Luke 4 - YLT (Malayalam)

1 And Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, turned back from the Jordan, and was brought in the Spirit to the wilderness,യേശു പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവു നിറഞ്ഞവനായി യോർദ്ദാൻ വിട്ടു മടങ്ങി; ആത്മാവു അവനെ മരുഭൂമിയിലേക്കു നടത്തി; പിശാചു അവനെ നാല്പതു ദിവസം പരീക്ഷിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.

2 forty days being tempted by the Devil, and he did not eat anything in those days, and they having been ended, he afterward hungered,ആ ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ അവൻ ഒന്നും ഭക്ഷിച്ചില്ല; അവ കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ അവന്നു വിശന്നു.

3 and the Devil said to him, `If Son thou art of God, speak to this stone that it may become bread.'അപ്പോൾ പിശാചു അവനോടു: നീ ദൈവ പുത്രൻ എങ്കിൽ ഈ കല്ലിനോടു അപ്പമായി ത്തീരുവാൻ കല്പിക്ക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

4 And Jesus answered him, saying, `It hath been written, that, not on bread only shall man live, but on every saying of God.'യേശു അവനോടു: “മനുഷ്യൻ അപ്പംകൊണ്ടു മാത്രമല്ല ജീവിക്കുന്നതു എന്നു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നു” എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

5 And the Devil having brought him up to an high mountain, shewed to him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time,പിന്നെ പിശാചു അവനെ മേലോട്ടു കൂട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോയി ലോകത്തിലെ സകല രാജ്യങ്ങളെയും ക്ഷണനേരത്തിൽ അവന്നു കാണിച്ചു:

6 and the Devil said to him, `To thee I will give all this authority, and their glory, because to me it hath been delivered, and to whomsoever I will, I do give it;ഈ അധികാരം ഒക്കെയും അതിന്റെ മഹത്വവും നിനക്കു തരാം; അതു എങ്കൽ ഏല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; എനിക്കു മനസ്സുള്ളവന്നു ഞാൻ കൊടുക്കുന്നു.

7 thou, then, if thou mayest bow before me -- all shall be thine.'നീ എന്നെ നമസ്കരിച്ചാൽ അതെല്ലാം നിന്റെതാകും എന്നു അവനോടു പറഞ്ഞു.

8 And Jesus answering him said, `Get thee behind me, Adversary, for it hath been written, Thou shalt bow before the Lord thy God, and Him only thou shalt serve.'യേശു അവനോടു: “നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ കർത്താവിനെ നമസ്കരിച്ചു അവനെ മാത്രമേ ആരാധിക്കാവു എന്നു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നു” എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

9 And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on the pinnacle of the temple, and said to him, `If the Son thou art of God, cast thyself down hence,പിന്നെ അവൻ അവനെ യെരൂശലേമിലേക്കു കൂട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടു പോയി ദൈവാലയത്തിന്റെ അഗ്രത്തിന്മേൽ നിറുത്തി അവനോടു: നീ ദൈവപുത്രൻ എങ്കിൽ ഇവിടെ നിന്നു താഴോട്ടു ചാടുക.

10 for it hath been written -- To His messengers He will give charge concerning thee, to guard over thee,“നിന്നെ കാപ്പാൻ അവൻ തന്റെ ദൂതന്മാരോടു നിന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു കല്പിക്കയും

11 and -- On hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou mayest dash against a stone thy foot.'നിന്റെ കാൽ കല്ലിനോടു തട്ടാതവണ്ണം അവർ നിന്നെ കയ്യിൽ താങ്ങിക്കൊള്ളുകയും ചെയ്യും” എന്നു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

12 And Jesus answering said to him -- `It hath been said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.'യേശു അവനോടു: “നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ കർത്താവിനെ പരീക്ഷിക്കരുതു എന്നു അരുച്ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു” എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

13 And having ended all temptation, the Devil departed from him till a convenient season.അങ്ങനെ പിശാചു സകല പരീക്ഷയും തികെച്ചശേഷം കുറെ കാലത്തേക്കു അവനെ വിട്ടുമാറി.

14 And Jesus turned back in the power of the Spirit to Galilee, and a fame went forth through all the region round about concerning him,യേശു ആത്മാവിന്റെ ശക്തിയോടെ ഗലീലെക്കു മടങ്ങിച്ചെന്നു; അവന്റെ ശ്രുതി ചുറ്റുമുള്ള നാട്ടിൽ ഒക്കെയും പരന്നു.

15 and he was teaching in their synagogues, being glorified by all.അവൻ അവരുടെ പള്ളികളിൽ ഉപദേശിച്ചു; എല്ലാവരും അവനെ പ്രശംസിച്ചു.

16 And he came to Nazareth, where he hath been brought up, and he went in, according to his custom, on the sabbath-day, to the synagogue, and stood up to read;അവൻ വളർന്ന നസറെത്തിൽ വന്നു: ശബ്ബത്തിൽ തന്റെ പതിവുപോലെ പള്ളിയിൽ ചെന്നു വായിപ്പാൻ എഴുന്നേറ്റുനിന്നു.

17 and there was given over to him a roll of Isaiah the prophet, and having unfolded the roll, he found the place where it hath been written:യെശയ്യാപ്രവാചകന്റെ പുസ്തകം അവന്നു കൊടുത്തു; അവൻ പുസ്തകം വിടർത്തി:

18 `The Spirit of the Lord `is' upon me, Because He did anoint me; To proclaim good news to the poor, Sent me to heal the broken of heart, To proclaim to captives deliverance, And to blind receiving of sight, To send away the bruised with deliverance,“ദരിദ്രന്മാരോടു സുവിശേഷം അറിയിപ്പാൻ കർത്താവു എന്നെ അഭിഷേകം ചെയ്കയാൽ അവന്റെ ആത്മാവു എന്റെമേൽ ഉണ്ടു; ബദ്ധന്മാർക്കു വിടുതലും കുരുടന്മാർക്കു കാഴ്ചയും പ്രസംഗിപ്പാനും പീഡിതന്മാരെ വിടുവിച്ചയപ്പാനും

19 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.'കർത്താവിന്റെ പ്രസാദവർഷം പ്രസംഗിപ്പാനും എന്നെ അയച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു” എന്നു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലം കണ്ടു.

20 And having folded the roll, having given `it' back to the officer, he sat down, and the eyes of all in the synagogue were gazing on him.പിന്നെ അവൻ പുസ്തകം മടക്കി ശുശ്രൂഷക്കാരന്നു തിരികെ കൊടുത്തിട്ടു ഇരുന്നു; പള്ളിയിലുള്ള എല്ലാവരുടെയും കണ്ണു അവങ്കൽ പതിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു.

21 And he began to say unto them -- `To-day hath this writing been fulfilled in your ears;'അവൻ അവരോടു: “ഇന്നു നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ വചനം കേൾക്കയിൽ ഈ തിരുവെഴുത്തിന്നു നിവൃത്തി വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞുതുടങ്ങി.

22 and all were bearing testimony to him, and were wondering at the gracious words that are coming forth out of his mouth, and they said, `Is not this the son of Joseph?'എല്ലാവരും അവനെ പുകഴ്ത്തി, അവന്റെ വായിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ട ലാവണ്യ വാക്കുകൾ നിമിത്തം ആശ്ചര്യപെട്ടു; ഇവൻ യോസേഫിന്റെ മകൻ അല്ലയോ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

23 And he said unto them, `Certainly ye will say to me this simile, Physician, heal thyself; as great things as we heard done in Capernaum, do also here in thy country;'അവൻ അവരോടു: “വൈദ്യാ, നിന്നെത്തന്നേ സൌഖ്യമാക്കുക എന്നുള്ള പഴഞ്ചൊല്ലും കഫർന്നഹൂമിൽ ഉണ്ടായി കേട്ടതുഎല്ലാം ഈ നിന്റെ പിതൃനഗരത്തിലും ചെയ്കഎന്നും നിങ്ങൾ എന്നോടു പറയും നിശ്ചയം.

24 and he said, `Verily I say to you -- No prophet is accepted in his own country;ഒരു പ്രവാചകനും തന്റെ പിതൃനഗരത്തിൽ സമ്മതനല്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ സത്യമായിട്ടു നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

25 and of a truth I say to you, Many widows were in the days of Elijah, in Israel, when the heaven was shut for three years and six months, when great famine came on all the land,“ഏലീയാവിന്റെ കാലത്തു ആകാശം മൂവാണ്ടും ആറു മാസവും അടഞ്ഞിട്ടു ദേശത്തു എങ്ങും മഹാ ക്ഷാമം ഉണ്ടായപ്പോൾ യിസ്രായേലിൽ പല വിധവമാർ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു എന്നു ഞാൻ യഥാർത്ഥമായി നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു.

26 and unto none of them was Elijah sent, but -- to Sarepta of Sidon, unto a woman, a widow;എന്നാൽ സിദോനിലെ സരെപ്തയിൽ ഒരു വിധവയുടെ അടുക്കലേക്കല്ലാതെ അവരിൽ ആരുടെയും അടുക്കലേക്കു ഏലീയാവിനെ അയച്ചില്ല.

27 and many lepers were in the time of Elisha the prophet, in Israel, and none of them was cleansed, but -- Naaman the Syrian.'അവ്വണ്ണം എലീശാപ്രവാചകന്റെ കാലത്തു യിസ്രായേലിൽ പല കുഷ്ഠരോഗികൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. സുറിയക്കാരനായ നയമാൻ അല്ലാതെ അവരാരും ശുദ്ധമായില്ല.” എന്നും അവൻ പറഞ്ഞു.

28 And all in the synagogue were filled with wrath, hearing these things,പള്ളിയിലുള്ളവർ ഇതു കേട്ടിട്ടു എല്ലാവരും കോപം നിറഞ്ഞവരായി എഴുന്നേറ്റു

29 and having risen, they put him forth without the city, and brought him unto the brow of the hill on which their city had been built -- to cast him down headlong,അവനെ പട്ടണത്തിന്നു പുറത്താക്കി അവരുടെ പട്ടണം പണിതിരുന്ന മലയുടെ വക്കോളം കൊണ്ടുപോയി തലകീഴായി തള്ളിയിടുവാൻ ഭാവിച്ചു.

30 and he, having gone through the midst of them, went away.അവനോ അവരുടെ നടുവിൽ കൂടി കടന്നുപോയി.

31 And he came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and was teaching them on the sabbaths,അനന്തരം അവൻ ഗലീലയിലെ ഒരു പട്ടണമായ കഫർന്നഹൂമിൽ ചെന്നു ശബ്ബത്തിൽ അവരെ ഉപദേശിച്ചുപോന്നു.

32 and they were astonished at his teaching, because his word was with authority.അവന്റെ വചനം അധികാരത്തോടെ ആകയാൽ അവർ അവന്റെ ഉപദേശത്തിൽ വിസ്മയിച്ചു.

33 And in the synagogue was a man, having a spirit of an unclean demon, and he cried out with a great voice,അവിടെ പള്ളിയിൽ അശുദ്ധഭൂതം ബാധിച്ച ഒരു മനുഷ്യൻ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

34 saying, `Away, what -- to us and to thee, Jesus, O Nazarene? thou didst come to destroy us; I have known thee who thou art -- the Holy One of God.'അവൻ നസറായനായ യേശുവേ, വിടു; ഞങ്ങൾക്കും നിനക്കും തമ്മിൽ എന്തു? ഞങ്ങളെ നശിപ്പിപ്പാൻ വന്നിരിക്കുന്നുവോ? നീ ആർ എന്നു ഞാൻ അറിയുന്നു; ദൈവത്തിന്റെ പരിശുദ്ധൻ തന്നേ എന്നു ഉറക്കെ നിലവിളിച്ചു.

35 And Jesus did rebuke him, saying, `Be silenced, and come forth out of him;' and the demon having cast him into the midst, came forth from him, having hurt him nought;“മിണ്ടരുതു; അവനെ വിട്ടുപോക” എന്നു യേശു അതിനെ ശാസിച്ചപ്പോൾ ഭൂതം അവനെ നടുവിൽ തള്ളിയിട്ടു കേടു ഒന്നും വരുത്താതെ അവനെ വിട്ടുപോയി.

36 and amazement came upon all, and they were speaking together, with one another, saying, `What `is' this word, that with authority and power he doth command the unclean spirits, and they come forth?'എല്ലാവർക്കും വിസ്മയം ഉണ്ടായി: ഈ വചനം എന്തു? അധികാരത്തോടും ശക്തിയോടുംകൂടെ അവൻ അശുദ്ധാത്മാക്കളോടു കല്പിക്കുന്നു; അവ പുറപ്പെട്ടു പോകുന്നു എന്നു തമ്മിൽ പറഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.

37 and there was going forth a fame concerning him to every place of the region round about.അവന്റെ ശ്രുതി ചുറ്റുമുള്ള നാടെങ്ങും പരന്നു.

38 And having risen out of the synagogue, he entered into the house of Simon, and the mother-in-law of Simon was pressed with a great fever, and they did ask him about her,അവൻ പള്ളിയിൽനിന്നു ഇറങ്ങി ശിമോന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ ചെന്നു. ശിമോന്റെ അമ്മാവിയമ്മ കഠിനജ്വരംകൊണ്ടു വലഞ്ഞിരിക്കയാൽ അവർ അവൾക്കുവേണ്ടി അവനോടു അപേക്ഷിച്ചു.

39 and having stood over her, he rebuked the fever, and it left her, and presently, having risen, she was ministering to them.അവൻ അവളെ കുനിഞ്ഞു നോക്കി, ജ്വരത്തെ ശാസിച്ചു; അതു അവളെ വിട്ടുമാറി; അവൾ ഉടനെ എഴുന്നേറ്റു അവനെ ശുശ്രൂഷിച്ചു.

40 And at the setting of the sun, all, as many as had any ailing with manifold sicknesses, brought them unto him, and he on each one of them `his' hands having put, did heal them.സൂര്യൻ അസ്തമിക്കുമ്പോൾ നാനാവ്യാധികൾ പിടിച്ച ദീനക്കാർ ഉള്ളവർ ഒക്കെയും അവരെ അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു; അവൻ ഓരോരുത്തന്റെയും മേൽ കൈവെച്ചു അവരെ സൌഖ്യമാക്കി.

41 And demons also were coming forth from many, crying out and saying -- `Thou art the Christ, the Son of God;' and rebuking, he did not suffer them to speak, because they knew him to be the Christ.പലരിൽ നിന്നും ഭൂതങ്ങൾ; നീ ദൈവപുത്രനായ ക്രിസ്തു എന്നു നിലവിളിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടു പുറപ്പെട്ടുപോയി; താൻ ക്രിസ്തു എന്നു അവ അറികകൊണ്ടു മിണ്ടുവാൻ അവൻ സമ്മതിക്കാതെ അവയെ ശാസിച്ചു.

42 And day having come, having gone forth, he went on to a desert place, and the multitudes were seeking him, and they came unto him, and were staying him -- not to go on from them,നേരം വെളുത്തപ്പോൾ അവൻ പുറപ്പെട്ടു ഒരു നിർജ്ജനസ്ഥലത്തേക്കു പോയി. പുരുഷാരം അവനെ തിരഞ്ഞു അവന്റെ അരികത്തു വന്നു തങ്ങളെ വിട്ടു പോകാതിരിപ്പാൻ അവനെ തടുത്തു.

43 and he said unto them -- `Also to the other cities it behoveth me to proclaim good news of the reign of God, because for this I have been sent;'അവൻ അവരോടു: “ഞാൻ മറ്റുള്ള പട്ടണങ്ങളിലും ദൈവരാജ്യം സുവിശേഷിക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു; ഇതിനായിട്ടല്ലോ എന്നെ അയച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

44 and he was preaching in the synagogues of Galilee.അങ്ങനെ അവൻ ഗലീലയിലെ പള്ളികളിൽ പ്രസംഗിച്ചുപോന്നു.
