בִּשְׁנַ֨ת the beesh-NAHT שָׁלֹ֣שׁ three sha-LOHSH וְעֶשְׂרִים֮ and veh-es-REEM לִנְבֽוּכַדְרֶאצַּר֒ twentieth leen-voo-hahd-reh-TSAHR הֶגְלָ֗ה year heɡ-LA נְבֽוּזַרְאֲדָן֙ of neh-voo-zahr-uh-DAHN רַב Nebuchadrezzar rahv טַבָּחִ֔ים Nebuzar-adan ta-ba-HEEM יְהוּדִ֕ים the yeh-hoo-DEEM נֶ֕פֶשׁ captain NEH-fesh שְׁבַ֥ע of sheh-VA מֵא֖וֹת the may-OTE אַרְבָּעִ֣ים guard ar-ba-EEM וַחֲמִשָּׁ֑ה carried va-huh-mee-SHA כָּל away kahl נֶ֕פֶשׁ captive NEH-fesh אַרְבַּ֥עַת of ar-BA-at אֲלָפִ֖ים the uh-la-FEEM וְשֵׁ֥שׁ Jews veh-SHAYSH מֵאֽוֹת׃ seven may-OTE -
וַיְהִי֩ it vai-HEE בִשְׁלֹשִׁ֨ים came veesh-loh-SHEEM וָשֶׁ֜בַע to va-SHEH-va שָׁנָ֗ה pass sha-NA לְגָלוּת֙ in leh-ɡa-LOOT יְהוֹיָכִ֣ן the yeh-hoh-ya-HEEN מֶֽלֶךְ seven MEH-lek יְהוּדָ֔ה and yeh-hoo-DA בִּשְׁנֵי֤ם thirtieth beesh-NAY-m עָשָׂר֙ year ah-SAHR חֹ֔דֶשׁ of HOH-desh בְּעֶשְׂרִ֥ים the beh-es-REEM וַחֲמִשָּׁ֖ה captivity va-huh-mee-SHA לַחֹ֑דֶשׁ of la-HOH-desh נָשָׂ֡א Jehoiachin na-SA אֱוִ֣יל king ay-VEEL מְרֹדַךְ֩ of meh-roh-dahk מֶ֨לֶךְ Judah, MEH-lek בָּבֶ֜ל in ba-VEL בִּשְׁנַ֣ת the beesh-NAHT מַלְכֻת֗וֹ twelfth mahl-hoo-TOH אֶת et רֹאשׁ֙ month, rohsh יְהוֹיָכִ֣ין in yeh-hoh-ya-HEEN מֶֽלֶךְ the MEH-lek יְהוּדָ֔ה five yeh-hoo-DA וַיֹּצֵ֥א and va-yoh-TSAY אֹת֖וֹ twentieth oh-TOH מִבֵּ֥ית day mee-BATE הַכְּלֽיּא׃ of ha-KEL-y -
וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר spake vai-da-BARE אִתּ֖וֹ kindly EE-toh טֹב֑וֹת unto toh-VOTE וַיִּתֵּן֙ him, va-yee-TANE אֶת and et כִּסְא֔וֹ set kees-OH מִמַּ֗עַל mee-MA-al לְכִסֵּ֧א his leh-hee-SAY מְּלָכִ֛ים throne meh-la-HEEM אֲשֶׁ֥ר above uh-SHER אִתּ֖וֹ the EE-toh בְּבָבֶֽל׃ throne beh-va-VEL -
וְשִׁנָּ֕ה changed veh-shee-NA אֵ֖ת ate בִּגְדֵ֣י his beeɡ-DAY כִלְא֑וֹ prison heel-OH וְאָכַ֨ל garments: veh-ah-HAHL לֶ֧חֶם and LEH-hem לְפָנָ֛יו he leh-fa-NAV תָּמִ֖יד did ta-MEED כָּל continually kahl יְמֵ֥י eat yeh-MAY חַיָּֽו׃ bread ha-YAHV -
וַאֲרֻחָת֗וֹ for va-uh-roo-ha-TOH אֲרֻחַת֩ his uh-roo-HAHT תָּמִ֨יד diet, ta-MEED נִתְּנָה there nee-teh-NA לּ֜וֹ was loh מֵאֵ֧ת a may-ATE מֶֽלֶךְ continual MEH-lek בָּבֶ֛ל diet ba-VEL דְּבַר given deh-VAHR י֥וֹם him yome בְּיוֹמ֖וֹ of beh-yoh-MOH עַד the ad י֣וֹם king yome מוֹת֑וֹ of moh-TOH כֹּ֖ל Babylon, kole יְמֵ֥י every yeh-MAY חַיָּֽיו׃ day ha-YAIV
