וַיָּבֹ֤אוּ the va-ya-VOH-oo הַבָּנִים֙ children ha-ba-NEEM וַיִּֽירְשׁ֣וּ went va-yee-reh-SHOO אֶת in et הָאָ֔רֶץ and ha-AH-rets וַתַּכְנַ֨ע possessed va-tahk-NA לִפְנֵיהֶ֜ם leef-nay-HEM אֶת the et יֹֽשְׁבֵ֤י land, yoh-sheh-VAY הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ and ha-AH-RETS הַכְּנַ֣עֲנִ֔ים thou ha-keh-NA-uh-NEEM וַֽתִּתְּנֵ֖ם subduedst va-tee-teh-NAME בְּיָדָ֑ם before beh-ya-DAHM וְאֶת them veh-ET מַלְכֵיהֶם֙ mahl-hay-HEM וְאֶת the veh-ET עַֽמְמֵ֣י inhabitants am-MAY הָאָ֔רֶץ of ha-AH-rets לַֽעֲשׂ֥וֹת the la-uh-SOTE בָּהֶ֖ם land, ba-HEM כִּרְצוֹנָֽם׃ the keer-tsoh-NAHM
