പ്രവൃത്തികൾ 15:22-35

22 Then pleased it the apostles and elders, with the whole church, to send chosen men of their own company to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas; namely, Judas surnamed Barsabas, and Silas, chief men among the brethren:

23 And they wrote letters by them after this manner; The apostles and elders and brethren send greeting unto the brethren which are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia:

24 Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment:

25 It seemed good unto us, being assembled with one accord, to send chosen men unto you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,

26 Men that have hazarded their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

27 We have sent therefore Judas and Silas, who shall also tell you the same things by mouth.

28 For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;

29 That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.

30 So when they were dismissed, they came to Antioch: and when they had gathered the multitude together, they delivered the epistle:

31 Which when they had read, they rejoiced for the consolation.

32 And Judas and Silas, being prophets also themselves, exhorted the brethren with many words, and confirmed them.

33 And after they had tarried there a space, they were let go in peace from the brethren unto the apostles.

34 Notwithstanding it pleased Silas to abide there still.

35 Paul also and Barnabas continued in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also.

22 അപ്പോൾ തങ്ങളിൽ ചില പുരുഷന്മാരെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു പൌലൊസിനോടും ബർന്നബാസിനോടും കൂടെ അന്ത്യൊക്ക്യയിലേക്കു അയക്കേണം എന്നു അപ്പൊസ്തലന്മാരും മൂപ്പന്മാരും സർവ്വസഭയും നിർണ്ണയിച്ചു, സഹോദരന്മാരിൽ പ്രമാണപ്പെട്ട പുരുഷന്മാരായ ബർശബാസ് എന്ന യൂദയെയും ശീലാസിനെയും നിയോഗിച്ചു.
Then pleased it the apostles and elders, with the whole church, to send chosen men of their own company to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas; namely, Judas surnamed Barsabas, and Silas, chief men among the brethren:

23 അവരുടെ കൈവശം എഴുതി അയച്ചതെന്തെന്നാൽ: അപ്പൊസ്തലന്മാരും മൂപ്പന്മാരായ സഹോദരന്മാരും അന്ത്യൊക്ക്യയിലും സൂറിയയിലും കിലിക്ക്യയിലും ജാതികളിൽ നിന്നു ചേർന്ന സഹോദരന്മാർക്കു വന്ദനം.
And they wrote letters by them after this manner; The apostles and elders and brethren send greeting unto the brethren which are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia:

24 ഞങ്ങൾ കല്പന കൊടുക്കാതെ ചിലർ ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു നിങ്ങളെ വാക്കുകളാൽ ഭ്രമിപ്പിച്ചു നിങ്ങളുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളെ കലക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞു എന്നു കേൾക്കകൊണ്ടു
Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment:

25 ഞങ്ങൾ ചില പുരുഷന്മാരെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു നമ്മുടെ കർത്താവായ യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ നാമത്തിന്നു വേണ്ടി പ്രാണത്യാഗം ചെയ്തവരായ നമ്മുടെ
It seemed good unto us, being assembled with one accord, to send chosen men unto you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,

26 പ്രീയ ബർന്നബാസോടും പൌലൊസോടും കൂടെ നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുക്കൽ അയക്കേണം എന്നു ഞങ്ങൾ ഒരുമനപ്പെട്ടു നിശ്ചയിച്ചു.
Men that have hazarded their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

27 ആകയാൽ ഞങ്ങൾ യൂദയെയും ശീലാസിനെയും അയച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അവർ വാമൊഴിയായും ഇതുതന്നേ അറിയിക്കും.
We have sent therefore Judas and Silas, who shall also tell you the same things by mouth.

28 വിഗ്രഹാർപ്പിതം, രക്തം, ശ്വാസംമുട്ടിച്ചത്തതു, പരസംഗം എന്നിവ വർജ്ജിക്കുന്നതു ആവശ്യം എന്നല്ലാതെ അധികമായ ഭാരം ഒന്നും നിങ്ങളുടെ മേൽ ചുമത്തരുതു എന്നു പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിന്നും ഞങ്ങൾക്കും തോന്നിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;

29 ഇവ വർജ്ജിച്ചു സൂക്ഷിച്ചുകൊണ്ടാൽ നന്നു; ശുഭമായിരിപ്പിൻ.
That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.

30 അങ്ങനെ അവർ വിടവാങ്ങി അന്ത്യൊക്ക്യയിൽ ചെന്നു ജനസമൂഹത്തെ കൂട്ടിവരുത്തി ലേഖനം കൊടുത്തു.
So when they were dismissed, they came to Antioch: and when they had gathered the multitude together, they delivered the epistle:

31 അവർ ഈ ആശ്വാസവചനം വായിച്ചു സന്തോഷിച്ചു.
Which when they had read, they rejoiced for the consolation.

32 യൂദയും ശീലാസും പ്രവാചകന്മാർ ആകകൊണ്ടു പല വചനങ്ങളാലും സഹോദരന്മാരെ പ്രബോധിപ്പിച്ചു ഉറപ്പിച്ചു.
And Judas and Silas, being prophets also themselves, exhorted the brethren with many words, and confirmed them.

33 കുറെനാൾ താമസിച്ചശേഷം സഹോദരന്മാർ അവരെ അയച്ചവരുടെ അടുക്കലേക്കു സമാധാനത്തോടെ പറഞ്ഞയച്ചു.
And after they had tarried there a space, they were let go in peace from the brethren unto the apostles.

34 എന്നാൽ പൌലൊസും ബർന്നബാസും അന്ത്യൊക്ക്യയിൽ പാർത്തു മറ്റു പലരോടും കൂടി കർത്താവിന്റെ വചനം ഉപദേശിച്ചും സുവിശേഷിച്ചുംകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.
Notwithstanding it pleased Silas to abide there still.

35 കുറെനാൾ കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടു പൌലൊസ് ബർന്നബാസിനോടു: നാം കർത്താവിന്റെ വചനം അറിയിച്ച പട്ടണംതോറും പിന്നെയും ചെന്നു സഹോദരന്മാർ എങ്ങനെയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു നോക്കുക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
Paul also and Barnabas continued in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also.
