Matthew 13 - BBE (Malayalam)

1 On that day Jesus went out of the house and was seated by the seaside.അന്നു യേശു വീട്ടിൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു കടലരികെ ഇരുന്നു.

2 And great numbers of people came together to him, so that he got into a boat; and the people took up their position by the sea.വളരെ പുരുഷാരം അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നുകൂടുകകൊണ്ടു അവൻ പടകിൽ കയറി ഇരുന്നു; പുരുഷാരം എല്ലാം കരയിൽ ഇരുന്നു.

3 And he gave them teaching in the form of a story, saying, A man went out to put seed in the earth;അവൻ അവരോടു പലതും ഉപമകളായി പ്രസ്താവിച്ചതെന്തന്നാൽ: “വിതെക്കുന്നവൻ വിതെപ്പാൻ പുറപ്പെട്ടു.

4 And while he did so, some seeds were dropped by the wayside, and the birds came and took them for food:വിതെക്കുമ്പോൾ ചിലതു വഴിയരികെ വിണു; പറവകൾ വന്നു അതു തിന്നു കളഞ്ഞു.

5 And some of the seed went among the stones, where it had not much earth, and straight away it came up because the earth was not deep:ചിലതു പാറസ്ഥലത്തു ഏറെ മണ്ണില്ലാത്ത ഇടത്തു വീണു; മണ്ണിന്നു താഴ്ചയില്ലായ്കയാൽ ക്ഷണത്തിൽ മുളെച്ചുവന്നു.

6 And when the sun was high, it was burned; and because it had no root it became dry and dead.സൂര്യൻ ഉദിച്ചാറെ ചൂടുതട്ടി, വേർ ഇല്ലായ്കയാൽ അതു ഉണങ്ങിപ്പോയി.

7 And some seeds went among thorns, and the thorns came up and they had no room for growth:മറ്റു ചിലതു മുള്ളിന്നിടയിൽ വീണു; മുള്ളു മുളെച്ചു വളർന്നു അതിനെ ഞെരുക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞു.

8 And some, falling on good earth, gave fruit, some a hundred, some sixty, some thirty times as much.മറ്റു ചിലതു നല്ല നിലത്തു വീണു, നൂറും അറുപതും മുപ്പതും മേനിയായി വിളഞ്ഞു.

9 He who has ears, let him give ear.ചെവിയുള്ളവൻ കേൾക്കട്ടെ.”

10 And the disciples came and said to him, Why do you say things to them in the form of stories?പിന്നെ ശിഷ്യന്മാർ അടുക്കെ വന്നു: അവരോടു ഉപമകളായി സംസാരിക്കുന്നതു എന്തു എന്നു അവനോടു ചോദിച്ചു.

11 And he said to them in answer, To you is given the knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.അവൻ അവരോടു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതു: “സ്വർഗ്ഗരാജ്യത്തിന്റെ മർമ്മങ്ങളെ അറിവാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു വരം ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അവർക്കോ ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.

12 Because whoever has, to him will be given, and he will have more; but from him who has not, even what he has will be taken away.ഉള്ളവന്നു കൊടുക്കും; അവന്നു സമൃദ്ധിയുണ്ടാകും; ഇല്ലാത്തവനോടോ അവന്നുള്ളതും കൂടെ എടുത്തുകളയും.

13 For this reason I put things into the form of stories; because they see without seeing, and give ear without hearing, and the sense is not clear to them.അതുകൊണ്ടു അവർ കണ്ടിട്ടു കാണാതെയും കേട്ടിട്ടു കേൾക്കാതെയും ഗ്രഹിക്കാതെയും ഇരിക്കയാൽ ഞാൻ ഉപമകളായി അവരോടു സംസാരിക്കുന്നു.

14 And for them the words of Isaiah have come true, Though you give ear, you will not get knowledge; and seeing, you will see, but the sense will not be clear to you:നിങ്ങൾ ചെവിയാൽ കേൾക്കും ഗ്രഹിക്കയില്ലതാനും; കണ്ണാൽ കാണും ദർശിക്കയില്ലതാനും; ഈ ജനത്തിന്റെ ഹൃദയം തടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അവർ ചെവികൊണ്ടു മന്ദമായി കേൾക്കുന്നു; കണ്ണു അടെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അവർ കണ്ണു കാണാതെയും ചെവി കേൾക്കാതെയും ഹൃദയം കൊണ്ടു ഗ്രഹിക്കാതെയും തിരിഞ്ഞുകൊള്ളാതെയും ഞാൻ അവരെ സൌഖ്യമാക്കാതെയും ഇരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു തന്നേ

15 For the heart of this people has become fat and their ears are slow in hearing and their eyes are shut; for fear that they might see with their eyes and give hearing with their ears and become wise in their hearts and be turned again to me, so that I might make them well.എന്നു യെശയ്യാവു പറഞ്ഞ പ്രവാചകത്തിന്നു അവരിൽ നിവൃത്തിവരുന്നു.

16 But a blessing be on your eyes, because they see; and on your ears, because they are open.എന്നാൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ കണ്ണു കാണുന്നതുകൊണ്ടും നിങ്ങളുടെ ചെവി കേൾക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ടും ഭാഗ്യമുള്ളവ.

17 For truly, I say to you that prophets and upright men had a desire to see the things which you see, and saw them not; and to have knowledge of the words which have come to your ears, and they had it not.ഏറിയ പ്രവാചകന്മാരും നീതിമാന്മാരും നിങ്ങൾ കാണുന്നതു കാണ്മാൻ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചിട്ടു കണ്ടില്ല; നിങ്ങൾ കേൾക്കുന്നതു കേൾപ്പാൻ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചിട്ടും കേട്ടില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ സത്യമായിട്ടു നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു.

18 Give ear, then, to the story of the man who put the seed in the earth.എന്നാൽ വിതെക്കുന്നവന്റെ ഉപമ കേട്ടുകൊൾവിൻ.

19 When the word of the kingdom comes to anyone, and the sense of it is not clear to him, then the Evil One comes, and quickly takes away that which was put in his heart. He is the seed dropped by the wayside.ഒരുത്തൻ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ വചനം കേട്ടിട്ടു ഗ്രഹിക്കാഞ്ഞാൽ ദുഷ്ടൻ വന്നു അവന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ വിതെക്കപ്പെട്ടതു എടുത്തുകളയുന്നു; ഇതത്രെ വഴിയരികെ വിതെക്കപ്പെട്ടതു.

20 And that which went on the stones, this is he who, hearing the word, straight away takes it with joy;പാറസ്ഥലത്തു വിതെക്കപ്പെട്ടതോ, ഒരുത്തൻ വചനം കേട്ടിട്ടു ഉടനെ സന്തോഷത്തോടെ കൈകൊള്ളുന്നതു ആകുന്നു എങ്കിലും വേരില്ലാതിരിക്കയാൽ അവൻ ക്ഷണികനത്രേ.

21 But having no root in himself, he goes on for a time; and when trouble comes or pain, because of the word, he quickly becomes full of doubts.വചനംനിമിത്തം ഞെരുക്കമോ ഉപദ്രവമോ നേരിട്ടാൽ അവൻ ക്ഷണത്തിൽ ഇടറിപ്പോകുന്നു.

22 And that which was dropped among the thorns, this is he who has the word; and the cares of this life, and the deceits of wealth, put a stop to the growth of the word and it gives no fruit.മുള്ളിന്നിടയിൽ വിതെക്കപ്പെട്ടതോ, ഒരുത്തൻ വചനം കേൾക്കുന്നു എങ്കിലും ഈ ലോകത്തിന്റെ ചിന്തയും ധനത്തിന്റെ വഞ്ചനയും വചനത്തെ ഞെരുക്കീട്ടു നിഷ്ഫലനായി തീരുന്നതാകുന്നു.

23 And the seed which was put in good earth, this is he who gives ear to the word, and gets the sense of it; who gives fruit, some a hundred, some sixty, some thirty times as much.നല്ല നിലത്തു വിതെക്കപ്പെട്ടതോ ഒരുത്തൻ വചനം കേട്ടു ഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നതു ആകുന്നു അതു വിളഞ്ഞു നൂറും അറുപതും മുപ്പതും മേനി നല്കുന്നു.”

24 And he gave them another story, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like a man who put good seed in his field:അവൻ മറ്റൊരു ഉപമ അവർക്കു പറഞ്ഞുകൊടുത്തു: “സ്വർഗ്ഗരാജ്യം ഒരു മനുഷ്യൻ തന്റെ നിലത്തു നല്ല വിത്തു വിതെച്ചതിനോടു സദൃശമാകുന്നു.

25 But while men were sleeping, one who had hate for him came and put evil seeds among the grain, and went away.മനുഷ്യർ ഉറങ്ങുമ്പോൾ അവന്റെ ശത്രു വന്നു, കോതമ്പിന്റെ ഇടയിൽ കള വിതെച്ചു പൊയ്ക്കളഞ്ഞു.

26 But when the green stem came up and gave fruit, the evil plants were seen at the same time.ഞാറു വളർന്നു കതിരായപ്പോൾ കളയും കാണായ്‍വന്നു.

27 And the servants of the master of the house came and said to him, Sir, did you not put good seed in your field? how then has it evil plants?അപ്പോൾ വീട്ടുടയവന്റെ ദാസന്മാർ അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ചെന്നു: യജമാനനേ, വയലിൽ നല്ലവിത്തല്ലയോ വിതെച്ചതു? പിന്നെ കള എവിടെനിന്നു വന്നു എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.

28 And he said, Someone has done this in hate. And the servants say to him, Is it your pleasure that we go and take them up?ഇതു ശത്രു ചെയ്തതാകുന്നു എന്നു അവൻ അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞു. ഞങ്ങൾ പോയി അതു പറിച്ചുകൂട്ടുവാൻ സമ്മതമുണ്ടോ എന്നു ദാസന്മാർ അവനോടു ചോദിച്ചു.

29 But he says, No, for fear that by chance while you take up the evil plants, you may be rooting up the grain with them.അതിന്നു അവൻ: ഇല്ല, പക്ഷേ കള പറിക്കുമ്പോൾ കോതമ്പും കൂടെ പിഴുതുപോകും.

30 Let them come up together till the getting in of the grain; and then I will say to the workers, Take up first the evil plants, and put them together for burning: but put the grain into my store-house.രണ്ടുംകൂടെ കൊയ്ത്തോളം വളരട്ടെ; കൊയ്ത്തു കാലത്തു ഞാൻ കൊയ്യുന്നവരോടു മുമ്പെ കളപറിച്ചു കൂട്ടി ചുട്ടുകളയേണ്ടതിന്നു കെട്ടുകളായി കെട്ടുവാനും കോതമ്പു എന്റെ കളപ്പുരയിൽ കൂട്ടിവെപ്പാനും കല്പിക്കും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.”

31 He put another story before them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like a grain of mustard seed which a man took and put in his field:മറ്റൊരു ഉപമ അവൻ അവർക്കു പറഞ്ഞുകൊടുത്തു: “സ്വർഗ്ഗരാജ്യം കടുകുമണിയോടു സദൃശം; അതു ഒരു മനുഷ്യൻ എടുത്തു തന്റെ വയലിൽ ഇട്ടു.

32 Which is smaller than all seeds; but when it has come up it is greater than the plants, and becomes a tree, so that the birds of heaven come and make their resting-places in its branches.അതു എല്ലാവിത്തിലും ചെറിയതെങ്കിലും വളർന്നു സസ്യങ്ങളിൽ ഏറ്റവും വലുതായി, ആകാശത്തിലെ പറവകൾ വന്നു അതിന്റെ കൊമ്പുകളിൽ വസിപ്പാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം വൃക്ഷമായി തീരുന്നു.”

33 Another story he gave to them: The kingdom of heaven is like leaven, which a woman took, and put in three measures of meal, till it was all leavened.അവൻ മറ്റൊരു ഉപമ അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞു: “സ്വർഗ്ഗരാജ്യം പുളിച്ച മാവിനോടു സദൃശം; അതു ഒരു സ്ത്രീ എടുത്തു മൂന്നുപറ മാവിൽ എല്ലാം പുളിച്ചുവരുവോളം അടക്കിവെച്ചു.”

34 All these things Jesus said to the people in the form of stories; and without a story he said nothing to them:ഇതു ഒക്കെയും യേശു പുരുഷാരത്തോടു ഉപമകളായി പറഞ്ഞു; ഉപമ കൂടാതെ അവരോടു ഒന്നും പറഞ്ഞില്ല

35 That it might come true which was said by the prophet, Opening my mouth, I will give out stories; I will give knowledge of things kept secret from before all time.“ഞാൻ ഉപമ പ്രസ്താവിപ്പാൻ വായ്തുറക്കും; ലോകസ്ഥാപനം മുതൽ ഗൂഢമായതു ഉച്ചരിക്കും” എന്നു പ്രവാചകൻ പറഞ്ഞതു നിവൃത്തിയാകുവാൻ സംഗതിവന്നു.

36 Then he went away from the people, and went into the house; and his disciples came to him, saying, Make clear to us the story of the evil plants in the field.അനന്തരം യേശു പുരുഷാരത്തെ പറഞ്ഞയച്ചിട്ടു വീട്ടിൽ വന്നു, ശിഷ്യന്മാർ അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ചെന്നു: വയലി കളയുടെ ഉപമ തെളിയിച്ചുതരേണം എന്നു അപേക്ഷിച്ചു. അതിന്നു അവൻ ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതു:

37 And he made answer and said, He who puts the good seed in the earth is the Son of man;“നല്ല വിത്തു വിതെക്കുന്നവൻ മനുഷ്യപുത്രൻ;

38 And the field is the world; and the good seed is the sons of the kingdom; and the evil seeds are the sons of the Evil One;വയൽ ലോകം; നല്ലവിത്തു രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ;

39 And he who put them in the earth is Satan; and the getting in of the grain is the end of the world; and those who get it in are the angels.കള ദുഷ്ടന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ; അതു വിതെച്ച ശത്രു പിശാചു; കൊയ്ത്തു ലോകാവസാനം;

40 As then the evil plants are got together and burned with fire, so will it be in the end of the world.കൊയ്യുന്നവർ ദൂതന്മാർ കള കൂട്ടി തീയിൽ ഇട്ടു ചുടുംപോലെ ലോകാവസാനത്തിൽ സംഭവിക്കും.

41 The Son of man will send out his angels, and they will take out of his kingdom everything which is a cause of error, and all those who do wrong,മനുഷ്യപുത്രൻ തന്റെ ദൂതന്മാരെ അയക്കും; അവർ അവന്റെ രാജ്യത്തിൽനിന്നു എല്ലാ ഇടർച്ചകളെയും അധർമ്മം പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നവരെയും കൂട്ടിച്ചേർത്തു

42 And will put them into the fire; there will be weeping and cries of sorrow.തീച്ചൂളയിൽ ഇട്ടുകളയുകയും, അവിടെ കരച്ചലും പല്ലുകടിയും ഉണ്ടാകും.

43 Then will the upright be shining as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him give ear.അന്നു നീതിമാന്മാർ തങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവിന്റെ രാജ്യത്തിൽ സൂര്യനെപ്പോലെ പ്രകാശിക്കും. ചെവിയുള്ളവൻ കേൾക്കട്ടെ.

44 The kingdom of heaven is like a secret store of wealth in a field, which a man came across and put back again; and in his joy he goes and gives all he has, to get that field.സ്വർഗ്ഗരാജ്യം വയലിൽ ഒളിച്ചുവെച്ച നിധിയോടു സദൃശം. അതു ഒരു മനുഷ്യൻ കണ്ടു മറെച്ചിട്ടു, തന്റെ സന്തോഷത്താൽ ചെന്നു തനിക്കുള്ളതൊക്കെയും വിറ്റു ആ വയൽ വാങ്ങി.

45 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a trader searching for beautiful jewels.പിന്നെയും സ്വർഗ്ഗരാജ്യം നല്ല മുത്തു അന്വേഷിക്കുന്ന ഒരു വ്യാപാരിയോടു സദൃശം.

46 And having come across one jewel of great price, he went and gave all he had in exchange for it.അവൻ വിലയേറിയ ഒരു മുത്തു കണ്ടെത്തിയാറെ ചെന്നു തനിക്കുള്ളതൊക്കെയും വിറ്റു അതു വാങ്ങി.

47 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net, which was put into the sea and took in every sort of fish:പിന്നെയും സ്വർഗ്ഗരാജ്യം കടലിൽ ഇടുന്നതും എല്ലാവക മീനും പിടിക്കുന്നതുമായോരു വലയോടു സദൃശം.

48 When it was full, they took it up on the sands; and seated there they put the good into vessels, but the bad they put away.നിറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ അവർ അതു വലിച്ചു കരെക്കു കയറ്റി, ഇരുന്നുകൊണ്ടു നല്ലതു പാത്രങ്ങളിൽ കൂട്ടിവെച്ചു, ചീത്ത എറിഞ്ഞുകളഞ്ഞു.

49 So will it be in the end of the world: the angels will come and take out the bad from the good,അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ ലോകാവസാനത്തിൽ സംഭവിക്കും; ദൂതന്മാർ പുറപ്പെട്ടു നീതിമാന്മാരുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു ദുഷ്ടന്മാരെ വേർതിരിച്ചു തീച്ചൂളയിൽ ഇട്ടുകളയും;

50 And will put them into the fire: there will be weeping and cries of sorrow.അവിടെ കരച്ചലും പല്ലുകടിയും ഉണ്ടാകും.

51 Are all these things now clear to you? They say to him, Yes.ഇതെല്ലാം ഗ്രഹിച്ചുവോ?” എന്നതിന്നു അവർ ഉവ്വു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

52 And he said to them, For this reason every scribe who has become a disciple of the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of a house, who gives out from his store things new and old.അവൻ അവരോടു: “അതുകൊണ്ടു സ്വർഗ്ഗരാജ്യത്തിന്നു ശിഷ്യനായിത്തീർന്ന ഏതു ശാസ്ത്രിയും തന്റെ നിക്ഷേപത്തിൽ നിന്നു പുതിയതും പഴയതും എടുത്തു കൊടുക്കുന്ന ഒരു വീട്ടുടയവനോടു സദൃശനാകുന്നു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

53 And when Jesus had come to the end of these stories he went away from there.ഈ ഉപമകളെ പറഞ്ഞു തീർന്നശേഷം യേശു അവിടം വിട്ടു തന്റെ പിതൃനഗരത്തിൽ വന്നു, അവരുടെ പള്ളിയിൽ അവർക്കു ഉപദേശിച്ചു.

54 And coming into his country, he gave them teaching in their Synagogue, so that they were greatly surprised and said, Where did this man get this wisdom and these works of power?അവർ വിസ്മയിച്ചു: ഇവന്നു ഈ ജ്ഞാനവും വീര്യപ്രവൃത്തികളും എവിടെ നിന്നു?

55 Is not this the woodworker's son? is not his mother named Mary? and his brothers James and Joseph and Simon and Judas?ഇവൻ തച്ചന്റെ മകൻ അല്ലയോ ഇവന്റെ അമ്മ മറിയ എന്നവളല്ലയോ? ഇവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാർ യാക്കോബ്, യോസെ, ശിമോൻ, യൂദാ എന്നവർ അല്ലയോ?

56 And his sisters, are they not all with us? from where, then, has he all these things?ഇവന്റെ സഹോദരികളും എല്ലാം നമ്മോടുകൂടെയില്ലയോ? ഇവന്നു ഇതു ഒക്കെയും എവിടെ നിന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു അവങ്കൽ ഇടറിപ്പോയി.

57 And they were bitter against him. But Jesus said to them, A prophet is nowhere without honour but in his country and among his family.യേശു അവരോടു: “ഒരു പ്രവാചകൻ തന്റെ പിതൃനഗരത്തിലും സ്വന്തഭവനത്തിലും അല്ലാതെ ബഹുമാനമില്ലാത്തവൻ അല്ല” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

58 And the works of power which he did there were small in number because they had no faith.അവരുടെ അവിശ്വാസം നിമിത്തം അവിടെ വളരെ വീര്യപ്രവർത്തികളെ ചെയ്തില്ല.
