Luke 7 - YLT (Malayalam)

1 And when he completed all his sayings in the ears of the people, he went into Capernaum;ജനം കേൾക്കെ തന്റെ വചനം ഒക്കെയും പറഞ്ഞുതീർന്ന ശേഷം അവൻ കഫർന്നഹൂമിൽ ചെന്നു.

2 and a certain centurion's servant being ill, was about to die, who was much valued by him,അവിടെ ഒരു ശതാധിപന്നു പ്രിയനായ ദാസൻ ദീനം പിടിച്ചു മരിപ്പാറായിരുന്നു.

3 and having heard about Jesus, he sent unto him elders of the Jews, beseeching him, that having come he might thoroughly save his servant.അവൻ യേശുവിന്റെ വസ്തുത കേട്ടിട്ടു, അവൻ വന്നു തന്റെ ദാസനെ രക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടിതിന്നു അവനോടു അപേക്ഷിപ്പാൻ യെഹൂദന്മാരുടെ മൂപ്പന്മാരെ അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ അയച്ചു.

4 And they, having come near unto Jesus, were calling upon him earnestly, saying -- `He is worthy to whom thou shalt do this,അവൻ യേശുവിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നു അവനോടു താല്പര്യമായി അപേക്ഷിച്ചു: നീ അതു ചെയ്തുകൊടുപ്പാൻ അവൻ യോഗ്യൻ;

5 for he doth love our nation, and the synagogue he did build to us.'അവൻ നമ്മുടെ ജനത്തെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു; ഞങ്ങൾക്കു ഒരു പള്ളിയും തീർപ്പിച്ചുതന്നിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

6 And Jesus was going on with them, and now when he is not far distant from the house the centurion sent unto him friends, saying to him, `Sir, be not troubled, for I am not worthy that under my roof thou mayest enter;യേശു അവരോടുകൂടെ പോയി, വീട്ടിനോടു അടുപ്പാറായപ്പോൾ ശതാധിപൻ സ്നേഹിതന്മാരെ അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ അയച്ചു: കർത്താവേ, പ്രയാസപ്പെടേണ്ടാ; നി എന്റെ പുരെക്കകത്തു വരുവാൻ ഞാൻ പോരാത്തവൻ.

7 wherefore not even myself thought I worthy to come unto thee, but say in a word, and my lad shall be healed;അതുകൊണ്ടു നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വരുവാൻ ഞാൻ യോഗ്യൻ എന്നു എനിക്കു തോന്നിട്ടില്ല. ഒരു വാക്കു കല്പിച്ചാൽ എന്റെ ബാല്യക്കാരന്നു സൌഖ്യംവരും.

8 for I also am a man placed under authority, having under myself soldiers, and I say to this `one', Go, and he goeth; and to another, Be coming, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doth `it'.'ഞാനും അധികാരത്തിന്നു കീഴ്പെട്ട മനുഷ്യൻ; എന്റെ കീഴിൽ പടയാളികൾ ഉണ്ടു; ഒരുവനോടു പോക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞാൽ അവൻ പോകുന്നു; മറ്റൊരുവനോടു വരിക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞാൽ അവൻ വരുന്നു; എന്റെ ദാസനോടു: ഇതു ചെയ്ക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞാൽ അവൻ ചെയ്യുന്നു എന്നു പറയിച്ചു.

9 And having heard these things Jesus wondered at him, and having turned to the multitude following him, he said, `I say to you, not even in Israel so much faith did I find;'യേശു അതു കേട്ടിട്ടു അവങ്കൽ ആശ്ചര്യപ്പെട്ടു തിരിഞ്ഞുനോക്കി, അനുഗമിക്കുന്ന കൂട്ടത്തോടു: “യിസ്രായേലിൽകൂടെ ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള വിശ്വാസം ഞാൻ കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു;

10 and those sent, having turned back to the house, found the ailing servant in health.ശതാധിപൻ പറഞ്ഞയച്ചിരുന്നവർ വീട്ടിൽ മടങ്ങി വന്നപ്പോൾ ദാസനെ സൌഖ്യത്തോടെ കണ്ടു.

11 And it came to pass, on the morrow, he was going on to a city called Nain, and there were going with him many of his disciples, and a great multitude,പിറ്റെന്നാൾ അവൻ നയിൻ എന്ന പട്ടണത്തിലേക്കു പോകുമ്പോൾ അവന്റെ ശിഷ്യന്മാരും വളരെ പുരുഷാരവും കൂടെ പോയി.

12 and as he came nigh to the gate of the city, then, lo, one dead was being carried forth, an only son of his mother, and she a widow, and a great multitude of the city was with her.അവൻ പട്ടണത്തിന്റെ വാതിലോടു അടുത്തപ്പോൾ മരിച്ചുപോയ ഒരുത്തനെ പുറത്തുകൊണ്ടുവരുന്നു; അവൻ അമ്മക്കു ഏകജാതനായ മകൻ; അവളോ വിധവ ആയിരുന്നു. പട്ടണത്തിലെ ഒരു വലിയ പുരുഷാരവും അവളോടുകൂടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

13 And the Lord having seen her, was moved with compassion towards her, and said to her, `Be not weeping;'അവളെ കണ്ടിട്ടു കർത്താവു മനസ്സലിഞ്ഞു അവളോടു: “കരയേണ്ടാ ” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു; അവൻ അടുത്തു ചെന്നു മഞ്ചം തൊട്ടു ചുമക്കുന്നവർ നിന്നു.

14 and having come near, he touched the bier, and those bearing `it' stood still, and he said, `Young man, to thee I say, Arise;'“ബാല്യക്കാരാ എഴുന്നേൽക്ക എന്നു ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു പറയുന്നു” എന്നു അവൻ പറഞ്ഞു.

15 and the dead sat up, and began to speak, and he gave him to his mother;മരിച്ചവൻ എഴുന്നേറ്റു ഇരുന്നു സംസാരിപ്പാൻ തുടങ്ങി; അവൻ അവനെ അമ്മെക്കു ഏല്പിച്ചുകൊടുത്തു.

16 and fear took hold of all, and they were glorifying God, saying -- `A great prophet hath risen among us,' and -- `God did look upon His people.'എല്ലാവർക്കും ഭയംപിടിച്ചു: ഒരു വലിയ പ്രവാചകൻ നമ്മുടെ ഇടയിൽ എഴുന്നേറ്റിരിക്കുന്നു; ദൈവം തന്റെ ജനത്തെ സന്ദർശിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു ദൈവത്തെ മഹത്വീകരിച്ചു.

17 And the account of this went forth in all Judea about him, and in all the region around.അവനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ഈ ശ്രുതി യെഹൂദ്യയിൽ ഒക്കെയും ചുറ്റുമുള്ള നാടെങ്ങും പരന്നു.

18 And the disciples of John told him about all these things,ഇതു ഒക്കെയും യോഹന്നാന്റെ ശിഷ്യന്മാർ അവനോടു അറിയിച്ചു.

19 and John having called near a certain two of his disciples, sent unto Jesus, saying, `Art thou he who is coming, or for another do we look?'എന്നാറെ യോഹന്നാൻ തന്റെ ശിഷ്യന്മാരിൽ രണ്ടുപേരെ വിളിച്ചു, കർത്താവിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ അയച്ചു: വരുവാനുള്ളവൻ നീയോ? അല്ല, ഞങ്ങൾ മറ്റൊരുത്തനെ കാത്തിരിക്കേണമോ എന്നു പറയിച്ചു.

20 And having come near to him, the men said, `John the Baptist sent us unto thee, saying, Art thou he who is coming, or for another do we look?'ആ പുരുഷന്മാർ അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നു: വരുവാനുള്ളവൻ നീയോ? അല്ല, ഞങ്ങൾ മറ്റൊരുത്തനെ കാത്തിരിക്കേണമോ എന്നു ചോദിപ്പാൻ യോഹന്നാൻസ്നാപകൻ ഞങ്ങളെ നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ അയച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

21 And in that hour he cured many from sicknesses, and plagues, and evil spirits, and to many blind he granted sight.ആ നാഴികയിൽ അവൻ വ്യാധികളും ദണ്ഡങ്ങളും ദുരാത്മാക്കളും പിടിച്ച പലരെയും സൌഖ്യമാക്കുകയും പല കുരുടന്മാർക്കു കാഴ്ച നല്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു അവരോടു:

22 And Jesus answering said to them, `Having gone on, report to John what ye saw and heard, that blind men do see again, lame do walk, lepers are cleansed, deaf do hear, dead are raised, poor have good news proclaimed;“കുരുടർ കാണുന്നു; മുടന്തർ നടക്കുന്നു; കുഷ്ഠരോഗികൾ ശുദ്ധരായിത്തീരുന്നു; ചെകിടർ കേൾക്കുന്നു; മരിച്ചവർ ഉയിർത്തെഴുന്നേല്ക്കുന്നു; ദിരദ്രന്മാരോടു സുവിശേഷം അറിയിക്കുന്നു എന്നിങ്ങനെ നിങ്ങൾ കാണുകയും കേൾക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതു യോഹന്നാനെ ചെന്നു അറിയിപ്പിൻ.

23 and happy is he whoever may not be stumbled in me.'എന്നാൽ എങ്കൽ ഇടറിപ്പോകാത്തവൻ ഭാഗ്യവാൻ” എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

24 And the messengers of John having gone away, he began to say unto the multitudes concerning John: `What have ye gone forth to the wilderness to look on? a reed by the wind shaken?യോഹന്നാന്റെ ദൂതന്മാർ പോയശേഷം അവൻ പുരുഷാരത്തോടു യോഹന്നാനെക്കുറിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു തുടങ്ങിയതു: “നിങ്ങൾ എന്തു കാണ്മാൻ മരുഭൂമിയിലേക്കു പോയി? കാറ്റിനാൽ ഉലയുന്ന ഓടയോ?

25 but what have ye gone forth to see? a man in soft garments clothed? lo, they in splendid apparellings, and living in luxury, are in the houses of kings!അല്ല, എന്തു കാണ്മാൻ പോയി? മാർദ്ദവവസ്ത്രം ധരിച്ച മനുഷ്യനെയോ? മോടിയുള്ള വസ്ത്രം ധരിച്ചു സുഖഭോഗികളായി നടക്കുന്നവർ രാജധാനികളിൽ അത്രേ.

26 `But what have ye gone forth to see? a prophet? Yes, I say to you, and much more than a prophet:അല്ല, എന്തു കാണ്മാൻ പോയി? ഒരു പ്രവാചകനെയൊ? അതേ, പ്രവാചകനിലും മികച്ചവനെ തന്നേ” എന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു:

27 this is he concerning whom it hath been written, Lo, I send my messenger before thy face, who shall prepare thy way before thee;“ഞാൻ എന്റെ ദൂതനെ നിനക്കു മുമ്പായി അയക്കുന്നു; അവൻ നിന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ നിനക്കു വഴി ഒരുക്കും” എന്നു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നതു അവനെക്കുറിച്ചാകുന്നു”.

28 for I say to you, a greater prophet, among those born of women, than John the Baptist there is not; but the least in the reign of God is greater than he.'സ്ത്രീകളിൽ നിന്നു ജനിച്ചവരിൽ യോഹന്നാനെക്കാൾ വലിയവൻ ആരുമില്ല; ദൈവരാജ്യത്തിൽ ഏറ്റവും ചെറിയവനോ അവനിലും വലിയവൻ” എന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു.--

29 And all the people having heard, and the tax-gatherers, declared God righteous, having been baptized with the baptism of John,എന്നാൽ ജനം ഒക്കെയും ചുങ്കക്കാരും കേട്ടിട്ടു യോഹന്നാന്റെ സ്നാനം ഏറ്റതിനാൽ ദൈവത്തെ നീതീകരിച്ചു.

30 but the Pharisees, and the lawyers, the counsel of God did put away for themselves, not having been baptized by him.“എങ്കിലും പരീശന്മാരും ന്യായശാസ്ത്രിമാരും അവനാൽ സ്നാനം ഏൽക്കാതെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ആലോചന തങ്ങൾക്കു വൃഥാവാക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞു-

31 And the Lord said, `To what, then, shall I liken the men of this generation? and to what are they like?ഈ തലമുറയിലെ മനുഷ്യരെ ഏതിനോടു ഉപമിക്കേണ്ടു? അവർ ഏതിനോടു തുല്യം?

32 they are like to children, to those sitting in a market-place, and calling one to another, and saying, We piped to you, and ye did not dance, we mourned to you, and ye did not weep!ഞങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങൾക്കായി കുഴലൂതി, നിങ്ങൾ നൃത്തം ചെയ്തില്ല; ഞങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങൾക്കായി വിലാപം പാടി, നിങ്ങൾ കരഞ്ഞില്ല എന്നു ചന്തസ്ഥലത്തു ഇരുന്നു അന്യോന്യം വിളിച്ചു പറയുന്ന കുട്ടികളോടു അവർ തുല്യർ.

33 `For John the Baptist came neither eating bread nor drinking wine, and ye say, He hath a demon;യോഹന്നാൻസ്നാപകൻ അപ്പം തിന്നാതെയും വീഞ്ഞു കുടിക്കാതെയും വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; അവന്നു ഭൂതം ഉണ്ടു എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ പറയുന്നു.

34 the Son of Man came eating and drinking, and ye say, Lo, a man, a glutton, and a wine drinker, a friend of tax-gatherers and sinners;മനുഷ്യപുത്രൻ തിന്നും കുടിച്ചുംകൊണ്ടു വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; തിന്നിയും കുടിയനും ആയ മനുഷ്യൻ ചുങ്കക്കാരുടെയും പാപികളുടെയും സ്നേഹിതൻ എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ പറയുന്നു.

35 and the wisdom was justified from all her children.'ജ്ഞാനമോ തന്റെ എല്ലാ മക്കളാലും നീതീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

36 And a certain one of the Pharisees was asking him that he might eat with him, and having gone into the house of the Pharisee he reclined (at meat),പരീശന്മാരിൽ ഒരുത്തൻ തന്നോടുകൂടെ ഭക്ഷണം കഴിപ്പാൻ അവനെ ക്ഷണിച്ചു; അവൻ പരീശന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ ചെന്നു ഭക്ഷണത്തിന്നിരുന്നു.

37 and lo, a woman in the city, who was a sinner, having known that he reclineth (at meat) in the house of the Pharisee, having provided an alabaster box of ointment,ആ പട്ടണത്തിൽ പാപിയായ ഒരു സ്ത്രീ, അവൻ പരീശന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ ഭക്ഷണത്തിന്നിരിക്കുന്നതു അറിഞ്ഞു ഒരു വെൺകൽഭരണി പരിമളതൈലം കൊണ്ടുവന്നു,

38 and having stood behind, beside his feet, weeping, she began to wet his feet with the tears, and with the hairs of her head she was wiping, and was kissing his feet, and was anointing with the ointment.പുറകിൽ അവന്റെ കാൽക്കൽ കരഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടു നിന്നു കണ്ണിനീർകൊണ്ടു അവന്റെ കാൽ നനെച്ചുതുടങ്ങി; തലമുടികൊണ്ടു തുടെച്ചു കാൽ ചുംബിച്ചു തൈലം പൂശി.

39 And the Pharisee who did call him, having seen, spake within himself, saying, `This one, if he were a prophet, would have known who and of what kind `is' the woman who doth touch him, that she is a sinner.'അവനെ ക്ഷണിച്ച പരീശൻ അതു കണ്ടിട്ടു: ഇവൻ പ്രവാചകൻ ആയിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ, തന്നെ തൊടുന്ന സ്ത്രീ ആരെന്നും എങ്ങനെയുള്ളവൾ എന്നും അറിയുമായിരുന്നു; അവൾ പാപിയല്ലോ എന്നു ഉള്ളിൽ പറഞ്ഞു

40 And Jesus answering said unto him, `Simon, I have something to say to thee;' and he saith, `Teacher, say on.'“ശിമോനേ, നിന്നോടു ഒന്നു പറവാനുണ്ടു” എന്നു യേശു പറഞ്ഞതിന്നു: ഗുരോ, പറഞ്ഞാലും എന്നു അവൻ പറഞ്ഞു.

41 `Two debtors were to a certain creditor; the one was owing five hundred denaries, and the other fifty;കടം കൊടുക്കുന്ന ഒരുത്തന്നു രണ്ടു കടക്കാർ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; ഒരുത്തൻ അഞ്ഞൂറു വെള്ളിക്കാശും മറ്റവൻ അമ്പതു വെള്ളിക്കാശും കൊടുപ്പാനുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

42 and they not having `wherewith' to give back, he forgave both; which then of them, say thou, will love him more?'വീട്ടുവാൻ അവർക്കു വക ഇല്ലായ്കയാൽ അവൻ ഇരുവർക്കും ഇളെച്ചുകൊടുത്തു; എന്നാൽ അവരിൽ ആർ അവനെ അധികം സ്നേഹിക്കും?

43 And Simon answering said, `I suppose that to whom he forgave the more;' and he said to him, `Rightly thou didst judge.'അധികം ഇളെച്ചുകിട്ടിയവൻ എന്നു ഞാൻ ഊഹിക്കുന്നു എന്നു ശിമോൻ പറഞ്ഞു. അവൻ അവനോടു: “നീ വിധിച്ചതു ശരി” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

44 And having turned unto the woman, he said to Simon, `Seest thou this woman? I entered into thy house; water for my feet thou didst not give, but this woman with tears did wet my feet, and with the hairs of her head did wipe;സ്ത്രിയുടെ നേരെ തരിഞ്ഞു ശിമോനോടു പറഞ്ഞതു: “ഈ സ്ത്രീയെ കാണുന്നുവോ? ഞാൻ നിന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ വന്നു, നീ എന്റെ കാലിന്നു വെള്ളം തന്നില്ല; ഇവളോ കണ്ണുനീർകൊണ്ടു എന്റെ കാൽ നനെച്ചു തലമുടികൊണ്ടു തുടെച്ചു.

45 a kiss to me thou didst not give, but this woman, from what `time' I came in, did not cease kissing my feet;നീ എനിക്കു ചുംബനം തന്നില്ല; ഇവളോ ഞാൻ അകത്തു വന്നതു മുതൽ ഇടവിടാതെ എന്റെ കാൽ ചുംബിച്ചു.

46 with oil my head thou didst not anoint, but this woman with ointment did anoint my feet;നീ എന്റെ തലയിൽ തൈലം പൂശിയില്ല; ഇവളോ പരിമള തൈലംകൊണ്ടു എന്റെ കാൽ പൂശി.

47 therefore I say to thee, her many sins have been forgiven, because she did love much; but to whom little is forgiven, little he doth love.'ആകയാൽ ഇവളുടെ അനേകമായ പാപങ്ങൾ മോചിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു പറയുന്നു; അവൾ വളരെ സ്നേഹിച്ചുവല്ലോ; അല്പം മോചിച്ചുകിട്ടിയവൻ അല്പം സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു”.

48 And he said to her, `Thy sins have been forgiven;'പിന്നെ അവൻ അവളോടു: “നിന്റെ പാപങ്ങൾ മോചിച്ചു തിന്നിരിക്കുന്നു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

49 and those reclining with him (at meat) began to say within themselves, `Who is this, who also doth forgive sins?'അവനോടു കൂടെ പന്തിയിൽ ഇരുന്നവർ: പാപമോചനവും കൊടുക്കുന്ന ഇവൻ ആർ എന്നു തമ്മിൽ പറഞ്ഞുതുടങ്ങി.

50 and he said unto the woman, `Thy faith have saved thee, be going on to peace.'അവനോ സ്ത്രീയോടു: “നിന്റെ വിശ്വാസം നിന്നെ രക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; സമാധാനത്തോടെ പോക” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
