെയ്തു; നിനക്കു അനിഷ്ടമായുള്ളതു ഞാൻ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. സംസാരിക്കുമ്പോൾ നീ നീതിമാനായും വിധിക്കുമ്പോൾ നിർമ്മലനായും ഇരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു തന്നേ.
5 ഇതാ, ഞാൻ അകൃത്യത്തിൽ ഉരുവായി; പാപത്തിൽ എന്റെ അമ്മ എന്നെ ഗർഭം ധരിച്ചു.
6 അന്തർഭാഗത്തിലെ സത്യമല്ലോ നീ ഇച്ഛിക്കുന്നതു; അന്തരംഗത്തിൽ എന്നെ ജ്ഞാനം ഗ്രഹിപ്പിക്കേണമേ.
7 ഞാൻ നിർമ്മലനാകേണ്ടതിന്നു ഈസോപ്പുകൊണ്ടു എന്നെ ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കേണമേ; ഞാൻ ഹിമത്തെക്കാൾ വെളുക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു എന്നെ കഴുകേണമേ.
8 സന്തോഷവും ആനന്ദവും എന്നെ കേൾക്കുമാറാക്കേണമേ; നീ ഒടിച്ച അസ്ഥികൾ ഉല്ലസിക്കട്ടെ.
9 എന്റെ പാപങ്ങളെ കാണാതവണ്ണം നിന്റെ മുഖം മറെക്കേണമേ. എന്റെ അകൃത്യങ്ങളെ ഒക്കെയും മായിച്ചു കളയേണമേ.
10 ദൈവമേ, നിർമ്മലമായോരു ഹൃദയം എന്നിൽ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു സ്ഥിരമായോരാത്മാവിനെ എന്നിൽ പുതുക്കേണമേ.
11 നിന്റെ സന്നിധിയിൽനിന്നു എന്നെ തള്ളിക്കളയരുതേ; നിന്റെ പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിനെ എന്നിൽനിന്നു എടുക്കയുമരുതേ.
12 നിന്റെ രക്ഷയുടെ സന്തോഷം എനിക്കു തിരികെ തരേണമേ; മനസ്സൊരുക്കമുള്ള ആത്മാവിനാൽ എന്നെ താങ്ങേണമേ.
13 അപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ അതിക്രമക്കാരോടു നിന്റെ വഴികളെ ഉപദേശിക്കും; പാപികൾ നിങ്കലേക്കു മനംതിരിയും.
14 എന്റെ രക്ഷയുടെ ദൈവമായ ദൈവമേ, രക്തപാതകത്തിൽനിന്നു എന്നെ വിടുവിക്കേണമേ; എന്നാൽ എന്റെ നാവു നിന്റെ നീതിയെ ഘോഷിക്കും.
15 കർത്താവേ, എന്റെ അധരങ്ങളെ തുറക്കേണമേ; എന്നാൽ എന്റെ വായ് നിന്റെ സ്തുതിയെ വർണ്ണിക്കും.
16 ഹനനയാഗം നീ ഇച്ഛിക്കുന്നില്ല; അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഞാൻ അർപ്പിക്കുമായിരുന്നു; ഹോമയാഗത്തിൽ നിനക്കു പ്രസാദവുമില്ല.
17 ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ഹനനയാഗങ്ങൾ തകർന്നിരിക്കുന്ന മനസ്സു; തകർന്നും നുറുങ്ങിയുമിരിക്കുന്ന ഹൃദയത്തെ, ദൈവമേ, നീ നിരസിക്കയില്ല.
18 നിന്റെ പ്രസാദപ്രകാരം സീയോനോടു നന്മ ചെയ്യേണമേ; യെരൂശലേമിന്റെ മതിലുകളെ പണിയേണമേ;
19 അപ്പോൾ നീ നീതിയാഗങ്ങളിലും ഹോമയാഗങ്ങളിലും സർവ്വാംഗഹോമങ്ങളിലും പ്രസാദിക്കും; അപ്പോൾ നിന്റെ യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേൽ കാളകളെ അർപ്പിക്കും.

2 Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.
3 Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
4 For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.
5 Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.
6 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.
7 Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom.
8 Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
9 Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.
10 Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.
11 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
12 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.
13 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
14 Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.
15 Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.
16 O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise.
17 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.
18 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
19 Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem.
20 Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar.

ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ମାେ ପ୍ରତି ନିର୍ୟ୍ଯାତନାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଓ ମାରଦେୁଃଖଗୁଡ଼ିକ ବିଷୟ ରେ ଜାଣିଛ। ଆନ୍ତିୟଖିଆ, ଇକନିୟ ଓ ଲୁସ୍ତ୍ରା ରେ ମାେ ପ୍ରତି ଯାହା ସବୁ ଘଟିଲା, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ଜାଣିଛ। ସହେି ସ୍ଥାନଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ମୁଁ କିପରି ନିର୍ୟ୍ଯାତନା ଭୋଗ କଲି, ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣିଛ। କିନ୍ତୁ ସହେିସବୁ କଷ୍ଟରୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ମାେତେ ରକ୍ଷା କଲେ।
1 Thessalonians 2:15
ସେ ଯିହୂଦୀମାନେ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କୁ ମାରି ଦେଲେ। ସମାନେେ ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦ୍ ବକ୍ତାମାନଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ମାରି ଦେଲେ। ସହେି ଯିହୂଦୀମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ସହେି ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ଛାଡ଼ିବା ପାଇଁ ବାଧ୍ଯ କଲେ। ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସମାନଙ୍କେଠା ରେ ସନ୍ତୁଷ୍ଟ ନୁହଁନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ସମଗ୍ର ମାନବ ଜାତିର ବିରୋଧୀ।

ତା'ପରେ ଫେଷ୍ଟ କହିଲେ, ହେ ରାଜା ଆଗ୍ରିପ୍ପା ଓ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଭଦ୍ର ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ବୃନ୍ଦ, ଏ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ସହେି ଲୋକ, ଯାହାଙ୍କ ବିଷୟ ରେ ଉଭୟ ୟିରୂଶାଲମ ଓ ଏଠା ରେ ଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ଯିହୂଦୀୟ ଲୋକମାନେ ମାେ ନିକଟରେ ଚ଼ିତ୍କାର କରି ଆବଦନେ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ତାହାକୁ ଆଉ ବଞ୍ଚିରହିବାକୁ ଦିଆ ନଯାଉ।

ସଠାେରେ ମୁଖ୍ଯ ଯାଜକମାନେ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ଯିହୂଦୀ ନେତାମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ସାକ୍ଷାତ କରି ପାଉଲଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଆଗତ କଲେ।

ମହାୟାଜକ ହନାନିୟ ପାଞ୍ଚଦିନ ପରେ କତକେ ୟିହୁଦୀୟ ନେତା ଓ ତତ୍ତୁର୍ଲ୍ଲ ନାମକ ଜଣେ ଓକିଲଙ୍କୁ ନଇେ କାଇସରୀଆ ରେ ପହନ୍ଚିଲେ। ସଠାେରେ ସମାନେେ ରାଜ୍ଯପାଳଙ୍କ ସାମନା ରେ ପାଉଲଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଅଭିଯୋଗ କଲେ।
Acts 23:12
ତହିଁ ଆରଦିନ କେତକେ ଯିହୂଦୀ ଗୋଟିଏ ଯୋଜନା କଲେ। ସମାନେେ ପାଉଲଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ଯା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଚାହିଁଲେ। ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ଯା ନକରିବା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ସମାନେେ ଅନ୍ନଜଳ ସ୍ପର୍ଶ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ଶପଥ କଲେ।

ତା'ପରେ ସନୋପତି ପାଉଲଙ୍କୁ ସୈନ୍ଯ ନିବାସ ଭିତରକୁ ନଇୟିବୋ ପାଇଁ ଆଦେଶ ଦେଲେ। କାହିଁକି ଲୋକମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଏଭଳି ପାଟିତୁଣ୍ଡ କରୁଥିଲେ, ତାହା ଜାଣିବା ପାଇଁ କୋରଡ଼ା ପ୍ରହାର ଦ୍ବାରା ପାଉଲଙ୍କୁ ପଚ଼ାରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେ ସୈନିକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଦେଶ ଦେଲେ।

ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ୟିରୂଶାଲମ ରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବା ମାତ୍ ରେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଭାଇମାନେ ଖୁସି ରେ ସ୍ବାଗତ ଜଣାଇଲେ।
