דַּבֵּר֙ unto da-BARE אֶל the el בְּנֵ֣י children beh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל of yees-ra-ALE וְאָֽמַרְתָּ֖ Israel, veh-ah-mahr-TA אֲלֵהֶ֑ם and uh-lay-HEM אִ֣ישׁ say eesh אֽוֹ unto oh אִשָּׁ֗ה them, ee-SHA כִּ֤י When kee יַפְלִא֙ either yahf-LEE לִנְדֹּר֙ man leen-DORE נֶ֣דֶר or NEH-der נָזִ֔יר woman na-ZEER לְהַזִּ֖יר shall leh-ha-ZEER לַֽיהוָֽה׃ separate LAI-VA
