അതിന്റെ നടുവിൽ നാലു ജീവികളുടെ സാദൃശ്യം കണ്ടു; അവയുടെ രൂപമോ: അവെക്കു മനുഷ്യസാദൃശ്യം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

| creatures. living | חַיּ֑וֹת | ḥayyôt | HA-yote |
| And this | וְזֶה֙ | wĕzeh | veh-ZEH |
| was their appearance; | מַרְאֵֽיהֶ֔ן | marʾêhen | mahr-ay-HEN |
| they | דְּמ֥וּת | dĕmût | deh-MOOT |
| had the likeness | אָדָ֖ם | ʾādām | ah-DAHM |
| of a man. | לָהֵֽנָּה׃ | lāhēnnâ | la-HAY-na |
