Luke 22 - BBE (Malayalam)

1 Now the feast of unleavened bread was near, which is called the Passover.പെസഹ എന്ന പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത അപ്പത്തിന്റെ പെരുനാൾ അടുത്തു.

2 And the chief priests and the scribes were looking for a chance to put him to death, but they went in fear of the people.അപ്പോൾ മഹാപുരോഹിതന്മാരും ശാസ്ത്രിമാരും ജനത്തെ ഭയപ്പെടുകയാൽ അവനെ ഒടുക്കുവാൻ ഉപായം അന്വേഷിച്ചു.

3 And Satan came into Judas Iscariot, who was one of the twelve.എന്നാൽ പന്തിരുവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ ഉള്ള ഈസ്കാര്യോത്തായൂദയിൽ സാത്താൻ കടന്നു:

4 And he went away and had a discussion with the chief priests and the rulers, about how he might give him up to them.അവൻ ചെന്നു മഹാപുരോഹിതന്മാരോടും പടനായകന്മാരോടും അവനെ അവർക്കു കാണിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്ന വഴിയെക്കുറിച്ചു സംസാരിച്ചു.

5 And they were glad, and undertook to give him money.അവർ സന്തോഷിച്ചു അവന്നു ദ്രവ്യം കൊടുക്കാം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞൊത്തു.

6 And he made an agreement with them to give him up to them, if he got a chance, when the people were not present.അവൻ വാക്കു കൊടുത്തു, പുരുഷാരം ഇല്ലാത്ത സമയത്തു അവനെ കാണിച്ചുകൊടുപ്പാൻ തക്കം അന്വേഷിച്ചുപോന്നു.

7 And the day of unleavened bread came, when the Passover lamb is put to death.പെസഹകുഞ്ഞാടിനെ അറുക്കേണ്ടുന്ന പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത അപ്പത്തിന്റെ പെരുനാൾ ആയപ്പോൾ

8 And Jesus sent Peter and John, saying, Go and make the Passover ready for us, so that we may take it.അവൻ പത്രൊസിനെയും യോഹന്നാനെയും അയച്ചു: “നിങ്ങൾ പോയി നമുക്കു പെസഹ കഴിപ്പാൻ ഒരുക്കുവിൻ ” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

9 And they said to him, Where are we to get it ready?ഞങ്ങൾ എവിടെ ഒരുക്കേണം എന്നു അവർ ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു:

10 And he said to them, When you go into the town you will see a man coming to you with a vessel of water; go after him into the house into which he goes.നിങ്ങൾ പട്ടണത്തിൽ എത്തുമ്പോൾ ഒരു കുടം വെള്ളം ചുമന്നുകൊണ്ടു ഒരു മനുഷ്യൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു എതിർപെടും; അവൻ കടക്കുന്ന വീട്ടിലേക്കു പിൻചെന്നു വീട്ടുടയവനോടു:

11 And say to the master of the house, The Master says, Where is the guest-room, where I may take the Passover with my disciples?ഞാൻ എന്റെ ശിഷ്യന്മാരുമായി പെസഹ കഴിപ്പാനുള്ള ശാല എവിടെ എന്നു ഗുരു നിന്നോടു ചോദിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറവിൻ.

12 And he will take you up to a great room with a table and seats: there make ready.അവൻ വിരിച്ചൊരുക്കിയോരു വന്മാളിക കാണിച്ചുതരും; അവിടെ ഒരുക്കുവിൻ ”എന്നു അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞു.

13 And they went, and it was as he had said: and they made the Passover ready.അവർ പോയി തങ്ങളോടു പറഞ്ഞതുപോലെ കണ്ടു പെസഹ ഒരുക്കി.

14 And when the time had come, he took his seat, and the Apostles with him.സമയം ആയപ്പോൾ അവൻ അപ്പൊസ്തലന്മാരുമായി ഭക്ഷണത്തിന്നു ഇരുന്നു.

15 And he said, I have had a great desire to keep this Passover with you before I come to my death;അവൻ അവരോടു: “ഞാൻ കഷ്ടം അനുഭവിക്കും മുമ്പെ ഈ പെസഹ നിങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ കഴിപ്പാൻ വാഞ്ഛയോടെ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചു.

16 For I say to you, I will not take it till it is made complete in the kingdom of God.അതു ദൈവരാജ്യത്തിൽ നിവൃത്തിയാകുവോളം ഞാൻ ഇനി അതു കഴിക്കയില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു” എന്നുപറഞ്ഞു.

17 And he took a cup and, having given praise, he said, Make division of this among yourselves;പിന്നെ പാനപാത്രം എടുത്തു വാഴ്ത്തി: “ഇതു വാങ്ങി പങ്കിട്ടുകൊൾവിൻ.

18 For I say to you, I will not take of the fruit of the vine till the kingdom of God has come.ദൈവരാജ്യം വരുവോളം ഞാൻ മുന്തിരിവള്ളിയുടെ അനുഭവം ഇന്നു മുതൽ കുടിക്കില്ല ” എന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു.

19 And he took bread and, having given praise, he gave it to them when it had been broken, saying, This is my body, which is given for you: do this in memory of me.പിന്നെ അപ്പം എടുത്തു വാഴ്ത്തി നുറുക്കി അവർക്കു കൊടുത്തു: “ഇതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു വേണ്ടി നല്കുന്ന എന്റെ ശരീരം; എന്റെ ഓർമ്മെക്കായി ഇതു ചെയ്‍വിൻ ”എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

20 And in the same way, after the meal, he took the cup, saying, This cup is the new testament, made with my blood which is given for you.അവ്വണ്ണം തന്നേ അത്താഴം കഴിഞ്ഞശേഷം അവൻ പാനപാത്രവും കൊടുത്തു: “ഈ പാനപാത്രം നിങ്ങൾക്കു വേണ്ടി ചൊരിയുന്ന എന്റെ രക്തത്തിലെ പുതിയ നിയമം ആകുന്നു.

21 But the hand of him who is false to me is with me at the table.എന്നാൽ എന്നെ കാണിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നവന്റെ കൈ എന്റെ അരികെ മേശപ്പുറത്തു ഉണ്ടു.

22 For it will be done to the Son of man after the purpose of God, but unhappy is that man by whom he is given up.നിർണ്ണയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ മനുഷ്യപുത്രൻ പോകുന്നു സത്യം; എങ്കിലും അവനെ കാണിച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്ന മനുഷ്യന്നു അയ്യോ കഷ്ടം!” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

23 And they were wondering among themselves which of them it was who would do this thing.ഇതു ചെയ്‍വാൻ പോകുന്നവൻ തങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ ആർ ആയിരിക്കും എന്നു അവർ തമ്മിൽ തമ്മിൽ ചോദിച്ചു തുടങ്ങി.

24 And there was an argument among them about which of them was the greatest.തങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ ആരെ ആകുന്നു വലിയവനായി എണ്ണേണ്ടതു എന്നതിനെച്ചൊല്ലി ഒരു തർക്കവും അവരുടെ ഇടയിൽ ഉണ്ടായി.

25 And he said, The kings of the Gentiles are lords over them, and those who have authority are given names of honour.അവനോ അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞതു: “ജാതികളുടെ രാജാക്കന്മാർ അവരിൽ കർത്തൃത്വം നടത്തുന്നു; അവരുടെ മേൽ അധികാരം നടത്തുന്നവരെ ഉപകാരികൾ എന്നു പറയുന്നു.

26 But let it not be so with you; but he who is greater, let him become like the younger; and he who is chief, like a servant.നിങ്ങളോ അങ്ങനെയല്ല; നിങ്ങളിൽ വലിയവൻ ഇളയവനെപ്പോലെയും നായകൻ ശുശ്രൂഷിക്കുന്നവനെപ്പോലെയും ആകട്ടെ.

27 For which is greater, the guest who is seated at a meal or the servant who is waiting on him? is it not the guest? but I am among you as a servant.ആരാകുന്നു വലിയവൻ? ഭക്ഷണത്തിന്നിരിക്കുന്നവനോ ശുശ്രൂഷിക്കുന്നവനോ? ഭക്ഷണത്തിന്നിരിക്കുന്നവനല്ലയോ? ഞാനോ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ ശുശ്രൂഷിക്കുന്നവനെപ്പോലെ ആകുന്നു.

28 But you are those who have kept with me through my troubles;നിങ്ങൾ ആകുന്നു എന്റെ പരീക്ഷകളിൽ എന്നോടുകൂടെ നിലനിന്നവർ.

29 And I will give you a kingdom as my Father has given one to me,എന്റെ പിതാവു എനിക്കു രാജ്യം നിയമിച്ചുതന്നതുപോലെ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കും നിയമിച്ചു തരുന്നു.

30 So that you may take food and drink at my table in my kingdom, and be seated like kings, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ രാജ്യത്തിൽ എന്റെ മേശയിങ്കൽ തിന്നുകുടിക്കയും സിംഹാസനങ്ങളിൽ ഇരുന്നു യിസ്രായേൽ ഗോത്രം പന്ത്രണ്ടിനെയും ന്യായം വിധിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.

31 Simon, Simon, Satan has made a request to have you, so that he may put you to the test as grain is tested:ശിമോനേ, ശിമോനെ, സാത്താൻ നിങ്ങളെ കോതമ്പു പോലെ പാറ്റേണ്ടതിന്നു കല്പന ചോദിച്ചു.

32 But I have made prayer for you, that your faith may not go from you: and when you are turned again, make your brothers strong.ഞാനോ നിന്റെ വിശ്വാസം പൊയ്പോകാതിരിപ്പാൻ നിനക്കു വേണ്ടി അപേക്ഷിച്ചു; എന്നാൽ നീ ഒരു സമയം തിരിഞ്ഞു വന്നശേഷം നിന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരെ ഉറപ്പിച്ചുകൊൾക.

33 And he said to him, Lord, I am ready to go with you to prison and to death.അവൻ അവനോടു: കർത്താവേ, ഞാൻ നിന്നോടുകൂടെ തടവിലാകുവാനും മരിപ്പാനും ഒരുങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

34 And he said, I say to you, Peter, before the cock's second cry today, you will say three times that you have no knowledge of me.അതിന്നു അവൻ: “പത്രൊസെ, നീ എന്നെ അറിയുന്നില്ല എന്നു മൂന്നുവട്ടം തള്ളിപ്പറയുംമുമ്പെ ഇന്നു കോഴി കൂകുകയില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു പറയുന്നു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

35 And he said to them, When I sent you out without money or bag or shoes, were you in need of anything? And they said, Nothing.പിന്നെ അവൻ അവരോടു: “ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ മടിശ്ശീലയും പൊക്കണവും ചെരിപ്പും കൂടാതെ അയച്ചപ്പോൾ വല്ല കുറവുമുണ്ടായോ ” എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു: ഒരു കുറവുമുണ്ടായില്ല എന്നു അവർ പറഞ്ഞു.

36 And he said to them, But now, he who has a money-bag, or a bag for food, let him take it: and he who has not, let him give his coat for money and get a sword.അവൻ അവരോടു: “എന്നാൽ ഇപ്പോൾ മടിശ്ശീലയുള്ളവൻ അതു എടുക്കട്ടെ; അവ്വണ്ണം തന്നേ പൊക്കണമുള്ളവനും; ഇല്ലാത്തവനോ തന്റെ വസ്ത്രം വിറ്റു വാൾ കൊള്ളട്ടെ.

37 For I say to you that these words will be put into effect in me, And he was numbered among the evil-doers: for what has been said in the Writings about me has an end.അവനെ അധർമ്മികളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ എണ്ണി എന്നു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നതിന്നു ഇനി എന്നിൽ നിവൃത്തിവരേണം എന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു; എന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നതിന്നു നിവൃത്തി വരുന്നു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

38 And they said, Lord, here are two swords. And he said, It is enough.കർത്താവേ, ഇവിടെ രണ്ടു വാൾ ഉണ്ടു എന്നു അവർ പറഞ്ഞതിന്നു: “മതി ” എന്നു അവൻ അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞു.

39 And he came out, and went, as his way was, to the Mountain of Olives, and the disciples went with him.പിന്നെ അവൻ പതിവുപോലെ ഒലീവ് മലെക്കു പുറപ്പെട്ടുപോയി; ശിഷ്യന്മാരും അവനെ അനുഗമിച്ചു.

40 And when he came to the place, he said to them, Make a prayer that you may not be put to the test.ആ സ്ഥലത്തു എത്തിയപ്പോൾ അവൻ അവരോടു: “നിങ്ങൾ പരീക്ഷയിൽ അകപ്പെടാതിരിപ്പാൻ പ്രാർത്ഥിപ്പിൻ ”എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

41 And he went a little distance away from them and, falling on his knees in prayer, he said,താൻ അവരെ വിട്ടു ഒരു കല്ലേറുദൂരത്തോളം വാങ്ങിപ്പോയി മുട്ടുകുത്തി;

42 Father, if it is your pleasure, take this cup from me: but still, let your pleasure, not mine, be done.പിതാവേ, നിനക്കു മനസ്സുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഈ പാനപാത്രം എങ്കൽ നിന്നു നീക്കേണമേ; എങ്കിലും എന്റെ ഇഷ്ടമല്ല നിന്റെ ഇഷ്ടംതന്നെയാകട്ടെ” എന്നു പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചു.

43 And an angel from heaven came to him, to give him strength.അവനെ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുവാൻ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ നിന്നു ഒരു ദൂതൻ അവന്നു പ്രത്യക്ഷനായി.

44 And being in great trouble of soul, the force of his prayer became stronger, and great drops, like blood, came from him, falling to the earth.പിന്നെ അവൻ പ്രാണവേദനയിലായി അതിശ്രദ്ധയോടെ പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചു; അവന്റെ വിയർപ്പു നിലത്തു വീഴുന്ന വലിയ ചോരത്തുള്ളിപോലെ ആയി.

45 And, getting up from prayer, he came to the disciples, and saw that they were sleeping for sorrow.അവൻ പ്രാർത്ഥന കഴിഞ്ഞു എഴുന്നേറ്റു ശിഷ്യന്മാരുടെ അടുക്കൽ ചെന്നു, അവർ വിഷാദത്താൽ ഉറങ്ങുന്നതു കണ്ടു അവരോടു:

46 And he said, Why are you sleeping? Get up, and give yourselves to prayer, so that you may not be put to the test.നിങ്ങൾ ഉറങ്ങുന്നതു എന്തു? പരീക്ഷയിൽ അകപ്പെടാതിരപ്പാൻ എഴുന്നേറ്റു പ്രാർത്ഥിപ്പിൻ ” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

47 And while he was saying these words, there came a band of people, and Judas, one of the twelve, was in front of them, and he came near to Jesus to give him a kiss.അവൻ സംസാരിക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്നേ ഇതാ, ഒരു പുരുഷാരം; പന്തിരുവരിൽ ഒരുവനായ യൂദാ അവർക്കു മുന്നടന്നു യേശുവിനെ ചുംബിപ്പാൻ അടുത്തുവന്നു.

48 But Jesus said to him, Judas, will you be false to the Son of man with a kiss?യേശു അവനോടു: “യൂദയേ, മനുഷ്യപുത്രനെ ചുംബനംകൊണ്ടോ കാണിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

49 And when those who were with him saw what was coming, they said, Lord, may we not make use of our swords?സംഭവിപ്പാൻ പോകുന്നതു അവന്റെ കൂടെയുള്ളവർ കണ്ടു: കർത്താവേ, ഞങ്ങൾ വാൾകൊണ്ടു വെട്ടേണമോ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.

50 And one of them gave a blow to the servant of the high priest, cutting off his right ear.അവരിൽ ഒരുത്തൻ മഹാപുരോഹിതന്റെ ദാസനെ വെട്ടി അവന്റെ വലത്തെ കാതു അറുത്തു.

51 But Jesus, answering, said, Put up with this, at least. And touching his ear, he made it well.അപ്പോൾ യേശു; “ഇത്രെക്കു വിടുവിൻ ”എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു അവന്റെ കാതു തൊട്ടു സൌഖ്യമാക്കി.

52 And Jesus said to the chief priests and the captains of the Temple and the rulers, who had come against him, Have you come out as against a thief, with swords and sticks?യേശു തന്റെ നേരെ വന്ന മഹാപുരോഹിതന്മാരോടും ദൈവാലയത്തിലെ പടനായകന്മാരോടും മൂപ്പന്മാരോടും: “ഒരു കള്ളന്റെ നേരെ എന്നപോലെ നിങ്ങൾ വാളും വടിയുമായി പുറപ്പെട്ടുവന്നുവോ?

53 When I was in the Temple with you every day, your hands were not stretched out against me: but this is your hour, and the authority of the dark power.ഞാൻ ദിവസേന ദൈവാലയത്തിൽ നിങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ ഇരുന്നിട്ടും എന്റെ നേരെ കൈ ഓങ്ങിയില്ല; എന്നാൽ ഇതു നിങ്ങളുടെ നാഴികയും ഇരുളിന്റെ അധികാരവും ആകുന്നു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

54 And they made him a prisoner and took him away to the house of the high priest. But Peter went after them at a distance.അവർ അവനെ പിടിച്ചു മഹാപുരോഹിതന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി; പത്രൊസും അകലം വിട്ടു പിൻചെന്നു.

55 And a fire was lighted in the middle of the open square, and they were seated together, and Peter was among them.അവർ നടുമുറ്റത്തിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യേ തീ കത്തിച്ചു ഒന്നിച്ചിരുന്നപ്പോൾ പത്രൊസും അവരുടെ ഇടയിൽ ഇരുന്നു.

56 And a certain woman-servant, seeing him in the light of the fire, and looking at him with attention, said, This man was with him.അവൻ തീവെട്ടത്തിന്നടുക്കെ ഇരിക്കുന്നതു ഒരു ബാല്യക്കാരത്തി കണ്ടു അവനെ ഉറ്റു നോക്കി: ഇവനും അവനോടുകൂടെ ആയിരുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

57 But he said, Woman, it is not true; I have no knowledge of him.അവനോ; സ്ത്രിയേ, ഞാൻ അവനെ അറിയുന്നില്ല എന്നു തള്ളിപ്പറഞ്ഞു.

58 And after a little time, another saw him and said, You are one of them; and he said, Man, I am not.കുറഞ്ഞോന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടു മറ്റൊരുവൻ അവനെ കണ്ടു: നീയും അവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലുള്ളവൻ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു; പത്രൊസോ: മനുഷ്യാ, ഞാൻ അല്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

59 And after about an hour, another man said, with decision, Certainly this man was with him, for he is a Galilaean.ഏകദേശം ഒരു മണി നേരം കഴിഞ്ഞാറെ വേറൊരുവൻ: ഇവനും അവനോടുകൂടെ ആയിരുന്നു സത്യം; ഇവൻ ഗലീലക്കാരനല്ലോ എന്നു നിഷ്കർഷിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു.

60 And Peter said, Man, I have no knowledge of these things of which you are talking. And straight away, while he was saying these words, there came the cry of a cock.മനുഷ്യാ, നീ പറയുന്നതു എനിക്കു തിരിയുന്നില്ല എന്നു പത്രൊസ് പറഞ്ഞു. അവൻ സംസാരിക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്നേ പെട്ടെന്നു കോഴി കൂകി.

61 And the Lord, turning, gave Peter a look. And the words of the Lord came to Peter's mind, how he had said, This night, before the hour of the cock's cry, you will be false to me three times.അപ്പോൾ കർത്താവു തിരിഞ്ഞു പത്രൊസിനെ ഒന്നു നോക്കി: “ഇന്നു കോഴി കൂകുംമുമ്പെ നീ മൂന്നുവട്ടം എന്നെ തള്ളിപ്പറയും” എന്നു കർത്താവു തന്നോടു പറഞ്ഞ വാക്കു പത്രൊസു ഓർത്തു

62 And he went out, weeping bitterly.പുറത്തിറങ്ങി അതിദുഃഖത്തോട കരഞ്ഞു.

63 And the men in whose hands Jesus was, made sport of him and gave him blows.യേശുവിനെ പിടിച്ചവർ അവനെ പരിഹസിച്ചു കണ്ണുകെട്ടി തല്ലി:

64 And, covering his eyes, they said to him, Are you prophet enough to say who gave you that blow?പ്രവചിക്ക; നിന്നെ അടിച്ചവൻ ആർ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു

65 And they said a number of other evil things against him.മറ്റു പലതും അവനെ ദുഷിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു.

66 And when it was day, the rulers of the people came together, with the chief priests and the scribes, and they took him before their Sanhedrin, saying,നേരം വെളുത്തപ്പോൾ ജനത്തിന്റെ മൂപ്പന്മാരായ മഹാപുരോഹിതന്മാരും ശാസ്ത്രിമാരും വന്നുകൂടി അവനെ ന്യായാധിപസംഘത്തിൽ വരുത്തി: നീ ക്രിസ്തു എങ്കിൽ ഞങ്ങളോടു പറക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

67 If you are the Christ, say so. But he said, If I say so you will not have belief;അവൻ അവരോടു: “ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറഞ്ഞാൽ നിങ്ങൾ വിശ്വസിക്കയില്ല;

68 And if I put a question to you, you will not give an answer.ഞാൻ ചോദിച്ചാൽ ഉത്തരം പറയുകയുമില്ല.

69 But in the future the Son of man will be seated at the right hand of the power of God.എന്നാൽ ഇന്നുമുതൽ മനുഷ്യപുത്രൻ ദൈവശക്തിയുടെ വലത്തുഭാഗത്തു ഇരിക്കും” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

70 And they all said, Are you then the Son of God? and he said, You say that I am.എന്നാൽ നീ ദൈവപുത്രൻ തന്നെയോ എന്നു എല്ലാവരും ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു: “നിങ്ങൾ പറയുന്നതു ശരി; ഞാൻ ആകുന്നു” എന്നു അവൻ പറഞ്ഞു.

71 And they said, What more need have we of witness? we have the very words of his mouth.അപ്പോൾ അവർ ഇനി സാക്ഷ്യംകൊണ്ടു നമുക്കു എന്തു ആവശ്യം? നാം തന്നേ അവന്റെ വാമൊഴി കേട്ടുവല്ലോ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
