Leviticus 18 - BBE (Malayalam)

1 And the Lord said to Moses,യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു:

2 Say to the children of Israel, I am the Lord your God.നീ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളോടു പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാൽ: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു;

3 You may not do those things which were done in the land of Egypt where you were living; and you may not do those things which are done in the land of Canaan where I am taking you, or be guided in your behaviour by their rules.നിങ്ങൾ പാർത്തിരുന്ന മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തിലെ നടപ്പുപോലെ നിങ്ങൾ നടക്കരുതു; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്ന കനാൻ ദേശത്തിലെ നടപ്പുപോലെയും അരുതു; അവരുടെ മര്യാദ ആചരിക്കരുതു.

4 But you are to be guided by my decisions and keep my rules, and be guided by them: I am the Lord your God.എന്റെ വിധികളെ അനുസരിച്ചു എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ പ്രമാണിച്ചു നടക്കേണം; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു.

5 So keep my rules and my decisions, which, if a man does them, will be life to him: I am the Lord.ആകയാൽ എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളും ന്യായങ്ങളും നിങ്ങൾ പ്രമാണിക്കേണം; അവയെ ചെയ്യുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ അവയാൽ ജീവിക്കും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു.

6 You may not have sex connection with anyone who is a near relation: I am the Lord.നിങ്ങളിൽ ആരും തനിക്കു രക്തസംബന്ധമുള്ള യാതൊരുത്തരുടെയും നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കുവാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം അവരോടു അടുക്കരുതു; ഞാൻ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു.

7 You may not have sex relations with your father or your mother: she is your mother, you may not take her.നിന്റെ അപ്പന്റെ നഗ്നതയും അമ്മയുടെ നഗ്നതയും അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു. അവൾ നിന്റെ അമ്മയാകുന്നു; അവളുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു.

8 And you may not have sex relations with your father's wife: she is your father's.അപ്പന്റെ ഭാര്യയുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു; അതു നിന്റെ അപ്പന്റെ നഗ്നതയല്ലോ.

9 You may not take your sister, the daughter of your father or of your mother, wherever her birth took place, among you or in another country.അപ്പന്റെ മകളോ അമ്മയുടെ മകളോ ആയ നിന്റെ സഹോദരിയുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു; വീട്ടിൽ ജനിച്ചവരായാലും പുറമെ ജനിച്ചവരായാലും അവരുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു.

10 You may not have sex relations with your son's daughter or your daughter's daughter, for they are part of yourself;നിന്റെ മകന്റെ മകളുടെ നഗ്നതയോ മകളുടെ മകളുടെ നഗ്നതയോ അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു; അവരുടെ നഗ്നത നിന്റേതു തന്നേയല്ലോ.

11 Or your father's wife's daughter, the child of your father, for she is your sister.നിന്റെ അപ്പന്നു ജനിച്ചവളും അവന്റെ ഭാര്യയുടെ മകളുമായവളുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു; അവൾ നിന്റെ സഹോദരിയല്ലോ.

12 You may not have sex connection with your father's sister, for she is your father's near relation.അപ്പന്റെ സഹോദരിയുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു; അവൾ അപ്പന്റെ അടുത്ത ചാർച്ചക്കാരത്തിയല്ലോ.

13 You may not have sex connection with your mother's sister, for she is your mother's near relation.അമ്മയുടെ സഹോദരിയുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു; അവൾ നിന്റെ അമ്മയുടെ അടുത്ത ചാർച്ചക്കാരത്തിയല്ലോ.

14 You may not have sex relations with the wife of your father's brother, for she is of your family;അപ്പന്റെ സഹോദരന്റെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു; അവന്റെ ഭാര്യയോടു അടുക്കയുമരുതു; അവൾ നിന്റെ ഇളയമ്മയല്ലോ.

15 Or with your daughter-in-law, for she is your son's wife, and you may not take her.നിന്റെ മരുമകളുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു; അവൾ നിന്റെ മകന്റെ ഭാര്യ അല്ലോ; അവളുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു.

16 You may not have sex relations with your brother's wife, for she is your brother's.സഹോദരന്റെ ഭാര്യയുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു; അതു നിന്റെ സഹോദരന്റെ നഗ്നതയല്ലോ.

17 You may not take as wife a woman and her daughter, or her son's daughter or her daughter's daughter, for they are of one family: it is an act of shame.ഒരു സ്ത്രീയുടെയും അവളുടെ മകളുടെയും നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു; അവളുടെ മകന്റെയോ മകളുടെയോ മകളുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കുമാറു അവരെ പരിഗ്രഹിക്കരുതു: അവർ അടുത്ത ചാർച്ചക്കാരല്ലോ; അതു ദുഷ്കർമ്മം.

18 And you may not take as wife a woman and at the same time her sister, to be in competition with her in her life-time.ഭാര്യ ജീവനോടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവളെ ദുഃഖീപ്പിപ്പാൻ അവളുടെ സഹോദരിയുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കുമാറു അവളെ കൂടെ പരിഗ്രഹിക്കരുതു.

19 And you may not go near a woman or have sex relations with her when she is unclean, at her regular time.ഒരു സ്ത്രീ ഋതു നിമിത്തം അശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവളുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കുമാറു അവളോടു അടുക്കരുതു.

20 And you may not have sex relations with your neighbour's wife, making yourself unclean with her.കൂട്ടുകാരന്റെ ഭാര്യയോടുകൂടെ ശയിച്ചു അവളെക്കൊണ്ടു നിന്നെ അശുദ്ധനാക്കരുതു.

21 And you may not make any of your children go through the fire as an offering to Molech, and you may not put shame on the name of your God: I am the Lord.നിന്റെ സന്തതിയിൽ ഒന്നിനെയും മോലേക്കിന്നു അർപ്പിച്ചു നിന്റെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ നാമത്തെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കരുതു; ഞാൻ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു.

22 You may not have sex relations with men, as you do with women: it is a disgusting thing.സ്ത്രീയോടു എന്നപോലെ പുരുഷനോടുകൂടെ ശയിക്കരുതു; അതു മ്ളേച്ഛത.

23 And you may not have sex relations with a beast, making yourself unclean with it; and a woman may not give herself to a beast: it is an unnatural act.യാതൊരു മൃഗത്തോടുംകൂടെ ശയിച്ചു അതിനാൽ നിന്നെ അശുദ്ധനാക്കരുതു; യാതൊരു സ്ത്രീയും ഒരു മൃഗത്തോടും കൂടെ ശയിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അതിന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ നിൽക്കയും അരുതു; അതു നികൃഷ്ടം.

24 Do not make yourself unclean in any of these ways; for so have those nations whom I am driving out from before you made themselves unclean:ഇവയിൽ ഒന്നുകൊണ്ടും നിങ്ങളെ തന്നേ അശുദ്ധരാക്കരുതു; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ മുമ്പിൽ നിന്നു നീക്കിക്കളയുന്ന ജാതികൾ ഇവയാൽ ഒക്കെയും തങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ അശുദ്ധരാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

25 And the land itself has become unclean; so that I have sent on it the reward of its wrongdoing, and the land itself puts out those who are living in it.ദേശവും അശുദ്ധമായിത്തീർന്നു; അതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ അതിന്റെ അകൃത്യം അതിന്മേൽ സന്ദർശിക്കുന്നു; ദേശം തന്റെ നിവാസികളെ ഛർദ്ദിച്ചുകളയുന്നു.

26 So then keep my rules and my decisions, and do not do any of these disgusting things, those of you who are Israelites by birth, or any others who are living with you:ഈ മ്ളേച്ഛത ഒക്കെയും നിങ്ങൾക്കു മുമ്പെ ആ ദേശത്തുണ്ടായിരുന്ന മനുഷ്യർ ചെയ്തു, ദേശം അശുദ്ധമായി തീർന്നു

27 (For all these disgusting things were done by the men of this country who were there before you, and the land has been made unclean by them;)നിങ്ങൾക്കു മുമ്പെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ജാതികളെ ദേശം ഛർദ്ദിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞതുപോലെ നിങ്ങൾ അതിനെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കീട്ടു നിങ്ങളെയും ഛർദ്ദിച്ചുകളയാതിരിപ്പാൻ നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളും വിധികളും പ്രമാണിക്കേണം;

28 So that the land may not put you out from it, when you make it unclean, as it put out the nations which were there before you.ഈ മ്ളേച്ഛതകളിൽ യാതൊന്നും സ്വദേശിയാകട്ടെ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ പാർക്കുന്ന പരദേശിയാകട്ടെ ചെയ്യരുതു.

29 For all those who do any of these disgusting things will be cut off from among their people.ആരെങ്കിലും ഈ സകലമ്ളേച്ഛതകളിലും ഏതെങ്കിലും ചെയ്താൽ അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യുന്നവരെ അവരുടെ ജനത്തിൽനിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളയേണം.

30 So then, keep my orders, so that you may not do any of these disgusting things which were done before you, or make yourselves unclean through them: I am the Lord your God.ആകയാൽ നിങ്ങൾക്കു മുമ്പെ നടന്ന ഈ മ്ളേച്ഛമര്യാദകളിൽ യാതൊന്നും ചെയ്യാതെയും അവയാൽ അശുദ്ധരാകാതെയും ഇരിപ്പാൻ നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ പ്രമാണങ്ങളെ പ്രമാണിക്കേണം; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു.
