וַיִּצְמָ֨א that va-yeets-MA שָׁ֤ם thirsted shahm הָעָם֙ there ha-AM לַמַּ֔יִם And la-MA-yeem וַיָּ֥לֶן the va-YA-len הָעָ֖ם people ha-AM עַל water; al מֹשֶׁ֑ה for moh-SHEH וַיֹּ֗אמֶר murmured va-YOH-mer לָ֤מָּה people LA-ma זֶּה֙ and zeh הֶֽעֱלִיתָ֣נוּ the heh-ay-lee-TA-noo מִמִּצְרַ֔יִם against mee-meets-RA-yeem לְהָמִ֥ית Moses, leh-ha-MEET אֹתִ֛י and oh-TEE וְאֶת said, veh-ET בָּנַ֥י Wherefore ba-NAI וְאֶת this veh-ET מִקְנַ֖י brought meek-NAI בַּצָּמָֽא׃ hast ba-tsa-MA
