യേഹേസ്കേൽ 33:28
ഞാൻ ദേശത്തെ പാഴും ശൂന്യവും ആക്കും; അതിന്റെ ബലത്തിന്റെ പ്രതാപം നിന്നുപോകും; യിസ്രായേൽപർവ്വതങ്ങൾ ആരും വഴിപോകാതവണ്ണം ശൂന്യമായിത്തീരും.

| desolate, | וּמְשַׁמָּ֔ה | ûmĕšammâ | oo-meh-sha-MA |
| and the pomp | וְנִשְׁבַּ֖ת | wĕnišbat | veh-neesh-BAHT |
| of her strength | גְּא֣וֹן | gĕʾôn | ɡeh-ONE |
| cease; shall | עֻזָּ֑הּ | ʿuzzāh | oo-ZA |
| and the mountains | וְשָֽׁמְמ֛וּ | wĕšāmĕmû | veh-sha-meh-MOO |
| of Israel | הָרֵ֥י | hārê | ha-RAY |
| desolate, be shall | יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל | yiśrāʾēl | yees-ra-ALE |
| that none | מֵאֵ֥ין | mēʾên | may-ANE |
| shall pass through. | עוֹבֵֽר׃ | ʿôbēr | oh-VARE |
