ന്യായം വിധിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ആസ്ഥാനമണ്ഡപമായിട്ടു ഒരു സിംഹാസനമണ്ഡപവും പണിതു: അതിന്നു ആസകലം ദേവദാരുപ്പലകകൊണ്ടു അടിത്തട്ടിട്ടു.
