וַיִּקַּ֣ח he va-yee-KAHK אֶת took et הָעָ֗ם ha-AM וַיֶּֽחֱצֵם֙ the va-yeh-hay-TSAME לִשְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה people, leesh-loh-SHA רָאשִׁ֔ים and ra-SHEEM וַיֶּֽאֱרֹ֖ב divided va-yeh-ay-ROVE בַּשָּׂדֶ֑ה them ba-sa-DEH וַיַּ֗רְא into va-YAHR וְהִנֵּ֤ה three veh-hee-NAY הָעָם֙ companies, ha-AM יֹצֵ֣א and yoh-TSAY מִן laid meen הָעִ֔יר wait ha-EER וַיָּ֥קָם in va-YA-kome עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם the uh-lay-HEM וַיַּכֵּֽם׃ field, va-ya-KAME
