1 These are the journeys of the children of Israel, when they went forth out of the land of Egypt by their hosts under the hand of Moses and Aaron.മോശെയുടെയും അഹരോന്റെയും കൈക്കീഴിൽ ഗണംഗണമായി മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ട യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ പ്രയാണങ്ങൾ ആവിതു:

2 Moses wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the commandment of Yahweh: and these are their journeys according to their goings out.മോശെ യഹോവയുടെ കല്പനപ്രകാരം അവരുടെ പ്രയാണക്രമത്തിൽ അവരുടെ താവളങ്ങൾ എഴുതിവെച്ചു; താവളം താവളമായി അവർ ചെയ്ത പ്രയാണങ്ങൾ ആവിതു:

3 They traveled from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the next day after the Passover the children of Israel went out with a high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians,ഒന്നാം മാസം പതിനഞ്ചാം തിയ്യതി അവർ രമെസേസിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു; പെസഹ കഴിഞ്ഞ പിറ്റെന്നാൾ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ എല്ലാമിസ്രയീമ്യരും കാൺകെ യുദ്ധസന്നദ്ധരായി പുറപ്പെട്ടു.

4 while the Egyptians were burying all their firstborn, whom Yahweh had struck among them: on their gods also Yahweh executed judgments.മിസ്രയീമ്യരോ, യഹോവ തങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ സംഹരിച്ച കടിഞ്ഞൂലുകളെ എല്ലാം കുഴിച്ചിടുകയായിരുന്നു; അവരുടെ ദേവന്മാരുടെമേലും യഹോവ ന്യായവിധി നടത്തിയിരുന്നു.

5 The children of Israel traveled from Rameses, and encamped in Succoth.യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ രമെസേസിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു സുക്കോത്തിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

6 They traveled from Succoth, and encamped in Etham, which is in the edge of the wilderness.സുക്കോത്തിൽനിന്നു അവർ പുറപ്പെട്ടു മരുഭൂമിയുടെ അറ്റത്തുള്ള ഏഥാമിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

7 They traveled from Etham, and turned back to Pihahiroth, which is before Baal Zephon: and they encamped before Migdol.ഏഥാമിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ബാൽ-സെഫോന്നെതിരെയുള്ള പീഹഹീരോത്തിന്നു തിരിഞ്ഞുവന്നു; അവർ മിഗ്ദോലിന്നു കിഴക്കു പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

8 They traveled from before Hahiroth, and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness: and they went three days' journey in the wilderness of Etham, and encamped in Marah.പീഹഹീരോത്തിന്നു കിഴക്കുനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു കടലിന്റെ നടവിൽകൂടി മരുഭൂമിയിൽ കടന്നു ഏഥാമരുഭൂമിയിൽ മൂന്നു ദിവസത്തെ വഴിനടന്നു മാറയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

9 They traveled from Marah, and came to Elim: and in Elim were twelve springs of water, and seventy palm trees; and they encamped there.മാറയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ഏലീമിൽ എത്തി; ഏലീമിൽ പന്ത്രണ്ടു നീരുറവും എഴുപതു ഈത്തപ്പനയും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നതു കൊണ്ടു അവർ അവിടെ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

10 They traveled from Elim, and encamped by the Red Sea.ഏലീമിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ചെങ്കടലിന്നരികെ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

11 They traveled from the Red Sea, and encamped in the wilderness of Sin.ചെങ്കടലിന്നരികെനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു സീൻമരുഭൂമിയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

12 They traveled from the wilderness of Sin, and encamped in Dophkah.സീൻമരുഭൂമിയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ദൊഫ്ക്കുയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

13 They traveled from Dophkah, and encamped in Alush.ദൊഫ്ക്കുയിൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ആലൂശിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

14 They traveled from Alush, and encamped in Rephidim, where was no water for the people to drink.ആലൂശിൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു രെഫീദീമിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി; അവിടെ ജനത്തിന്നു കുടിപ്പാൻ വെള്ളമില്ലായിരുന്നു.

15 They traveled from Rephidim, and encamped in the wilderness of Sinai.രെഫീദീമിൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു സീനായിമരുഭൂമിയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

16 They traveled from the wilderness of Sinai, and encamped in Kibroth-hattaavah.സീനായിമരുഭൂമിയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു കിബ്രോത്ത്-ഹത്താവയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

17 They traveled from Kibroth-hattaavah, and encamped in Hazeroth.കിബ്രോത്ത്-ഹത്താവയിൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ഹസേരോത്തിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

18 They traveled from Hazeroth, and encamped in Rithmah.ഹസേരോത്തിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു രിത്ത്മയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

19 They traveled from Rithmah, and encamped in Rimmon Perez.രിത്തമയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു രിമ്മോൻ-പേരെസിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

20 They traveled from Rimmon Perez, and encamped in Libnah.രിമ്മോൻ-പേരെസിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ലിബ്നയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

21 They traveled from Libnah, and encamped in Rissah.ലിബ്നയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു രിസ്സയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

22 They traveled from Rissah, and encamped in Kehelathah.രിസ്സയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു കെഹേലാഥയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

23 They traveled from Kehelathah, and encamped in Mount Shepher.കെഹേലാഥയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ശാഫേർമലയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

24 They traveled from Mount Shepher, and encamped in Haradah.ശാഫേർമലയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ഹരാദയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

25 They traveled from Haradah, and encamped in Makheloth.ഹരാദയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു മകഹേലോത്തിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

26 They traveled from Makheloth, and encamped in Tahath.മകഹേലോത്തിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു തഹത്തിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

27 They traveled from Tahath, and encamped in Terah.തഹത്തിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു താരഹിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

28 They traveled from Terah, and encamped in Mithkah.താരഹിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു മിത്ത്ക്കുയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

29 They traveled from Mithkah, and encamped in Hashmonah.മിത്ത്ക്കുയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ഹശ്മോനയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

30 They traveled from Hashmonah, and encamped in Moseroth.ഹശ്മോനയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു മോസേരോത്തിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

31 They traveled from Moseroth, and encamped in Bene Jaakan.മോസേരോത്തിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ബെനേയാക്കാനിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

32 They traveled from Bene Jaakan, and encamped in Hor Haggidgad.ബെനേയാക്കാനിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ഹോർ-ഹഗ്ഗിദ്ഗാദിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

33 They traveled from Hor Haggidgad, and encamped in Jotbathah.ഹോർ-ഹഗ്ഗിദ്ഗാദിൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു യൊത്ബാഥയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

34 They traveled from Jotbathah, and encamped in Abronah.യൊത്ബാഥയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു അബ്രോനയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

35 They traveled from Abronah, and encamped in Ezion Geber.അബ്രോനയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു എസ്യോൻ-ഗേബെരിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

36 They traveled from Ezion Geber, and encamped in the wilderness of Zin (the same is Kadesh).എസ്യോൻ-ഗേബെരിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു സീൻമരുഭൂമിയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി. അതാകുന്നു കാദേശ്.

37 They traveled from Kadesh, and encamped in Mount Hor, in the edge of the land of Edom.അവർ കാദേശിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു എദോംദേശത്തിന്റെ അതിരിങ്കൽ ഹോർപർവ്വതത്തിങ്കൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

38 Aaron the priest went up into Mount Hor at the commandment of Yahweh, and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the fifth month, on the first day of the month.പുരോഹിതനായ അഹരോൻ യഹോവയുടെ കല്പനപ്രകാരം ഹോർ പർവ്വതത്തിൽ കയറി, യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുനിന്നു പോന്നതിന്റെ നാല്പതാം സംവത്സരം അഞ്ചാം മാസം ഒന്നാം തിയ്യതി അവിടെവെച്ചു മരിച്ചു.

39 Aaron was one hundred twenty-three years old when he died in Mount Hor.അഹരോൻ ഹോർ പർവ്വതത്തിൽവെച്ചു മരിച്ചപ്പോൾ അവന്നു നൂറ്റിരുപത്തിമൂന്നു വയസ്സായിരുന്നു.

40 The Canaanite, the king of Arad, who lived in the South in the land of Canaan, heard of the coming of the children of Israel.എന്നാൽ കനാൻ ദേശത്തു തെക്കു പാർത്തിരുന്ന കനാന്യനായ അരാദ്‍രാജാവു യിസ്രായേൽ മക്കളുടെ വരവിനെക്കുറിച്ചു കേട്ടു.

41 They traveled from Mount Hor, and encamped in Zalmonah.ഹോർ പർവ്വതത്തിങ്കൽനിന്നു അവർ പുറപ്പെട്ടു സല്മോനയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

42 They traveled from Zalmonah, and encamped in Punon.സല്മോനയിൽ നിന്നു പറപ്പെട്ടു പൂനോനിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

43 They traveled from Punon, and encamped in Oboth.പൂനോനിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ഓബോത്തിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

44 They traveled from Oboth, and encamped in Iye-abarim, in the border of Moab.ഓബോത്തിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു മോവാബിന്റെ അതിരിങ്കൽ ഈയേ-അബാരീമിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

45 They traveled from Iyim, and encamped in Dibon-gad.ഈയീമിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ദീബോൻ ഗാദിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

46 They traveled from Dibon-gad, and encamped in Almon Diblathaim.ദീബോൻ ഗാദിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു അല്മോദിബ്ളാഥയീമിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

47 They traveled from Almon Diblathaim, and encamped in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo.അല്മോദിബ്ളാഥയീമിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു നെബോവിന്നു കിഴക്കു അബാരീംപർവ്വതത്തിങ്കൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

48 They traveled from the mountains of Abarim, and encamped in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho.അബാരീംപർവ്വതത്തിങ്കൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു യെരീഹോവിന്നെതിരെ യോർദ്ദാന്നരികെ മോവാബ് സമഭൂമിയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

49 They encamped by the Jordan, from Beth-jeshimoth even to Abel Shittim in the plains of Moab.യോർദ്ദാന്നരികെ മോവാബ് സമഭൂമിയിൽ ബേത്ത്-യെശീമോത്ത് മുതൽ ആബേൽ-ശിത്തീംവരെ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

50 Yahweh spoke to Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho, saying,യെരീഹോവിന്നെതിരെ യോർദ്ദാന്നരികെ മോവാബ് സമഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു യഹോവ മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു:

51 Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, When you pass over the Jordan into the land of Canaan,നീ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളോടു പറയേണ്ടുന്നതെന്തെന്നാൽ: നിങ്ങൾ യോർദ്ദാന്നക്കരെ കനാൻ ദേശത്തേക്കു കടന്നശേഷം

52 then you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their figured [stones], and destroy all their molten images, and demolish all their high places:ദേശത്തിലെ സകലനിവാസികളെയും നിങ്ങളുടെ മുമ്പിൽനിന്നു നീക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞു അവരുടെ വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെയും ബിംബങ്ങളെയും എല്ലാം തകർത്തു അവരുടെ സകലപൂജാഗിരികളെയും നശിപ്പിച്ചുകളയേണം.

53 and you shall take possession of the land, and dwell therein; for to you have I given the land to possess it.നിങ്ങൾ ദേശം കൈവശമാക്കി അതിൽ കുടിപാർക്കേണം; നിങ്ങൾ കൈവശമാക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ ആ ദേശം നിങ്ങൾക്കു തന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.

54 You shall inherit the land by lot according to your families; to the more you shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer you shall give the less inheritance: wherever the lot falls to any man, that shall be his; according to the tribes of your fathers shall you inherit.നിങ്ങൾ കുടുംബംകുടുംബമായി ദേശം ചീട്ടിട്ടു അവകാശമാക്കേണം; ആളേറെയുള്ളവർക്കു ഏറെയും കുറെയുള്ളവക്കു കുറെയും അവകാശം കൊടുക്കേണം; അവന്നവന്നു ചീട്ടു എവിടെ വീഴുന്നുവോ അവിടെ അവന്റെ അവകാശം ആയിരിക്കേണം; പിതൃഗോത്രം പിതൃഗോത്രമായി നിങ്ങൾക്കു അവകാശം ലഭിക്കേണം.

55 But if you will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then shall those who you let remain of them be as pricks in your eyes, and as thorns in your sides, and they shall vex you in the land in which you dwell.എന്നാൽ ദേശത്തെ നിവാസികളെ നിങ്ങളുടെ മുമ്പിൽനിന്നു നീക്കിക്കളയാതിരുന്നാൽ നിങ്ങൾ അവരിൽ ശേഷിപ്പിക്കുന്നവർ നിങ്ങളുടെ കണ്ണുകളിൽ മുള്ളുകളും പാർശ്വങ്ങളിൽ കണ്ടകങ്ങളുമായി നിങ്ങൾ പാർക്കുന്ന ദേശത്തു നിങ്ങളെ ഉപദ്രവിക്കും.

56 It shall happen that as I thought to do to them, so will I do to you.അത്രയുമല്ല, ഞാൻ അവരോടു ചെയ്‍വാൻ നിരൂപിച്ചതുപോലെ നിങ്ങളോടു ചെയ്യും.
