Leviticus 11 - DBY (Malayalam)

1 And Jehovah spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying to them,യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടും അഹരോനോടും അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു:

2 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, These are the animals which ye shall eat of all the beasts which are on the earth.നിങ്ങൾ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളോടു പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാൽ: ഭൂമിയിലുള്ള സകലമൃഗങ്ങളിലും നിങ്ങൾക്കു തിന്നാകുന്ന മൃഗങ്ങൾ ഇവ:

3 Whatever hath cloven hoofs, and feet quite split open, and cheweth the cud, among the beasts -- that shall ye eat.മൃഗങ്ങളിൽ കുളമ്പു പിളർന്നിരിക്കുന്നതും കുളമ്പു രണ്ടായി പിരിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നതും അയവിറക്കുന്നതുമായതൊക്കെയും നിങ്ങൾക്കു തിന്നാം.

4 Only these shall ye not eat of those that chew the cud, or of those with cloven hoofs: the camel, for it cheweth the cud, but hath not cloven hoofs -- it shall be unclean unto you;എന്നാൽ അയവിറക്കുന്നവയിലും കുളമ്പു പിളർന്നിരിക്കുന്നവയിലും നിങ്ങൾ തിന്നരുതാത്തവ ഇവ: ഒട്ടകം; അയവിറക്കുന്നു എങ്കിലും കുളമ്പു പിളർന്നതല്ലായ്കകൊണ്ടു അതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു അശുദ്ധം.

5 and the rock-badger, for it cheweth the cud, but hath not cloven hoofs -- it shall be unclean unto you;കുഴിമുയൽ; അയവിറക്കുന്നു എങ്കിലും കുളമ്പു പിളർന്നതല്ലായ്കയാൽ അതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു അശുദ്ധം.

6 and the hare, for it cheweth the cud, but hath not cloven hoofs -- it shall be unclean unto you;മുയൽ; അയവിറക്കുന്നു എങ്കിലും കുളമ്പു പിളന്നതല്ലായ്കയാൽ അതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു അശുദ്ധം.

7 and the swine, for it hath cloven hoofs, and feet quite split open, but it cheweth not the cud -- it shall be unclean unto you.പന്നി കുളമ്പു പിളർന്നതായി കുളമ്പു രണ്ടായി പിരിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നതു തന്നേ എങ്കിലും അയവിറക്കുന്നതല്ലായ്കയാൽ അതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു അശുദ്ധം.

8 Of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcase shall ye not touch: they shall be unclean unto you.ഇവയുടെ മാംസം നിങ്ങൾ തിന്നരുതു; പിണം തൊടുകയും അരുതു; ഇവ നിങ്ങൾക്കു അശുദ്ധം.

9 These shall ye eat of all that are in the waters: whatever hath fins and scales in waters, in seas and in rivers, these shall ye eat;വെള്ളത്തിലുള്ള എല്ലാറ്റിലുംവെച്ചു നിങ്ങൾക്കു തിന്നാകുന്നവ ഇവ: കടലുകളിലും നദികളിലും ഉള്ള വെള്ളത്തിൽ ചിറകും ചെതുമ്പലും ഉള്ളവ ഒക്കെയും നിങ്ങൾക്കു തിന്നാം.

10 but all that have not fins and scales in seas and in rivers, of all that swarm in the waters, and of every living soul which is in the waters -- they shall be an abomination unto you.എന്നാൽ കടലുകളിലും നദികളിലും ള്ളള വെള്ളത്തിൽ ചലനംചെയ്യുന്ന എല്ലാറ്റിലും വെള്ളത്തിലുള്ള സകലജന്തുക്കളിലും ചിറകും ചെതുമ്പലുമില്ലാത്തതു ഒക്കെയും നിങ്ങൾക്കു അറെപ്പായിരിക്കേണം.

11 They shall be even an abomination unto you: of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcase ye shall have in abomination.അവ നിങ്ങൾക്കു അറെപ്പായി തന്നേ ഇരിക്കേണം. അവയുടെ മാംസം തിന്നരുതു; അവയുടെ പിണം നിങ്ങൾക്കു അറെപ്പായിരിക്കേണം.

12 Whatever in the waters hath no fins and scales, that shall be an abomination unto you.ചിറകും ചെതുമ്പലും ഇല്ലാതെ വെള്ളത്തിൽ ഉള്ളതൊക്കെയും നിങ്ങൾക്കു അറെപ്പു ആയിരിക്കേണം.

13 And these shall ye have in abomination of the fowls; they shall not be eaten; an abomination shall they be: the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the sea-eagle,പക്ഷികളിൽ നിങ്ങൾക്കു അറെപ്പായിരിക്കേണ്ടുന്നവ ഇവ: അവയെ തിന്നരുതു; അവ അറെപ്പു ആകുന്നു: കഴുകൻ, ചെമ്പരുന്തു,

14 and the falcon, and the kite, after its kind;കടൽറാഞ്ചൻ, ഗൃദ്ധം, അതതു വിധം പരുന്തു,

15 every raven after its kind;അതതു വിധം കാക്ക, ഒട്ടകപ്പക്ഷി,

16 and the female ostrich and the male ostrich, and the sea-gull, and the hawk, after its kind;പുള്ളു, കടൽകാക്ക, അതതു വിധം പ്രാപ്പിടിയൻ,

17 and the owl, and the gannet, and the ibis,നത്തു, നീർക്കാക്ക, കൂമൻ, മൂങ്ങ,

18 and the swan, and the pelican, and the carrion vulture,വേഴാമ്പൽ, കുടുമ്മച്ചാത്തൻ, പെരിഞാറ,

19 and the stork; the heron after its kind, and the hoopoe, and the bat.അതതതു വിധം കൊക്കു, കുളക്കോഴി, നരിച്ചീർ എന്നിവയും

20 Every winged crawling thing that goeth upon all four shall be an abomination unto you.ചിറകുള്ള ഇഴജാതിയിൽ നാലുകാൽകൊണ്ടു നടക്കുന്നതു ഒക്കെയും നിങ്ങൾക്കു അറെപ്പായിരിക്കേണം.

21 Yet these shall ye eat of every winged crawling thing that goeth upon all four: those which have legs above their feet with which to leap upon the earth.എങ്കിലും ചിറകുള്ള ഇഴജാതിയിൽ നാലുകാൽ കൊണ്ടു നടക്കുന്ന എല്ലാറ്റിലും നിലത്തു കുതിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു കാലിന്മേൽ തുട ഉള്ളവയെ നിങ്ങൾക്കു തിന്നാം.

22 These shall ye eat of them: the arbeh after its kind, and the solam after its kind, and the hargol after its kind, and the hargab after its kind.ഇവയിൽ അതതു വിധം വെട്ടുക്കിളി, അതതു വിധം വിട്ടിൽ, അതതു വിധം ചീവീടു, അതതു വിധം തുള്ളൻ എന്നിവയെ നിങ്ങൾക്കു തിന്നാം.

23 But every winged crawling thing that hath four feet shall be an abomination unto you.ചിറകും നാലുകാലുമുള്ള ശേഷം ഇഴജാതി ഒക്കെയും നിങ്ങൾക്കു അറെപ്പായിരിക്കേണം.

24 And by these ye shall make yourselves unclean; whoever toucheth their carcase shall be unclean until the even.അവയാൽ നിങ്ങൾ അശുദ്ധരാകും: അവയുടെ പിണം തൊടുന്നവനെല്ലാം സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധൻ ആയിരിക്കേണം.

25 And whoever carrieth [ought] of their carcase shall wash his garments, and be unclean until the even.അവയുടെ പിണം വഹിക്കുന്നവനെല്ലാം വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കേണം.

26 Every beast that hath cloven hoofs, but not feet quite split open, nor cheweth the cud, shall be unclean unto you: every one that toucheth them shall be unclean.കുളമ്പു പിളർന്നതെങ്കിലും കുളമ്പു രണ്ടായി പിരിയാതെയും അയവിറക്കാതെയും ഇരിക്കുന്ന സകലമൃഗവും നിങ്ങൾക്കു അശുദ്ധം; അവയെ തൊടുന്നവനെല്ലാം അശുദ്ധൻ ആയിരിക്കേണം.

27 And whatever goeth on its paws, among all manner of beasts that go upon all four, those are unclean unto you: whoever toucheth their carcase shall be unclean until the even.നാലുകാൽകൊണ്ടു നടക്കുന്ന സകലമൃഗങ്ങളിലും ഉള്ളങ്കാൽ പതിച്ചു നടക്കുന്നവ ഒക്കെയും നിങ്ങൾക്കു അശുദ്ധം; അവയുടെ പിണം തൊടുന്നവനെല്ലാം സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധൻ ആയിരിക്കേണം.

28 And he that carrieth their carcase shall wash his garments, and be unclean until the even: they shall be unclean unto you.അവയുടെ പിണം വഹിക്കുന്നവൻ വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കേണം; അവ നിങ്ങൾക്കു അശുദ്ധം.

29 And these shall be unclean unto you among the crawling things which crawl on the earth: the mole, and the field-mouse, and the lizard, after its kind;നിലത്തു ഇഴയുന്ന ഇഴജാതിയിൽനിങ്ങൾക്കു അശുദ്ധമായവ ഇവ:

30 and the groaning lizard, and the great red lizard, and the climbing lizard, and the chomet, and the chameleon.പെരിച്ചാഴി, എലി, അതതു വിധം ഉടുമ്പു, അളുങ്കു, ഓന്തു, പല്ലി, അരണ, തുരവൻ.

31 These shall be unclean unto you among all that crawl: whoever toucheth them when they are dead, shall be unclean until the even.എല്ലാ ഇഴജാതിയിലുംവെച്ചു ഇവ നിങ്ങൾക്കു അശുദ്ധം; അവ ചത്തശേഷം അവയെ തൊടുന്നവനെല്ലാം സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധൻ ആയിരിക്കേണം.

32 And on whatever any of them when they are dead doth fall, it shall be unclean; all vessels of wood, or garment, or skin, or sack, every vessel wherewith work is done -- it shall be put into water, and be unclean until the even; then shall it be clean.ചത്തശേഷം അവയിൽ ഒന്നു ഏതിന്മേൽ എങ്കിലും വീണാൽ അതൊക്കെയും അശുദ്ധമാകും; അതു മരപ്പാത്രമോ വസ്ത്രമോ തോലോ ചാക്കുശീലയോ വേലെക്കു ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന പാത്രമോ എന്തായാലും വെള്ളത്തിൽ ഇടേണം; അതു സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കേണം; പിന്നെ ശുദ്ധമാകും.

33 And every earthen vessel into which [any] of them falleth -- whatever is in it shall be unclean; and ye shall break it.അവയിൽ യാതൊന്നെങ്കിലും ഒരു മൺപാത്രത്തിന്നകത്തു വീണാൽ അതിന്നകത്തുള്ളതു ഒക്കെയും അശുദ്ധമാകും; നിങ്ങൾ അതു ഉടെച്ചുകളയേണം.

34 All food that is eaten on which [such] water hath come shall be unclean; and all drink that is drunk shall be unclean, in every [such] vessel.തിന്നുന്ന വല്ല സാധനത്തിന്മേലും ആ വെള്ളം വീണാൽ അതു അശുദ്ധമാകും; കുടിക്കുന്ന വല്ല പാനീയവും ആ വക പാത്രത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അതു അശുദ്ധമാകും;

35 And everything where upon [any part] of their carcase falleth shall be unclean; oven and hearth shall be broken down: they are unclean, and shall be unclean unto you.അവയിൽ ഒന്നിന്റെ പിണം വല്ലതിന്മേലും വീണാൽ അതു ഒക്കെയും അശുദ്ധമാകും: അടുപ്പോ തീച്ചട്ടിയോ ഇങ്ങനെ എന്തായാലും അതു തകർത്തുകളയേണം; അവ അശുദ്ധം ആകുന്നു; അവ നിങ്ങൾക്കു അശുദ്ധം ആയിരിക്കേണം.

36 Nevertheless, a spring or a well, a quantity of water, shall be clean. But he that toucheth their carcase shall be unclean.എന്നാൽ നീരുറവും വെള്ളമുള്ള കിണറും ശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കും; പിണം തൊടുന്നവനോ അശുദ്ധനാകും.

37 And if any part of their carcase fall upon any sowing-seed which is to be sown, it shall be clean;വിതെക്കുന്ന വിത്തായ വല്ല ധാന്യത്തിന്മേലും അവയിൽ ഒന്നിന്റെ പിണം വീണാലും അതു ശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കും.

38 but if water have been put on the seed, and any part of their carcase fall thereon, it shall be unclean unto you.എന്നാൽ വിത്തിൽ വെള്ളം ഒഴിച്ചിട്ടു അവയിൽ ഒന്നിന്റെ പിണം അതിന്മേൽ വീണാൽ അതു അശുദ്ധം.

39 And if any beast which is to you for food die, he that toucheth the carcase thereof shall be unclean until the even.നിങ്ങൾക്കു തിന്നാകുന്ന ഒരു മൃഗം ചത്താൽ അതിന്റെ പിണം തൊടുന്നവൻ സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധൻ ആയിരിക്കേണം.

40 And he that eateth of its carcase shall wash his garments, and be unclean until the even: he also that carrieth its carcase shall wash his garments, and be unclean until the even.അതിന്റെ പിണം തിന്നുന്നവൻ വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കേണം; അതിന്റെ പിണം വഹിക്കുന്നവനും വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കേണം.

41 And every crawling thing which crawleth on the earth shall be an abomination; it shall not be eaten.നിലത്തു ഇഴയുന്ന ഇഴജാതിയെല്ലാം അറെപ്പാകുന്നു; അതിനെ തിന്നരുതു.

42 Whatever goeth on the belly, and whatever goeth on all four, and all that have a great many feet, of every manner of crawling thing which crawleth on the earth -- these ye shall not eat; for they are an abomination.ഉരസ്സുകൊണ്ടു ചരിക്കുന്നതും നാലുകാൽകൊണ്ടു നടക്കുന്നതും അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അനേകം കാലുള്ളതായി നിലത്തു ഇഴയുന്നതുമായ യാതൊരു ഇഴജാതിയെയും നിങ്ങൾ തിന്നരുതു; അവ അറെപ്പാകുന്നു.

43 Ye shall not make yourselves abominable through any crawling thing which crawleth, neither shall ye make yourselves unclean with them, that ye should be defiled thereby.യാതൊരു ഇഴജാതിയെക്കൊണ്ടും നിങ്ങളെ തന്നേ അറെപ്പാക്കരുതു; അവയാൽ നിങ്ങൾ മലിനപ്പെടുമാറു നിങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ അശുദ്ധമാക്കുകയും അരുതു.

44 For I am Jehovah your God; and ye shall hallow yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy; and ye shall not make yourselves unclean through any manner of crawling thing which creepeth on the earth.ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു; ഞാൻ വിശുദ്ധനാകയാൽ നിങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങളെ തന്നേ വിശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചു വിശുദ്ധന്മാരായിരിക്കേണം; ഭൂമിയിൽ ഇഴയുന്ന യാതൊരു ഇഴജാതിയാലും നിങ്ങളെ തന്നേ അശുദ്ധമാക്കരുതു.

45 For I am Jehovah who brought you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു ദൈവമായിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങളെ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുനിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച യഹോവ ആകുന്നു; ഞാൻ വിശുദ്ധനാകയാൽ നിങ്ങളും വിശുദ്ധന്മാരായിരിക്കേണം.

46 This is the law of cattle, and of fowl, and of every living soul that moveth in the waters, and of every soul that crawleth on the earth;ശുദ്ധവും അശുദ്ധവും തമ്മിലും തിന്നാകുന്ന മൃഗത്തെയും തിന്നരുതാത്ത മൃഗത്തെയും തമ്മിലും

47 to make a difference between the unclean and the clean, and between the beast that is to be eaten and the beast that is not to be eaten.വകതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഇതു മൃഗങ്ങളെയും പക്ഷികളെയും വെള്ളത്തിൽ ചലനം ചെയ്യുന്ന സകല ജന്തുക്കളെയും നിലത്തു ഇഴയുന്ന ജന്തുക്കളെയും പറ്റിയുള്ള പ്രമാണം ആകുന്നു.
