യിസ്രായേൽ മുഴുവനും വംശാവലിയായി ചാർത്തപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു; അതു യിസ്രായേൽരാജാക്കന്മാരുടെ വൃത്താന്തപുസ്തകത്തിൽ എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ. യെഹൂദയെയോ അവരുടെ അകൃത്യംനിമിത്തം ബദ്ധരാക്കി ബാബേലിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുപോയി.
