ദാവീദ് തന്നോടുകൂടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ആളുകളെ ഒക്കെയും കുടുംബസഹിതം കൂട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോയി; അവർ ഹെബ്രോന്യപട്ടണങ്ങളിൽ പാർത്തു.
