Leviticus 25
1 യഹോവ സീനായിപർവ്വതത്തിൽവെച്ചു മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതതു: ശബ്ബത്തു ആചരിക്കേണം.
2 നീ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളോടു പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാൽ: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങള്ക്കു തരുന്ന ദേശത്തു നിങ്ങൾ എത്തിയശേഷം ദേശം യഹോവെക്കു ശബ്ബത്തു ആചരിക്കേണം.
3 ആറു സംവത്സരം നിന്റെ നിലം വിതെക്കേണം; അവ്വണ്ണം ആറു സംവത്സരം നിന്റെ മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടം വള്ളിത്തല മുറിച്ചു അനുഭവം എടുക്കേണം.
4 ഏഴാം സംവത്സരത്തിലോ ദേശത്തിന്നു സ്വസ്ഥതയുള്ള ശബ്ബത്തായ യഹോവയുടെ ശബ്ബത്ത് ആയിരിക്കേണം; നിന്റെ നിലം വിതെക്കയും മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടം വള്ളിത്തല മുറിക്കയും ചെയ്യരുതു.
5 നിന്റെ കൊയ്ത്തിന്റെ പടുവിളവു കൊയ്യുകയും വള്ളിത്തല മുറിക്കാത്ത മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടത്തിലെ പഴം പറിക്കയും അരുതു; അതു ദേശത്തിന്നു ശബ്ബത്താണ്ടു ആകുന്നു.
6 ദേശത്തിന്റെ ശബ്ബത്തിൽ താനേ വിളയുന്നതു നിങ്ങളുടെ ആഹാരമായിരിക്കേണം; നിനക്കും നിന്റെ ദാസന്നും ദാസിക്കും കൂലിക്കാരന്നും നിന്നോടുകൂടെ പാർക്കുന്ന പരദേശിക്കും
7 നിന്റെ കന്നുകാലിക്കും കാട്ടുമൃഗത്തിന്നും അതിന്റെ അനുഭവം ഒക്കെയും ആഹാരമായിരിക്കേണം.
1 And the Lord spake unto Moses in mount Sinai, saying,
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a sabbath unto the Lord.
3 Six years thou shalt sow thy field, and six years thou shalt prune thy vineyard, and gather in the fruit thereof;
4 But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest unto the land, a sabbath for the Lord: thou shalt neither sow thy field, nor prune thy vineyard.
5 That which groweth of its own accord of thy harvest thou shalt not reap, neither gather the grapes of thy vine undressed: for it is a year of rest unto the land.
6 And the sabbath of the land shall be meat for you; for thee, and for thy servant, and for thy maid, and for thy hired servant, and for thy stranger that sojourneth with thee,
7 And for thy cattle, and for the beast that are in thy land, shall all the increase thereof be meat.

And the Lord spake unto Moses in mount Sinai, saying,
2 നീ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളോടു പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാൽ: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങള്ക്കു തരുന്ന ദേശത്തു നിങ്ങൾ എത്തിയശേഷം ദേശം യഹോവെക്കു ശബ്ബത്തു ആചരിക്കേണം.
Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a sabbath unto the Lord.
3 ആറു സംവത്സരം നിന്റെ നിലം വിതെക്കേണം; അവ്വണ്ണം ആറു സംവത്സരം നിന്റെ മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടം വള്ളിത്തല മുറിച്ചു അനുഭവം എടുക്കേണം.
Six years thou shalt sow thy field, and six years thou shalt prune thy vineyard, and gather in the fruit thereof;
4 ഏഴാം സംവത്സരത്തിലോ ദേശത്തിന്നു സ്വസ്ഥതയുള്ള ശബ്ബത്തായ യഹോവയുടെ ശബ്ബത്ത് ആയിരിക്കേണം; നിന്റെ നിലം വിതെക്കയും മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടം വള്ളിത്തല മുറിക്കയും ചെയ്യരുതു.
But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest unto the land, a sabbath for the Lord: thou shalt neither sow thy field, nor prune thy vineyard.
5 നിന്റെ കൊയ്ത്തിന്റെ പടുവിളവു കൊയ്യുകയും വള്ളിത്തല മുറിക്കാത്ത മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടത്തിലെ പഴം പറിക്കയും അരുതു; അതു ദേശത്തിന്നു ശബ്ബത്താണ്ടു ആകുന്നു.
That which groweth of its own accord of thy harvest thou shalt not reap, neither gather the grapes of thy vine undressed: for it is a year of rest unto the land.
6 ദേശത്തിന്റെ ശബ്ബത്തിൽ താനേ വിളയുന്നതു നിങ്ങളുടെ ആഹാരമായിരിക്കേണം; നിനക്കും നിന്റെ ദാസന്നും ദാസിക്കും കൂലിക്കാരന്നും നിന്നോടുകൂടെ പാർക്കുന്ന പരദേശിക്കും
And the sabbath of the land shall be meat for you; for thee, and for thy servant, and for thy maid, and for thy hired servant, and for thy stranger that sojourneth with thee,
7 നിന്റെ കന്നുകാലിക്കും കാട്ടുമൃഗത്തിന്നും അതിന്റെ അനുഭവം ഒക്കെയും ആഹാരമായിരിക്കേണം.
And for thy cattle, and for the beast that are in thy land, shall all the increase thereof be meat.
