Judges 7:4
യഹോവ പിന്നെയും ഗിദെയോനോടു: ജനം ഇനിയും അധികം ആകുന്നു; അവരെ വെള്ളത്തിങ്കലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുപോക; അവിടെ വെച്ചു ഞാൻ അവരെ പരിശോധിച്ചുതരാം; ഇവൻ നിന്നോടുകൂടെ പോരട്ടെ എന്നു ഞാൻ കല്പിക്കുന്നവൻ പോരട്ടെ; ഇവൻ നിന്നോടുകൂടെ പോരേണ്ടാ എന്നു ഞാൻ കല്പിക്കുന്നവൻ പോരേണ്ടാ എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.

| unto | אֶל | ʾel | el |
| water, the | הַמַּ֔יִם | hammayim | ha-MA-yeem |
| and I will try | וְאֶצְרְפֶ֥נּוּ | wĕʾeṣrĕpennû | veh-ets-reh-FEH-noo |
| there: thee for them | לְךָ֖ | lĕkā | leh-HA |
| be, shall it and | שָׁ֑ם | šām | shahm |
| that of whom | וְהָיָ֡ה | wĕhāyâ | veh-ha-YA |
