Proverbs 16 - YLT (Malayalam)

1 Of man `are' arrangements of the heart, And from Jehovah an answer of the tongue.ഹൃദയത്തിലെ നിരൂപണങ്ങൾ മനുഷ്യന്നുള്ളവ; നാവിന്റെ ഉത്തരമോ യഹോവയാൽ വരുന്നു.

2 All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, And Jehovah is pondering the spirits.മനുഷ്യന്നു തന്റെ വഴികളൊക്കെയും വെടിപ്പായി തോന്നുന്നു; യഹോവയോ ആത്മാക്കളെ തൂക്കിനോക്കുന്നു.

3 Roll unto Jehovah thy works, And established are thy purposes,നിന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തികളെ യഹോവെക്കു സമർപ്പിക്ക; എന്നാൽ നിന്റെ ഉദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ സാധിക്കും.

4 All things hath Jehovah wrought for Himself, And also the wicked `worketh' for a day of evil.യഹോവ സകലത്തെയും തന്റെ ഉദ്ദേശത്തിന്നായി ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു; അനർത്ഥദിവസത്തിന്നായി ദുഷ്ടനെയും കൂടെ.

5 An abomination to Jehovah `is' every proud one of heart, Hand to hand he is not acquitted.ഗർവ്വമുള്ള ഏവനും യഹോവെക്കു വെറുപ്പു; അവന്നു ശിക്ഷ വരാതിരിക്കയില്ല എന്നതിന്നു ഞാൻ കയ്യടിക്കുന്നു.

6 In kindness and truth pardoned is iniquity, And in the fear of Jehovah Turn thou aside from evil.ദയയും വിശ്വസ്തതയുംകൊണ്ടു അകൃത്യം പരിഹരിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു; യഹോവാഭക്തികൊണ്ടു മനുഷ്യർ ദോഷത്തെ വിട്ടകലുന്നു.

7 When a man's ways please Jehovah, even his enemies, He causeth to be at peace with him.ഒരുത്തന്റെ വഴികൾ യഹോവെക്കു ഇഷ്ടമായിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവൻ അവന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളെയും അവനോടു ഇണക്കുന്നു.

8 Better `is' a little with righteousness, Than abundance of increase without justice.ന്യായരഹിതമായ വലിയ വരവിനെക്കാൾ നീതിയോടെയുള്ള അല്പം നല്ലതു.

9 The heart of man deviseth his way, And Jehovah establisheth his step.മനുഷ്യന്റെ ഹൃദയം തന്റെ വഴിയെ നിരൂപിക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ കാലടികളെയോ യഹോവ ക്രമപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു.

10 An oath `is' on the lips of a king, In judgment his mouth trespasseth not.രാജാവിന്റെ അധരങ്ങളിൽ അരുളപ്പാടുണ്ടു; ന്യായവിധിയിൽ അവന്റെ വായ് പിഴെക്കുന്നതുമില്ല.

11 A just beam and balances `are' Jehovah's, His work `are' all the stones of the bag.ഒത്ത വെള്ളിക്കോലും ത്രാസും യഹോവെക്കുള്ളവ; സഞ്ചിയിലെ പടി ഒക്കെയും അവന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തിയാകുന്നു.

12 An abomination to kings `is' doing wickedness, For by righteousness is a throne established.ദുഷ്ടത പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നതു രാജാക്കന്മാർക്കും വെറുപ്പു; നീതികൊണ്ടല്ലോ സിംഹാസനം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുന്നതു.

13 The delight of kings `are' righteous lips, And whoso is speaking uprightly he loveth,നീതിയുള്ള അധരങ്ങൾ രാജാക്കന്മാർക്കും പ്രസാദം; നേർ പറയുന്നവനെ അവർ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു.

14 The fury of a king `is' messengers of death, And a wise man pacifieth it.രാജാവിന്റെ ക്രോധം മരണദൂതന്നു തുല്യം; ജ്ഞാനമുള്ള മനുഷ്യനോ അതിനെ ശമിപ്പിക്കും.

15 In the light of a king's face `is' life, And his good-will `is' as a cloud of the latter rain.രാജാവിന്റെ മുഖപ്രകാശത്തിൽ ജീവൻ ഉണ്ടു; അവന്റെ പ്രസാദം പിന്മഴെക്കുള്ള മേഘം പോലെയാകുന്നു.

16 To get wisdom -- how much better than gold, And to get understanding to be chosen than silver!തങ്കത്തെക്കാൾ ജ്ഞാനത്തെ സമ്പാദിക്കുന്നതു എത്ര നല്ലതു! വെള്ളിയെക്കാൾ വിവേകം സമ്പാദിക്കുന്നതു എത്ര ഉത്തമം!

17 A highway of the upright `is', `Turn from evil,' Whoso is preserving his soul is watching his way.ദോഷം അകറ്റിനടക്കുന്നതു നേരുള്ളവരുടെ പെരുവഴി; തന്റെ വഴി സൂക്ഷിക്കുന്നവൻ തന്റെ പ്രാണനെ കാത്തുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

18 Before destruction `is' pride, And before stumbling -- a haughty spirit.'നാശത്തിന്നു മുമ്പെ ഗർവ്വം; വീഴ്ചകൂ മുമ്പെ ഉന്നതഭാവം.

19 Better is humility of spirit with the poor, Than to apportion spoil with the proud.ഗർവ്വികളോടുകൂടെ കവർച്ച പങ്കിടുന്നതിനെക്കാൾ താഴ്മയുള്ളവരോടുകൂടെ താഴ്മയുള്ളവനായിരിക്കുന്നതു നല്ലതു.

20 The wise in any matter findeth good, And whoso is trusting in Jehovah, O his happiness.തിരുവചനം പ്രമാണിക്കുന്നവൻ നന്മ കണ്ടെത്തും; യഹോവയിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നവൻ ഭാഗ്യവാൻ.

21 To the wise in heart is called, `Intelligent,' And sweetness of lips increaseth learning.ജ്ഞാനഹൃദയൻ വിവേകി എന്നു വിളിക്കപ്പെടും; അധരമാധുര്യം വിദ്യയെ വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

22 A fountain of life `is' understanding to its possessors, The instruction of fools is folly.വിവേകം വിവേകിക്കു ജീവന്റെ ഉറവാകുന്നു. ഭോഷന്മാരുടെ പ്രബോധനമോ ഭോഷത്വം തന്നേ.

23 The heart of the wise causeth his mouth to act wisely, And by his lips he increaseth learning,ജ്ഞാനിയുടെ ഹൃദയം അവന്റെ വായെ പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ അധരങ്ങൾക്കു വിദ്യ വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

24 Sayings of pleasantness `are' a honeycomb, Sweet to the soul, and healing to the bone.ഇമ്പമുള്ള വാക്കു തേൻ കട്ടയാകുന്നു; മനസ്സിന്നു മധുരവും അസ്ഥികൾക്കു ഔഷധവും തന്നേ;

25 There is a way right before a man, And its latter end -- ways of death.ചിലപ്പോൾ ഒരു വഴി മനുഷ്യന്നു ചൊവ്വായി തോന്നുന്നു. അതിന്റെ അവസാനമോ മരണവഴികൾ അത്രേ.

26 A labouring man hath laboured for himself, For his mouth hath caused `him' to bend over it.പണിക്കാരന്റെ വിശപ്പു അവനെക്കൊണ്ടു പണി ചെയ്യിക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ വായ് അവനെ അതിന്നായി നിർബ്ബന്ധിക്കുന്നു.

27 A worthless man is preparing evil, And on his lips -- as a burning fire.നിസ്സാരമനുഷ്യൻ പാതകം എന്ന കുഴികുഴിക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ അധരങ്ങളിൽ കത്തുന്ന തീ ഉണ്ടു.

28 A froward man sendeth forth contention, A tale-bearer is separating a familiar friend.വക്രതയുള്ള മനുഷ്യൻ വഴക്കു ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു; ഏഷണിക്കാരൻ മിത്രങ്ങളെ ഭേദിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

29 A violent man enticeth his neighbour, And hath causeth him to go in a way not good.സഹാസക്കാരൻ കൂട്ടുകാരനെ വശീകരിക്കയും കൊള്ളരുതാത്ത വഴിയിൽ നടത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

30 Consulting his eyes to devise froward things, Moving his lips he hath accomplished evil.കണ്ണു അടെക്കുന്നവൻ വക്രത നിരൂപിക്കുന്നു; വപ്പു കടിക്കുന്നവൻ ദോഷം നിവർത്തിക്കുന്നു.

31 A crown of beauty `are' grey hairs, In the way of righteousness it is found.നരച്ച തല ശോഭയുള്ള കിരീടമാകുന്നു; നീതിയുടെ മാർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ അതിനെ പ്രാപിക്കാം.

32 Better `is' the slow to anger than the mighty, And the ruler over his spirit than he who is taking a city.ദീർഘക്ഷമയുള്ളവൻ യുദ്ധവീരനിലും ജിതമാനസൻ പട്ടണം പിടിക്കുന്നവനിലും ശ്രേഷ്ഠൻ.

33 Into the centre is the lot cast, And from Jehovah `is' all its judgment!ചീട്ടു മടിയിൽ ഇടുന്നു; അതിന്റെ വിധാനമോ യഹോവയാലത്രേ.
